Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya pendidikian kewargaan multikultural sebagai pembentukan warga negara yang toleran, adil, demokratis serta tanggung jawab dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara sebagai bentuk perwujudan bangsa yang bermartabat dan beradab. Jenis Penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan, sumber data terdiri atas sumber literatur dengan memilih referensi buku serta jurnal yang berdimensi terkait rekonstruksi pendidikan kewargaan multikultural. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rekonstruksi pendidikan kewargaan multikultural dengan pembudayaan dan pembiasaan yang secara terus-menerus diajarkan dari tingkat Sekolah Dasar hingga Perguruan Tinggi diperlukan, agar dapat membangun kesadaran aktif warga negara yang baik dan bijak, bagian dari khasanah kebhinekaan Indonesia serta merekonstruksi pendidikan multikultural sebagai bingkai keindonesiaan yang bermartabat, bagian dari jati diri bangsa Indonesia menuju warga negara global yang beradab.

Abstract

Pembangunan pendidikan nasional disinergi dan linearitas diarahkan membangun, memelihara, mengembangkan karakter dan wawasan kebangsaan, persatuan nasional, solidaritas nasional, dalam kerangka Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Dalam pendidikan karakter ditentukan oleh tiga hal: mengetahui, perasaan moral yang moral, dan perilaku moral. Dengan tujuan untuk membangun bangsa yang kuat, kompetitif, moral, berbudi, akhlak mulia baik, toleransi, bekerjasama, semangat patriotik, berkembang dinamis, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang berorientasi dengan iman dan takwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa berdasarkan Pancasila. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan Analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dengan penanaman nilai-nilai karakter Pancasila untuk membentuk kepribadian Pancasilais yang dapat melengkapi sikap profesionalisme lulusan program studi; (2) Pembudayaan dan pembiasaan nilai-nilai karakter Pancasila diharapkan mampu membentuk jati diri mahasiswa yang beretika dan bermoral sesuai nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam ideologi Pancasila, norma-norma agama dan tata nilai akademis yang dikembangkan di dalam kehidupan kampus; dan (3) Tindakan konkrit mahasiswa dalam menerapkan pembiasaan nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui organisasi dan kegiatan-kegiatan mahasiswa di lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

This study discusses the legal problems faced by tobacco farmers in Sukorejo Village, Kotaanyar District, Probolinggo Regency due to the closure of large tobacco warehouses that force them to depend on middlemen. This condition causes legal uncertainty, an imbalance in the bargaining position, and alleged violations of the principle of healthy business competition, thus having a direct impact on the economic sustainability of farmers. The focus of this research is to describe the practice of business competition and its impact on tobacco farmers and explain the form of legal protection from the perspective of business competition law and sharia economic law. The research method used is empirical law with a sociology approach to law and legislation, through observations, interviews, and documentation from farmers, middlemen, and factories. The results of the study show that there is dominance of middlemen in cooperation with large factories so that farmers lose freedom in determining prices. This condition does not reflect the principles of fairness and transparency in business competition. Legal protection is still weak because there is no regulation of the basic price or a definite buying and selling mechanism. In the perspective of sharia economic law, the practice violates the principles of al-adl (justice) and al-amanah (honesty). In conclusion, preventive legal protection is needed in the form of price regulation and the establishment of marketing cooperatives, as well as repressive protection through law enforcement against unfair business competition practices.

Abstract

The increasing accessibility of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools has driven their exploration and adoption in education. This qualitative research reveals the opportunities and challenges associated with integrating GenAI into education, as well as strategies to encourage teachers and students to use GenAI in the school environment. A survey of 56 Pancasila Education teachers in Magetan Regency at the junior high school level revealed their views on GenAI. Through written reflections, optimistic views about the role of GenAI in education were identified among the teachers, and several strategic ideas were proposed. Thematic analysis revealed three main practices for implementing AI: teaching/learning, administration, and assessment. However, three key challenges were also identified: school readiness, teachers' AI competency, and students' literacy and ethics in AI use. The results indicate that teachers have positive attitudes toward GenAI's potential to improve learning, teaching, and administration, but face obstacles such as limited competency, digital ethical risks, and unequal access to technology. Key findings emphasize the importance of three strategic aspects: teacher capacity building through case-based training, developing ethical guidelines for the use of AI in schools, and providing adequate infrastructure and technical support. The contributions given from the results of this study is to develop an effective strategy to embrace GenAI in Education so that it can encourage the transformation of educational culture that not only prioritizes technological skills, but also instills national character in the digital era.
