Abstract

Kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya mengelola risiko dan tidak adanya unit yang bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap risiko di cabang mengakibatkan masalah yang menghambat proses manajemen risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk evaluasi manajemen risiko kecelakaan kerja pada karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Cabang Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi adalah keseluruhan karyawan Divisi Pelayanan Barang dan Aneka Usaha (PBAU) PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Cabang Makassar. Sampel sebanyak 48 karyawan. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan analisis risiko menggunakan matriks risiko berdasarkan standar AS/NZS 4360. Hasil penelitian menemukan 47 potensi bahaya. 4 potensi bahaya kategori risiko sangat tinggi, 27 potensi bahaya kategori risiko tinggi, 15 potensi bahaya kategori risiko medium dan 1 potensi bahaya kategori risiko rendah. Pengendalian risiko dengan administrative dan APD.

Abstract

House sick have obligation for give service in accordance with right patient and safety patient. Accuracy identification patient and storage drug (high alerts) is part from patient safety. In Tenriawaru General Hospital Bone Regency still there is patient which no identified with Correct and still there is drugs (high alerts levels) which no permanent in accordance SOUP. Destination from study this is for knowing implementation identification patient and security drug (high alerts) in Tenriawaru General Hospital Bone Regency with theory system. Method study this is descriptive qualitative and use tool study form guidelines Interview and sheet observation. Interview conducted with Director HOSPITAL Tenriawaru Bone Regency, Secretary Committee quality, Nurse executor and Staff Safety patient . Results study show that identification patient and application security drug (high alerts) permanent walk, however not yet fully in accordance with regulation PMK 1691/MENKES/PER/VII/2011. Thing this caused by source power man which no sufficient, lack of training head room , Disobedient to instructions SOUP which has determined , noncommitment head room, and lateness delivery report safety patient to KMKP. Suggestion from study this is Activation officer TKPRS in ward house sick , maintenance training routine , monitoring obedience to SOUP related identification patient and monitoring security drug through videos surveillance and questionnaire patient for evaluation nurse, and waiver inspection patient must improved. Recording and reporting Culture case patient.

Abstract

Dalam rangka peringatan Hari Pendidikan Nasional, Institut Teknologi dan Kesehatan Tri Tunas Nasional bekerja sama dengan Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dan Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) melaksanakan kegiatan aksi sosial donor darah dengan tema “Give Blood and Keep World Beating” memberikan kesempatan bagi civitas akademika Institut Teknologi dan Kesehatan Tri Tunas Nasjonal dan masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi melakukan donor darah. Tujuan kegiatan donor darah adalah untuk menyediakan persediaan darah yang cukup bagi mereka yang membutuhkannya, seperti pasien di rumah sakit akibat kecelakaan, operasi, atau kondisi medis lainnya. Donor darah memiliki manfaat langsung bagi penerima, seperti membantu penyembuhan dan menyelamatkan nyawa. Selain itu, bagi pendonor sendiri, proses ini dapat membantu menjaga kesehatan tubuh dengan memperbaharui sel darah merah dan mengurangi risiko penyakit jantung. Hasil kegiatan ini didapatkan 17 kantong darah, Jumlah calon pendonor lebih dari 17 orang namun pada tahap pemeriksaan kesehatan Pra-Donor terdapat calon peserta yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan sebagai pendonor. Saran untuk kegiatan selanjutnya, bagi calon pendonor diharapkan menjaga kondisi tubuh sebelum melakukan donor darah sehingga memenuhi kriteria sebagai calon pendonor darah.
