<![CDATA[Plants affected by pests will be more damaged if not treated early. Therefore, the farmer's diagnostic ability is needed for treatment as early as possible. For the needs of serious cases, the ability of experts is still expected. However, experts from the local Agriculture Service are not always available to assist in the diagnosis. So that the diagnosis can not be done as early as possible. One solution is to design an expert system for the early diagnosis of damage to lowland rice plants. The method used to solve is Depth First Search (DFS). The diagnosis process is done by answering questions about symptoms. Every question given by the system is the result of in-depth inference using the Depth First Search (DFS) method. The system can provide preventive or handling actions according to the results of the discovery of disturbing pests by the system. This expert system can diagnose symptoms of damage quickly, update knowledge according to the needs of experts.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: During the Covid-19 pandemic, the centralized academic information system is very vulnerable to various forms of attacks, such as SYN Flood, ICMP Flood, DoS, etc. This attack will cause the server to slow down, so that it takes a long time to access the application. For this reason, a method is needed so that server security is guaranteed. The method used is packet filtering firewall. The results obtained from this study can improve server security and capturing traffic that leads to the server. So this method can be used to increase security on the server. Keywords: DoS; Firewall; ICMP Flood; Packet Filtering; SYN Flood; Server Abstrak: Dimasa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini sistem informasi akademik secara terpusat sangat rawan terhadap berbagai bentuk serangan, seperti SYN Flood, ICMP Flood, DoS, dll. Serangan ini akan mengakibatkan server menjadi lambat, sehingga lama dalam mengakses aplikasi. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan suatu metode agar keamanan server lebih terjamin. <![CDATA[Suatu Kemajuan teknologi komunikasi saat ini memiliki pengaruh terhadap perkembangan didalam pengelolaan data didalam sendi kehidupan, membuat kebutuhan akan media center menjadi sesuatu yang harus dalam penyimpanan arsip digital. Data tidak selamanya akan tersimpan di dalam personal computer saja tetapi akan lebih baik jika ada wadah data terpusat menjadi solusi dalam media penyimpanan, agar menjaga dari kehilangan data atau cadangan data. Istilah jaringan (network) dipakai apabila terdapat minimal dua atau lebih perangkat yang terhubungkan satu dengan yang lainnya.Untuk melaksanakn pertukaran data didalam jaringan ini, digunakan protocol yang menspesifikasikan bagaimana data dipertukarkan, dan salah satu protocol yang banyak digunakan adalah File Transfer Protocol (FTP).FTP (File Tranfer Protocol) umumnya bermanfaat sebagai sarana pertukaran file atau data dalam suatu network. Protokol FTP tidaklah cukup aman, dikarenakan ketika transfer data tidak ada keamanan untuk melindunginya dan sangat beresiko terjadinya Man In The Middle Attack (MITM) atau penyadapan. Maka dari itu protokol FTP perlu untuk penambahan keamanan, dengan menerapkan protokol keamanan SSL atau Secure Socket Layer Security melindungi protokol FTP pada saat transfer data. Sertifikat SSL dimanfaatkan untuk keperluan menangani keamanan paket data yang ditransmisikan melalui sistem jaringan. Ketika SSL diakatifkan, maka server dan client ketika terjadi koneksi akan ter enkripsi sehingga data yang ada tidak dapat untuk dilihat oleh orang lain.]]>

<![CDATA[The office is a very necessary place to work, where an office must provide a sense of security to employees. At the Bhayangkara Indah office, theft often occurs because there is no security guard guarding the office and there are often sudden floods that cause the goods and facilities in the office to be submerged and there is no security system that informs the occurrence of gas leaks that can cause fires. The purpose of this study was to determine flooding using the yl-69 sensor in the event of a flood, to determine gas leaks using the MQ-7 sensor in the event of a gas leak and the use of RFID as a tool to access security on the door of the house and to detect fire using the Flame sensor. in case of fire. The test results are carried out with a direct trial phase to measure the level of performance of the sensors used. It is hoped that with this research, the design of a security device that is made can help maintain security at the Bhayangkara Indah Housing office to find out if there is a flood, gas leak, fire, and theft.]]>

<![CDATA[Zahra Mart Tanjungbalai is a business that sells various kinds of products ranging from cosmetic products, basic necessities and other goods located on Jl. M. Abbas, No B Lk. VII Ex. Sirantau district. Datuk Bandar Tanjungbalai City. The problem that occurs at Zahra Mart is that it has not implemented a website-based online sales system in marketing its products, and information about the products being sold is still limited, only people around the location know the existence of Zahra Mart Tanjungbalai. Therefore, the application of a CRM system is used to improve service quality at the Zahra Mart Tanjungbalai store which can help buyers find information about the products being sold and make it easier for buyers to place orders without having to come directly to Zahra Mart Tanjungbalai. In this study using qualitative methods that can help researchers to obtain solutions to all problems. The results of this study can help Zahra Mart in marketing their products and expanding sales of the products they market because of the features of rating, promo, discount, cashback, media chat, and service quality assessment (questionnaire). agree with the application of CRM at the Zahra Mart Tanjungbalai store. From the graph, it can be seen that the survey results strongly agree 55.89%, agree 23.72%, disagree 14.12%, strongly disagree 9.42%.]]>

<![CDATA[UD. Tunas Meranti Kuala Tanjung is a business engaged in the manufacture of furniture. Problems faced by UD. Tunas Meranti is difficult to predict the demand for the type of wood that customers want for furniture making, so it is difficult to determine which type of wood should be in stock every month. If the supply of wood exceeds demand then storage costs will increase. The risk is that wood that is stored for too long will become dry, hard and difficult to process. To maintain business continuity, a wood supply strategy is needed, namely by making predictions (forecasting). The purpose of this research is to be able to predict the demand for wood types so that business owners can provide wood types according to customer needs. The method used in this study is the Double Moving Average method in order to minimize the chance of errors between predictions and actual data. To be more efficient, the author designed a web-based forecasting system and uses a MySQL database. The conclusion from the prediction results of meranti wood demand for the next period is 43 sticks with a MAPE value of 8% and mahogany wood is 19 sticks with a MAPE value of 11%, which means that the prediction using the DMA method is very effective.]]>

<![CDATA[Nazwa drugstore is one of the stores that still use manual methods to recognize complaints about service for customers who come to the store, so it is felt to be less effective. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system to measure customer satisfaction in the store quickly and accurately. To build this system, we apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine user satisfaction. The model used to build this system is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with stages of analysis, design, implementation, and trial. At the analysis stage, we used interview and observation methods to collect data. Our design phase consists of a use case, a system interface, and a diagram class. Testing this system uses a black box to see if all the components of the system are working properly. Our findings are to produce a decision support system for customer satisfaction using the SAW method. In addition, this system also has a user-friendly and responsible interface, so this system is easy to use. The results of the black box test show that all components in this system are already functioning properly.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Transformasi digital yang semakin meningkat akibat pandemi COVID-19 mengharuskan UMKM menggunakan media digital untuk menggantikan proses perdagangan tradisional. Transformasi digital tidak hanya berdampak positif, tetapi juga berdampak negatif. Di sisi lain, kejahatan dunia maya juga merupakan ancaman serius bagi transformasi digital. Meningkatnya serangan siber terhadap UMKM disebabkan karena UMKM dianggap sebagai target potensial karena kurang memperhatikan keamanan dan perlindungan data informasi, termasuk identitas pelanggan. Kecerobohan pengguna dalam mengakses internet dapat menimbulkan risiko dan kerugian tertentu. Kerugian tersebut antara lain terkait masalah privasi (user privacy), masalah terkait pendanaan UMKM, dan masalah etika. Dalam kegiatan PKM ini kami memperkenalkan Cyber Security Awareness kepada para pelaku UMKM Batu bata pulo bandring, dimana ini merupakan langkah awal dalam menyadarkan para pelaku UMKM akan bahaya proses perdagangan digital di Internet. Manfaat yang diperoleh pelaku UMKM dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah pengetahuan yang diperoleh tentang pentingnya kesadaran ancaman keamanan di dunia digital. UMKM juga memiliki pengetahuan untuk menghindari cybercrime. Digital transformation has not only positive impacts, but also negative ones. On the other hand, cyber crime is also a serious threat to digital transformation. The increase in cyber attacks against MSMEs is due to the fact that MSMEs are considered a potential target due to their lack of attention to the security and protection of information data, including customer identity. User carelessness in accessing the internet can pose certain risks and losses. These losses include issues related to privacy (user privacy), problems related to MSME funding, and ethical issues. In this PKM activity, we introduce Cyber Security Awareness to the Pulo Bandring UMKM, which is the first step in making MSME players aware of the dangers of the digital trading process on the Internet. The benefit that MSME players get from this PKM activity is the knowledge gained about the importance of awareness of security threats in the digital world. <![CDATA[Abstract:The development of technology provides many benefits and conveniences, especially in the world of education. With the development of technology, everything can be done easily, quickly, precisely and accurately. Education is a forum to educate the nation's children and to develop people's lives through its various dimensions and methods used. It is undeniable that the current situation of the Covid 19 pandemic is clearly very influential in the world of education, where teaching and learning activities are mostly carried out remotely, this results in ineffective understanding of students' learning materials given due to several factors including the material provided is unclear and its presentation less interactive. This requires teachers to be able to innovate and think creatively in presenting learning material so that it displays informative things that are easy to understand and interesting from their appearance. Therefore it is necessary to carry out training and assistance to teachers in adding insight and knowledge about creative learning content and the software used to make it. This service activity was carried out in the form of training and workshops for teachers on the use of the MS Office PowerPoint 2010 application, which in this activity resulted in additional knowledge on the use of computer technology to present interactive learning media.Keywords: covid 19; teacher; education; learning; students; powerpointAbstrak:Perkembangan teknologi memberikan banyak manfaat serta kemudahan-kemudahan utamanya di dalam dunia pendidikan. Tidak dipungkiri dengan adanya situasi pandemi Covid 19 saat ini jelas sangat berpengaruh pada dunia pendidikan, dimana kegiatan belajar mengajar banyak dilakukan dari jarak jauh, ini mengakibatkan kurang efektifnya pemahaman para siswa terhadapat meteri pembelajaran yang diberikan dikarenakan beberapa faktor diantaranya materi yang diberikan kurang jelas serta penyajiannya kurang interaktif . Hal ini menuntut guru-guru untuk dapat berinovasi dan berpikir kreatif didalam menyajikan materi pembelajaran agar menampilkan hal yang informatif mudah dimengerti dan menarik dari tampilannya. Maka dari itu perlu untuk dilakukannya pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru-guru didalam menambah wawasan serta pengetahuan mengenai konten-konten kreatif pembelajaran serta sofware-sofware yang digunakan untuk membuatnya.
