Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of ratios of liquidity, solvency and activity on financial distress through ROE, ROA and ROI of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) as mediating variable. The decrease in the number of aircraft passengers due to restrictions on human movement due to Covid-19 pandemic affects airport revenues as indicated by deteriorating financial ratios and is thought to lead to financial distress. This study tries to detect the symptoms of financial distress in the state-owned enterprise engaged in airport services by looking at the direct and indirect effects of its financial ratios’ performance. By using secondary data from financial statements, this study tried to build a structural equation model to know the direct and indirect effect. The results of hypothesis testing indicated that the ratio of liquidity, solvency and activity had negative effects on the company’s ROE, ROA and ROI during the period 2001-2020, but only the activity ratio that had a significant effect. Meanwhile, the three ratios of liquidity, solvency and activity had direct negative but not significant on financial distress. Next, ROE, ROA, and ROI had a direct positive but not significant effect on the company’s financial distress during that period. The study concludes that there was no relationship between the three ratios to financial distress mediated by ROE, ROA and ROI of the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze whether there is a positive influence on the distribution of goods and the implementation of Procedures on Consumer Demand for Brand Go Express at PT Aerojasa Cargo. The survey method was used as a way to collect primary data and distribute questionnaires to 30 respondents or Go Express customers as research samples. To solve the problem the author uses 2 (two) methods, namely, the forst method of collecting data in the form of questionnaires and library data. Both methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determinant coeffient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis partially have a positive and significant influence between the variables of Goods Distribution Service (X1) on Brand Go Express Customers Demand at PT Aerojasa Cargo Jakarta (Y). As far the variable implementation of Procedure Branch (X2) Against Customer Demand for Brand Go Express at PT Aerojasa Cargo Jakarta (Y). Based on the results of empirical evidence, it simultaneously shows that the variable Goods Distribution Service (X1) and application of Procedure Branch (X2) have a joint effect on Towards Brand Go Customer Request at PT Aerojasa Cargo Jakarta (Y).

Abstract

The DKI Jakarta Government has carried out evaluations and established regulations related to congestion that occurs in DKI Jakarta as the capital of the Republic of Indonesia. The Government's efforts in overcoming the congestion that occurred were that the 3 in 1 (three in one) program was established and implemented which was later replaced by the odd-even regulation on certain roads in the capital area. In 2018 odd-even trials were carried out during the Asian Games, until September 9, 2019, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government determined an expansion of the odd-even area as an effort to stop the congestion that occurred. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze dThe effect of the odd-even expansion policy on the number of passengers and revenue of TransJakarta in 2019 using path analysis. The calculation is done using Eviews 10 software with panel data type, namely a combination of cross section data with time series. This study uses secondary data regarding the number of TransJakarta passengers and TransJakarta revenue from corridors 1 towith 13 in 2019 that have been published. The choice of model in this study is the Random Effect Model which results in the findings of the research, namely that there is a significant direct or indirect effect between the Odd-Even Expansion Policy on TransJakarta Income through the Number of Passengers.

Abstract

Empowerment is rising employee potential and increasing their motivation so that they willbe more adaptive. Employee empowerment is the key to create employee’s power that motivated sothat they are working properly and excitedly with their vision. An outcome work that reached by aperson in performing his or her duties of work achievement, responsibility , obedience , honesty ,cooperation and initiatives is called performance. Performance is formed by an employee motivationand performance can be final result, in a form of behavior, skill, competence, facilities and specificskill that can support the achievement of a goal organization.This research was done on employee of PT. Aerojasa Cargo Jakarta. The result of thisresearch concluded that employee empowerment and motivation have positive reciprocal influenceboth partial and simultaneous on contextual performance.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of delivery in full, on time (DIFOT), just in time (JIT), and logistics costs due to the expansion of odd-even policy on logistics activities in DKI Jakarta. This research used primary data obtained from the questionnaire distributed to business people in the logistics sector. The instrument model used in this study was multiple linear regression. The result shows that the three variables, which were delivery in full, on time (DIFOT), and just-in-time (JIT), has strong (significant) impacts on logistics activities. On the other hand, logistics cost has less impact on logistics activities since anticipation could still be done by hiring outsourcing partners for transportation vehicle units and adjusting distribution times for areas affected by odd-even policy.

Abstract

Calculations and data processing were carried out using SPSS ver 26 with primary data types taken from respondents using the LRT route. Data collection was done by distributing a list questions via google form to 105 respondents. This study uses the Ordinary Least Square regression model which produces research findings that customer needs are not able to mediate the effect of the level of effectiveness and efficiency on the demand for LRT services, or it can be said that the level of effectiveness and efficiency has a direct positive and significant effect on the demand for services. LRT without going through customer requirements. This can be due to the fact that LRT Transportation users because there are still many other transportation options that have advantages over LRT, such as punctuality and the use of more practical transportation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penerapan dan evalusai talent management di sebuah perusahaan jasa penyedia trucking. Paradigma baru manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) memandang bahwa SDM adalah aset organisasi, sehingga harus dikelola secara strategis dan proaktif. Hal tersebut dimaknai sebagai keterkaitan antara pelaksanaan manajemen SDM dengan strategi organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Talent Management menjadi salah satu cara mengelola SDM secara strategis demi memaksimalkan pengembangkan potensi. Saat ini perusahaan jasa armada trucking sedang mengembangkan konsep talent management untuk menunjang visi perusahaan melalui program pengembangan talenta yang komprehensif dan berkesinambungan. Konsep/teori dasar dari talent management dan konsep degrees of maturity akan digunakan untuk menjawab perumusan masalah. Dalam penelitian ini menemukan pemahaman Divisi SDM tentang kebijakan talent management pada perusahaan jasa armada trucking masih berada pada tingkat understanding. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu melakukan beberapa hal seperti evaluasi pada sistem seleksi talenta, membuat program pendidikan dan pelatihan talenta yang menarik bagi karyawan, mengubah periode penilaian kinerja lebih berkala, dan mengedukasi tentang talent management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze implementation of Inaportnet Information Technology and service performance on user satisfaction at Tanjung Priok Port. The Implementation of Inaportnet at a port is aimed at improving ship and cargo services at the port so as to enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian ports. The study uses a quantitative method with path analysis. The number of research samples is as many as 62 port service user. The result of the hypothetical test on the research shows the information technology system it is expected that the system can assist the activity processes of a port and reduce the high cost in the port sector, and through Information Technology it can monitor the port activities which still need improvement

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that analyzed the impact of IT/Cloud-Based Application on various variables in the logistics business in the JABODETABEK area. The data was collected from a survey of logistics companies and service users and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the implementation of IT/Cloud-Based Application had a positive and significant impact on market positioning but did not have a significant impact on product innovation, business resilience, and revenue improvement. The study suggests that companies that can adapt to market changes and use IT/Cloud-Based Application will have a better market positioning and competitiveness, especially in light of the changes brought about by the COVID-19 crisis.
