Abstract

Transportation with all of its branches is dependent on an infrastructure which consider safety. Road transport has a large number of accidents, but do not received the same attention on media compare to major accidents in other branch of transportation regarded as dramatic ones. The main objective of this study is to describe the facts and to help shift public behavior and attitude, influence policy and therefore contribute towards saving lives. The research is carried out by executing literature review, due to very less information and limited data. The result of the study highlighted the magnitude of people die each year as a result of road traffic crashes and shows the lack of road safety awareness of  public and road users.

Abstract

The DKI Jakarta Government has carried out evaluations and established regulations related to congestion that occurs in DKI Jakarta as the capital of the Republic of Indonesia. The Government's efforts in overcoming the congestion that occurred were that the 3 in 1 (three in one) program was established and implemented which was later replaced by the odd-even regulation on certain roads in the capital area. In 2018 odd-even trials were carried out during the Asian Games, until September 9, 2019, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government determined an expansion of the odd-even area as an effort to stop the congestion that occurred. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze dThe effect of the odd-even expansion policy on the number of passengers and revenue of TransJakarta in 2019 using path analysis. The calculation is done using Eviews 10 software with panel data type, namely a combination of cross section data with time series. This study uses secondary data regarding the number of TransJakarta passengers and TransJakarta revenue from corridors 1 towith 13 in 2019 that have been published. The choice of model in this study is the Random Effect Model which results in the findings of the research, namely that there is a significant direct or indirect effect between the Odd-Even Expansion Policy on TransJakarta Income through the Number of Passengers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price, and timeliness of delivery on purchasing decisions at J&T Express Bekasi branch in 2021. The research method used is quantitative methods and data collection methods using a survey method with a questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling with a simple random sampling approach, using 100 respondents. The test was carried out using the SPSS version 21 program. The result of this study indicates that brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the results of the partial test show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meanwhile the price did not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions whereas the results of the partial test show that Ho is accepted. and Ha is rejected, and timeliness of delivery has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions where the results of the partial test showed that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. As a simultaneous test results showed that brand image, price, and timeliness of delivery have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the results of the simultaneous test show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Suggestions given in this study include the company is expected to always improve the quality of service related to company employees in serving consumers and improve the quality of delivery of goods so that there are no delays.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang aspek penting dalam intensi pelanggaran batas kecepatan maksimal di Zona Selamat Sekolah (ZoSS) di DKI Jakarta khususnya lima wilayah yang berbeda yaitu Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Barat dan Jakarta Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dimana data yang diperoleh disajikan dalam bentuk angka (numerik) dan dianalisis lebih lanjut menjadi delapan variabel penelitian, yaitu Intensi Pelanggaran Batas Kecepatan Maksimal sebagai variabel terikat (dependent variable), Sikap, Norma Subjektif, Pengendalian Terukur, Gender, Usia, Pendidikan, dan kepemilikan SIM sebagai variabel bebas (independent variable). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dilakukan dengan survei online di bulan Juni dan Juli 2020. Survei didistribusikan melalui media sosial di berbagai kelompok pendidikan dan pusat komunitas di Jakarta. Dari data yang didapatkan dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, maka penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa berdasarkan uji t (t-test) hanya variabel Norma Subjektif (Norma) yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Intensi Pelanggaran Batas Kecepatan Maksimal di ZoSS, hal ini memberikan penjelasan bahwa pengaruh lingkungan berupa nilai-nilai di masyarakat signifikan mencegah terbentuknya niat ngebut yang dapat membahayakan dan dapat merugikan diri sendiri dan orang lain. Dengan adanya pengaruh dan sanksi sosial jika melakukan perilaku itu, maka adanya Intensi Pelanggaran Batas Kecepatan Maksimal di ZoSS dapat diminimalkan.

Abstract

Analysis Of Seafarer Certification, Skills Ship Crew, And Ship Crew's Welfare As Mediation Variables Against Ship Operational Performance. This study aims to determine the effect of certification, skills, and welfare of the crew on the operational performance of ships at PT Amas Samudra Jaya. This study uses quantitative methods, with the number of samples based on the Slovin formula of as many as 100 respondents. Collecting data in the form of a statement sheet with a Likert scale model. To solve the problems the authors, use two methods of data collection, namely, field data (field research) and library data. Both methods of data analysis use path analysis with the Smartpls3 SEM model. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the first hypothesis has a significant positive direct effect on seafarers' certification on the welfare of crew members. Second, there is a significant positive direct effect of crew skills on the welfare of crew members. Third, there is a significant positive direct effect of seafarers' certification on the operational performance of ships. Fourth, there is a significant positive direct effect of crew skills on ship operational performance. Fifth, there is a significant positive direct effect on the welfare of the crew on the ship's operational performance. Sixth, the welfare of the crew can mediate seafarers' certification of the ship's operational performance. Seventh, the welfare of the crew can mediate the skills of the crew on the operational performance of the ship.Keywords: Seafarers Certification, Crew Skills, Crew Welfare, Ship Operational Performance

Abstract

Toboali Public Transportation Terminal is one of the most important terminals in South Bangka Regency due to the route access of public transportation in Toboali as the capital of Bangka- Belitung Province. Each public transport to Sadai Port area and to Pangkal Pinang City will go through this terminal. The purpose of the study is to determine and analyze the level of service quality toward the users satisfaction at Toboali Terminal in South Bangka Regency. There are some main problems which are; the traffic flow continues to become denser, some terminal facilities are inadequate, the schedule of public transportation arrival in the terminal is not precise, the late response to terminal internal condition, and lame security condition in the terminal. The sample used in this study was 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used Customer Satisfaction Index method which aims to determine the level of service users satisfaction. Based on the calculation of Customer Satisfaction Index, the results obtained in the form of the level of service users satisfaction with the quality of Toboali Terminal services. The level of passenger respondents satisfaction is 67% where the value is in range of 0.66-0.80. It means that overall passenger respondents are satisfied. Reliability is the dimension of the highest level of satisfaction with the quality of service at Toboali Terminal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis dampak kegiatan bongkar muat, ketepatan distribusi, produktivitas peralatan bongkar muat dan biaya logistik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode kuantatif yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pengambilan data yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner penelitian kepada pegawai jasa pada perusahaan logistik XYZ. Responden yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah 65 responden. Data yang diperoleh peneliti selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS), dan diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pada uji pengaruh langsung menghasilkan hipotesis penelitian yang diterima. Sedangkan pada uji hipotesis pengaruh tidak langsung terdapat satu hipotesis yang diterima yaitu pada uji hipotesis pengaruh kegiatan bongkar muat terhadap produktivitas paralatan melalui ketepatan distribusi muatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara sumber daya manusia dan teknologi terhadap kinerja perusahaan dimediasi oleh kapabilitas logistik perusahaan pada perusahaan 3PL di Bandara Soekarno Hatta. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang bersumber dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan perusahaan 3PL di Bandara Soekarno Hatta. Sampel penelitian diperoleh 180 sampel dari total populasi 300. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesis yaitu SEM dengan menggunakan software IBM AMOS Versi 7 untuk melakukan pengujian validitas, reliabilitas serta statistik deskriptif. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Sumber Daya Manusia dan teknologi masing-masing berpengaruh positif terhadap Kapabilitas Logistik Perusahaan. Kapabilitas Logistik Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Sumber Daya Manusia dan Teknologi masing-masing juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Perusahaan. Hasil pengujian Hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Sumber Daya Manusia dan Teknologi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan dengan dimediasi oleh Kapabilitas Logistik Perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa dengan meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia, Teknologi dan Kapabilitas Logistik, Perusahaan dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Perusahaan dan menciptakan kinerja yang berkelanjutan yang akan menguntungkan pemangku kepentingan.
