Abstract

The Education of PAI does not stand by itself, but there is an initial process of formation. It has been told in history, among the pioneers in the establishment of the first formal education as well as the founder (founder) was the Prophet Muhammad SAW whose institution was centered in the mosque, because there was a connection with his duties as an educator (teacher). So from that the propriety of giving to the Prophet Muhammad SAW as the first professor in the field of PAI.

Abstract

In a learning process at a class, a teacher or lecture need a model learning in order to solving the speechless character (dump, stuttering, or stammering) like is afraid or pasif character is in personality of student, like is student or scholarship. Cause that character usually happen since primary school like SD or MI and than in high school too, like in junior high school and senior high school. After that, the it character was bring along until univerity. The learning model was suitable for solving that problem is motivation model. By motivator, a teacher or lecture can solve the speechless become speechness so the student or scholar can activ, confident, and bravo to performance in front of class.

Abstract

Moslems have the place of worship as a place to bind God. The place of worship not only place of prater like is surau, langgar, and et cetera, but the main one is the mosque. the mosque as a place of worship and also a symbol of very dinamic moslem unity. Moslems are obliged to care about the mosque not only in the build, but it is very important to bound the mosque and always go to the sacred. This research is qualitative with sciemtific method that substance lies in the dynamics of bound mosque.. In this study, there is implication of dinamycs concept of bound of the mosque with this process of purpose. People who prosper the mosque include among people guaranted to go to heaven. Even prospering the mosque has many benefits both in the world and in the hereafter, especially for intelectual (academics). Means thus, the contribution of building mosque and pursuers it can happiness in the world and in the hereafter of heaven paradise

Abstract

Based on Article 53 of Law 9/2004, it is regulated that the basis for a lawsuit against the KTUN is the prevailing laws and regulations and the AUPB. In its development, Law 30/2014 was born which in Article 10 regulates the classification of the AUPB. One of the principles that have just been classified as AUPB in this provision is the principle of accuracy. In fact, this principle of accuracy has often been used as a touchstone by judges against a State Administrative Court. Based on this, the formulation of the problem in this article is First, the general principles of good governance as a touchstone for KTUN and Second, the application of the principle of accuracy as a test stone for KTUN. This research is legal research using statutory approach, conceptual approach, and the case approach. Based on the results of the research in this article, it was found that first, the classification of AUPB as a touchstone against KTUN, namely in the explanation of Article 53 paragraph (2) point b of Law 9/2004, AUPB which is specifically regulated in Law 30/2014, and, AUPB outside of Law 30/2014. As for the application of the Accuracy Principle as a Test Stone for KTUN, before Law 30/2014 came into effect, it had often been used as a test stone for KTUN, for example in the Kupang District Administrative Court Decision Number 5/G/2012/PTUN-KPG, Supreme Court Decision No. 150 K/TUN/1992, Supreme Court Decision No. 213 K/TUN/2007, Supreme Court Decision No. 101 K/TUN/2014, and Decision No. 02/G/2013 /PTUN JKT.

Abstract

AbstrakPerbuatan atau tindak pidana korupsi telah marak di segala sendi kehidupan bernegara, terutama di Indonesia. Korupsi dilakukan oleh orang berkrah putih (white colar crime) yang duduk di pemerintahan. Namun, perbuatan korupsi itu juga diulas baik di dalam Alquran, Hadis, dan KUHP. Mengetahui masalahnya berarti harus ada solusi yang baik untuk dapat mengatasinya, paling tidak dapat meminimalisir tindakan korupsi tersebut. Dalam tulisan ini dipaparkan tentang tindak antisipatif menanggulangi tindak pidana korupsi dalam tinjauan Hukum Islam dan Hukum Positif.

Abstract

Teman sebaya memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan pribadinya. Pada dasarnya teman sebaya merupakan anak-anak yang tingkat kematangannya atau usianya kurang lebih sama antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Penilitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh dukungan teman sebaya terhadap rasa percaya diri siswa di MTs Darul Ulum Bumbungan Bluto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 17 siswa terdiri dari kelas VIII dan yang menjadi subjek penelitian berjumlah 17 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode non-eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan teman sebaya berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap rasa percaya diri siswa diperoleh nilai r = 0,721 besarnya signifikasi = 0,000 dengan ketentuan harus lebih kecil dari 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Besar pengaruh yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 72,1% dan sisanya 27,9%dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Komunitas punk lebih terkenal dengan cara berpenampilannya dan perilakunya yang dipandang negatif oleh masyarakat. Dengan dandanan yang tidak pada sewajarnya seperti menggunakan gaya rambut Mohawk, baju yang lusuh, celana super ketat ini membuat masyarakat takut ketika berdekatan dengan komunitas punk. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku anggota komunitas punk dan mengetahui dampak pemberian stigma negatif yang diberikan oleh masyarakat.dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan secara personal, observasi dan wawancara mendalam kepada subyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisa pola perilaku komunitas punk di Pelabuhan Kalianget. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang mengungkapkan temuan dengan mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif mengenai data yang diperoleh di lapangan yang menggambarkan tentang perubahan perilaku komunitas punk di Pelabuhan Kalianget dan penerapan BK di luar sekolah. Dari hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perilaku anggota komunitas punk dipengaruhi oleh peran komunitas punk dan stigma negatif yang diberikan oleh masyarakat terhadap anggota komunitas punk tidak mempengarahui perilaku anggota komunitas punk, tetapi anggota komunitas punk justru melakukan kegiatan positif dengan membantu masyarakat di Pelabuhan Kalianget.

Abstract

Students have important roles in realizing the ideals of national development, meanwhile universities are educational institutions that are formally assigned the task and responsibility of preparing students in accordance with the goals of higher educators. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent to which students who study while working delay while completing their thesis. And also to know the negative impact of procrastination essay. The research conducted by this author is a qualitative descriptive study. In the process of collecting data, the author uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, for data analysis, the author uses qualitative descriptive, namely data in the form of writing or writing from the informants or respondents being studied in order to fully describe the phenomena in the field. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using mobile phones on students' academic procrastination and to analyze the causes of student academic procrastination. The population of this study were all students of class XI at SMKN 1 Sumenep, while the sample was class XI students who were taken using Proportional Random Sampling technique with a total of 29 students. Data analysis was carried out by simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that the use of mobile phones had a significant effect on students' academic procrastination with a significance level of 0.047. On the other hand, the cause of the birth of students' academic procrastination is the existence of pleasure-seeking or the behavior of doing activities that are considered more fun than doing academic assignments. Another reason is due to the dynamics of development and freedom that students have, they have a minimal sense of responsibility towards society and their families. Keywords: Mobile phone use, academic procrastination, pleasure-seeking.
