Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui   pengaruh  pemberian 3 jenis pupuk  organik bokashi  terhadap  dan produksi dan  untuk mengethaui salah satu jenis pupuk organik bokashi yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap  produksi  tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays  Saccarata Lin)Penelitian berlangsung mulai dari bulan Juni sampai dengan bulan September pada tahun 2016 dalam bentuk percobaan rancangan Acak kelompok (RAK),4 kali perlakuan : Po= Kontrol, P1= 10 ton bokasi kotoran sapi =3,6 kg/petak, P2= 10 ton kotoran Ayam =3,6 kg/petak, P3= 10 ton Jerami padi = 3,6 kg/petak. Setiap perlakuan diulang 3 kali sehingga mendapatkan 12 satuan petak perlakuan percobaan.Setiap petak percobaan terdapat 25 tanaman dengan jarak tanam 70x20 cmdengan ukuran 1.2 meter x 3 meter. Dan jumlah seluruh tanaman yang didapat dalam percobaan 300 tanaman sampel.     Dilakukan dengan menggunakan Pupuk Organik bokasi Kotoran sapi, ayam dan jerami padi, yang mana organik bokasi sapi 3,6 kg/petak, menghasilkan tanaman Jagung manis lebih baik dan mencapai Produksinya tornggol Jagung manis  terberat (125,75 g) serta produksi tanaman jagung Manis tertinggi (Zea mays saccarata) 17,11/ha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jenis pupuk kandang terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi hijau. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan petani KM 16 Kelurahan Klablim Distrik Sorong Timur Kota Sorong yang berlangsung pada bulan Sepetmber sampai dengan bulan November 2017. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 4 kali perlakuan dan 3 kali dengan,  sehingga diperoleh 12 petak percobaan. Faktor perlakuan adalah sebagai berikut : K0 = Kontro. K1  =  Pupuk kandang ayam (1 kg/petak). K2  =  Pupuk kandang sapi (1 kg/petak). K3 = Pupuk kandang  biogas (1 kg/petak). Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Pemberian berbagai jenis bokashi berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap semua komponen yang diamati pada tanaman sawi hijau. Jenis bokashi pupuk kandang ayam memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar per tanaman, bobot segar per petak dan bobot segar per ha tanaman sawi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of Azolla pinnata as compost on the growth and production of sweet corn. This research was conducted in Klamana Village, East Sorong District, Sorong City from April to June 2018Keywords: Compost, azollah pinnata, sweet corn. The study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) which consisted of four treatments, namely; G0 = no treatment, G1 = Azolla pinnata compost treatment 1.5 kg/plot, G2 = Azolla pinnata compost treatment 3.0 kg/plot, G3 = Azolla pinnata compost treatment 4.5 kg/plot. Each treatment was repeated three times so that there were 12 experimental plots. The research data were analyzed using analysis of variance (Anova), if they were significantly different, the LSD test method was 0.05%. The results showed that the compost treatment of Azolla pinnata had a significant effect on the growth and production components of sweet corn. The treatment with a dose of 4.5 kg/plot affected the observation of plant height and number of leaves at age 8 (MST) as well as male flowering age. While the treatment dose of 3.5 kg/plot or 10 t/ha is considered better because it can increase the yield component and production of the highest cob of 3.76 kg/plot and 8.26 t/ha.

Abstract

Rice is one of the important food commodities in Indonesia. The extensification of swamp land is expected to play a role in supporting the increase in national rice production. The objective of this study was to evaluate the performance of promising strains of swamp rice produced by BB-Biogen breeding tolerant to Fe poisoning in the shallow swamp area of Sorong-Southwest Papua. The experiment used a randomized block design (RBD) with three replications and 17 genotypes as treatments. The observed characters include the growth and yield component characters. Data analysis included analysis of variance to find out the differences between each test lines and continued with the LSI test to obtain the expected lines that performed well and were superior in the Sorong lebak swamps. The results of the analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in all the characters tested. The results showed that TT, JAT and JAP showed the best results including the G21 and G11 lines, the G7 line had the highest percentage of filled grain, the G6 line had the heaviest 1000 grain weight. While the G1 and G7 lines had the highest yields per plot equivalent to 6.15 and 5.92 t/ha,
