Abstract

The DKI Jakarta Government has carried out evaluations and established regulations related to congestion that occurs in DKI Jakarta as the capital of the Republic of Indonesia. The Government's efforts in overcoming the congestion that occurred were that the 3 in 1 (three in one) program was established and implemented which was later replaced by the odd-even regulation on certain roads in the capital area. In 2018 odd-even trials were carried out during the Asian Games, until September 9, 2019, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government determined an expansion of the odd-even area as an effort to stop the congestion that occurred. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze dThe effect of the odd-even expansion policy on the number of passengers and revenue of TransJakarta in 2019 using path analysis. The calculation is done using Eviews 10 software with panel data type, namely a combination of cross section data with time series. This study uses secondary data regarding the number of TransJakarta passengers and TransJakarta revenue from corridors 1 towith 13 in 2019 that have been published. The choice of model in this study is the Random Effect Model which results in the findings of the research, namely that there is a significant direct or indirect effect between the Odd-Even Expansion Policy on TransJakarta Income through the Number of Passengers.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of delivery in full, on time (DIFOT), just in time (JIT), and logistics costs due to the expansion of odd-even policy on logistics activities in DKI Jakarta. This research used primary data obtained from the questionnaire distributed to business people in the logistics sector. The instrument model used in this study was multiple linear regression. The result shows that the three variables, which were delivery in full, on time (DIFOT), and just-in-time (JIT), has strong (significant) impacts on logistics activities. On the other hand, logistics cost has less impact on logistics activities since anticipation could still be done by hiring outsourcing partners for transportation vehicle units and adjusting distribution times for areas affected by odd-even policy.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas keberhasilan penerapan Tol Laut, Tol Laut merupakan sebuah konsep untuk meningkatkan proses transportasi logistik di Indonesia, sehingga diharapkan proses distribusi barang (khususnya makanan) di Indonesia dapat berjalan dengan lancar. menjadi lebih mudah dan kemudian berdampak pada harga bahan pokok yang lebih merata di seluruh Indonesia. Metode penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif yang lebih menekankan pada data yang diolah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan Tol Laut antara lain perusahaan pelayaran, perusahaan bongkar muat, perusahaan freight forwarding, perusahaan armada angkutan dan pemasok barang. Gagasan tol laut tidak hanya membahas masalah pelayanan transportasi laut untuk rute tertentu dari barat ke wilayah tengah dan timur dengan menggunakan kapal dengan ukuran yang relatif besar tetapi juga harus memikirkan rantai pasokan dan distribusi kargo. untuk diangkut melalui transportasi laut dan tentunya juga harus memperhatikan kondisi dan kapasitas pelabuhan yang akan disinggahi beserta fasilitas dan akses jalan dan dapat dikatakan manfaat utamanya adalah terselenggaranya program laut, yang mampu menyetarakan harga bahan pokok di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang aspek penting dalam intensi pelanggaran batas kecepatan maksimal di Zona Selamat Sekolah (ZoSS) di DKI Jakarta khususnya lima wilayah yang berbeda yaitu Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Barat dan Jakarta Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dimana data yang diperoleh disajikan dalam bentuk angka (numerik) dan dianalisis lebih lanjut menjadi delapan variabel penelitian, yaitu Intensi Pelanggaran Batas Kecepatan Maksimal sebagai variabel terikat (dependent variable), Sikap, Norma Subjektif, Pengendalian Terukur, Gender, Usia, Pendidikan, dan kepemilikan SIM sebagai variabel bebas (independent variable). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dilakukan dengan survei online di bulan Juni dan Juli 2020. Survei didistribusikan melalui media sosial di berbagai kelompok pendidikan dan pusat komunitas di Jakarta. Dari data yang didapatkan dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, maka penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa berdasarkan uji t (t-test) hanya variabel Norma Subjektif (Norma) yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Intensi Pelanggaran Batas Kecepatan Maksimal di ZoSS, hal ini memberikan penjelasan bahwa pengaruh lingkungan berupa nilai-nilai di masyarakat signifikan mencegah terbentuknya niat ngebut yang dapat membahayakan dan dapat merugikan diri sendiri dan orang lain. Dengan adanya pengaruh dan sanksi sosial jika melakukan perilaku itu, maka adanya Intensi Pelanggaran Batas Kecepatan Maksimal di ZoSS dapat diminimalkan.

Abstract

This research is conducted to find out how big is the role of foreign direct investment and domestic  for economic growth in Indonesia during the period 2004 – 2013 by using static model analysis with Ordinary Least Square regression. The result of the sectoral analysis  that  foreign direct investment and domestic transportation sector does not influence  the Indonesian economic growth .  It’s because of risk in country factor, that is small domestic  markets  that cause lower rate of return and lack of supporting facilities such as infrastructure and transportation, skilled employees, and technology.  Factor inhibiting the influx of investment also is a problem of economic  instability, political, security and legal certainty.The result of the multi sector analysis that  foreign direct  investment  and  domestic  for overall sectors  of the economy does influence the Indonesian  economic  growth with using a significance level of 10%.  Besides domestic  savingshas very strong influence to economic growth both for sectoral and multi sector analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the customers’ satisfaction of Garuda Indonesia. It is hoped that by giving Service Quality, the passengers of Garuda Indonesia will perform loyalty and always fly with the airlines. This research is using primary data from 100 respondents of Garuda Indonesia’s passengers. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The research variables are taken from service quality (SERVQUAL) and Customer Satisfaction. Then the data is analysed with quantitative analysis by scoring and calculating the percentage of both variables. Based on the result, each score of attribution of the service quality has given outstanding value. The passengers are satisfied with the service given by Garuda Indonesia. The service quality which consists of five different variables: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy has shown the significance attribution of the customer satisfaction with the highest score achieved is Responsiveness (17, 13%).

Abstract

Aim of the research is to review and analyse the impact of changed fares scheme in Commuter Line’s passengers.  The changed fare is based on progressive tariff scheme and increment of the ticket deposit (additional amount of money will be levied on top of the fare to be paid).  The sampling is taken from the densest Bogor to Manggarai service as a main transit hub to the passengers who entering Jakarta. The research is based on associative analysis with the usage of the secondary data.  The secondary data in form of time series data has been collected from PT. KAI COMMUTER JABODETABEK with research period is 1 (one) month before and 1 (one) month after the new changed fares scheme is implemented.  The use of price elasticity of demand (PED) model has been chosen in order to measure the effect of law of demand on the Commuter Line’s passengers.  The result of the research shown that the implementation of a new changed fares scheme has impacted on the number of Commuter Line’s passengers with the price elasticity value is 1.22.  The new changed fares scheme will give significant change in demand and tend to be a perfectly elastic demand that consumers have an infinite ability to switch to alternatives if the price increases.  However, the influence of the new tariff scheme is much higher compare to increment of the ticket deposit. Public transportation is a derived demand which the demand is influenced to products that carried (e.g. passengers), it forced PT. KAI to do improvement and taken into consideration of new policy issuance.  Despite on tariff issue, there are factors contributed such as on-time schedule, density in each railcar with the passengers, tidiness, security, service and customer satisfaction. These factors will improve service level of the commuter line service as a main alternative for public transport services that relieve road congestion.
