Abstract

The objective of research is to fi nd out the determinant factor of Student Entrepreneurship Intention inSebelas Maret University (UNS) and how such the factors interrelated, so that it is expected that from thisresearch there will be found further development of entrepreneurship education program toward the creationof entrepreneur from the campus that in turn will encourage the nation’s progress and competitiveness. Thenumber of sample was determined by individual faculties consisting of 35 respondents, with the total sample of315 respondents, so that it met the data feasibility minimum criteria with structural equation model (SEM).The result of research shows that the subjective norm (family or friend), positive attitude to entrepreneurshipand UNS’s institutional support are the determinant factors supporting the UNS’s student intention to haveentrepreneurship. The implication of research in the future is that there should be classifi cation among thebusiness and non-business students; and geographical coverage expansion between the university withinindustrial area and that far from industrial area.Keywords: Subjective norm, attitude, intention, having entrepreneurship, students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor bauran pemasaran yang dipertimbangkan konsumen serta variabel yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam pembelian produk minuman kopi pada Banaran 9 Coffee and Tea Colomadu, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 22 variabel. Metode dasar penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan analitis. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel ditetapkan lima kali jumlah variabel. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini mengambil sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 110 orang Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian analisis faktor menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 22 variabel dan tercakup dalam tujuh faktor utama yang membentuk keputusan pembelian. Faktor tersebut berdasarkan prioritasnya adalah faktor produk 24,042%; faktor promosi 10,507%; faktor proses  9,913; faktor orang 8,845%; faktor bukti fisik 5,815%; faktor tempat 5,815% dan faktor harga 4,916%. Sedangkan variabel yang paling dipertimbangkan dengan melihat nilai factor loading tertinggi yaitu variabel rasa dengan nilai factor loading 0,929.

Abstract

This research aims to know: supply chain management; supply chain management model; and supply chain performance of cassava in tiwul instan agroindustry, Gunungkidul Regency.  This research is a descriptive study. The location of the research is determine by purposive method. Data analysis method is descriptive using Food Supply Chain Network approach (Vorst) while the supply chain performance is measured by marketing margin and farmer?s share calculation. The result of this research shows that supply chain of cassava in tiwul instan agroindustry choose the domestic market as the target market while the development target of this supply chain is improvement in technology, coordination and collaboration, and the procurenment of formal contract agreement among the chain members. Cooperation is conducted by the basic of oral contract among the chain members, the transcation system is done in cash, and there has been government support such as capital aid, equipment, and training of human resource development. The management model of supply chain consist of farmer, collectors, market traders, and tiwul instan agroindustry as the chain members whom performing different activities depending on the input and the output. The most efficient channels is SC4 (farmer (gaplek) à market trader (gaplek) à tiwul instan agroindustry). SC4 is efficient because it has a relatively low marketing margin, relatively high farmer?s share and higher benefit and cost ratio than other channels.

Abstract

Above Ground Biomass (AGB) forest ecosystem is one of the fundamental parameters to describe each of its functions. Carbon in the forest ecosystem accumulates through absorption of CO2 in the atmosphere and is assimilated into biomass. The study of forest vegetation biomass is important for determining carbon storage in dominant tree components and calculating carbon cycles at regional and global levels. Kalibiru Forest carbon storage information is not yet available, so it is necessary to calculate carbon potential. This study aims to calculate aboveground biomass and estimate carbon stocks in the Kalibiru Forest. The study was conducted in Kalibiru Hamlet, Hargowilis Village, Kokap District, Kulon Progo Regency. The research conducted the indirect method (non-destructed) to calculate biomass and carbon by using the allometric equation. Base on the calculation, Kalibiru Forest has 5.086,52 tons of biomass or 175,40 tons per hectare in average. The potential for carbon storage in the Kalibiru Forest is 2.543,26 tons of carbon or 87,7 tons per hectare in average. This figure means that preserving 1 hectare of Kalibiru Forest can avoid the impact of atmospheric damage due to the greenhouse gas effect as many as 87,70 tons per year. Results of this study provide an insight for the surrounding community about the importance of the existence of the Kalibiru Forest as an absorber of CO2 gas in the atmosphere. As another benefit, it provides motivation for the surrounding community to continue in preserving the forest.

Abstract

Abstrak: Di Kota Surabaya, dalam rangka untuk memudahkan mobilisasi terdapat kebijakan terkait dengan kendaraan bermotor umum, yaitu Suroboyo Bus. Sistem sistem pembayaran yang digunakan adalah denganmenggunakan sampah botol plastik dengan tujuan untuk menjaga kebersihan Kota Surabaya.  Dalam praktiknya, ternyata Surboyo Bus ini beroperasi dengan plat nomor berwarna merah, padahal di dalam Peratuan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia No. 5 Tahun 2012 tentang Registrasi dan Identifikasi Kendaraan Bermotor, dijelaskan bahwa kendaraan dengan plat nomor berwarna merah adalah kendaraan milik pemerintah yang notabene tidak boleh memungut pembayaran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Apakah penggunaan plat nomor berwarna kuning pada Suroboyo Bus telah sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan? 2) Bentuk pengelolaan seperti apa yang sesuai dalam mengelola kendaraan bermotor umum Surboyo Bus? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif, dengan mengaji dan menganalisa peraturan perundang-undangan ataupun bahan hukum lain yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan Suroboyo Bus di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa 1) Penggunaan plat merah pada kendaraan bermotor umum bertentangan dengan  Pasal 39 Peratuan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia No. 5 Tahun 2012 tentang Registrasi dan Identifikasi Kendaraan Bermotor, dan 2) Pengelolaan Suroboyo Bus sebaiknya beralih dari Dinas Pemerintah Kota Surabaya ke BUMD, karena Pengelolaan dengan sistem BUMD akan menyebabkan pengelolaan manajemen baik manajemen keuangan maupun manajemen organisasinya akan bersifat lebih luas dan tidak terikat pada APBD Kata Kunci: Suroboyo Bus, BUMD, Plat Nomor Berwarna Kuning, Plat Nomor Berwarna Merah Abstract: In the city of Surabaya, to facilitate mobilization a public means of transportation exists, namely the Suroboyo Bus. The payment system applied for the bus is by using plastic bottle waste to maintain the Sanitation of the city. In practice, it turns out that Surboyo Bus operates with a red plate number, even though in the Indonesian Police Chief Association No. 5 of 2012 concerning Registration and Identification of Transportations, it is explained that vehicles with red plate numbers are government-owned vehicles which in fact should not collect payments.Based on the stated issue, the problem formulations in this study are: 1) Does the use of yellow plates number on the Suroboyo Bus comply with statutory provisions? 2) What forms of management are appropriate in managing Surboyo Buses public transportation? This research is a normative study, by reviewing and analyzing laws and regulations or other legal materials relating to the management of Suroboyo Bus in Surabaya. This research uses the statutory approach and conceptual approach.  Based on the results of this study, it was found that 1) The use of a red plate on public transportation is contrary to Article 39 of the Indonesian Police Chief Regulation No. 5 of 2012 concerning Registration and Identification of Transportations, and 2) Management of Suroboyo Buses should move from the Surabaya City Government Office to become a Province owned business because the management system in province owned business will cause the management of both financial management and organizational management to be broader and not bound to the regional budget.Keywords: Suroboyo Bus, Region owned business, Yellow Plate number, Red Plate Number

Abstract

Bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum) sebagai salah satu komoditas unggulan Kabupaten Bantul yang memberikan kontribusi cukup tinggi terhadap perkembangan ekonomi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kondisi rantai pasok bawang merah dan menyusun alternatif skenario sistem manajemen rantai pasok bawang merah di Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian berlangsung pada bulan April ? Juli 2019. Penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif, evaluasi dengan membandingkan aktivitas anggota rantai pasok dengan menggunakan analisis marjin pemasaran, farmer?s share serta analisis AHP. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah snowball sampling, sejumlah 50 petani dan 10 pedagang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 3 saluran rantai pasok bawang merah di Kabupaten Bantul, saluran I (petani-pedagang besar lokal-pengecer lokal-konsumen), saluran II (petani-pedagang pengumpul-pedagang besar lokal-pengecer lokal-konsumen), saluran III (petani-pedagang pengumpul-pedagang besar non lokal-pengecer non lokal-konsumen). Berdasarkan analisis AHP, dalam membentuk manajemen rantai pasokan bawang merah yang efisien, kriteria meningkatkan kemitraan atau bekerjasama semua pihak menjadi prioritas yang paling berperan penting.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPangan pokok seringkali diidentikkan dengan beras, padahal ada juga masyarakat yang mengkonsumsi bahan pangan pokok lain seperti jagung, sagu, umbi-umbian dan gandum. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pangan pokok berbasis kearifan lokal di rumah tanggapra sejahtera Jawa Tengah. Desain penelitian menggunakan riset eksploratori. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei sedangkan metode pendekataannya menggunakan cross sectional study. Dari 35 kabupaten dan kota di Jawa Tengah diambil tiga kabupaten secara purposive dengan pertimbangan kabupaten yang memiliki proporsi rumah tangga pra sejahtera terbesar  yaitu Kabupaten Grobogan, Rembang, dan Blora. Untuk menganalisis tujuan penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa identifikasi pangan pokok  rumah tangga pra sejahtera di Jawa Tengah menurut jenis pangan pokok sebesar 75,56 persen rumah tangga pra sejahtera mengkonsumsi beras saja sebagai pangan pokok dan 12,22 persen mengkonsumsi nasi jagung. Cara budidaya yang dilakukan dalam setahun 2 – 3 kali pola tanam dimana tanaman yang sering dibudidayakan adalah padi dan jagung. Cara budidaya masih konvensional dan zero tillage dilakukan untuk budidaya kacang hijau. Panen dan pengelolaan pasca panen dilakukan oleh petani menyimpan gabah antara 30 – 90 persen dari total panen dimana sebagian besar petani menyimpan 50 persen dari total panennya. Distribusi dan kelembagaan pangan pokok berbasis kearifan lokal di tingkat rumah tangga petani sudah ada pengelolaan cadangan pangan sedangkan di tingkat rukun tetangga maupun desa tidak ada lumbung pangan. ABSTRACTStaple food is oftentimes identical with rice, although there are also peoples consumes other staple food such as corn, sago, tubers and wheat.  Specific purpose of this study was identifying staple food by local wisdom base on poor households in Central Java.  The design of this research used exploratory research. The method used was survey method while approach method used cross sectional study. Three districts were choosen among 35 regencies and cities in Central Java purposively considering proportion of households that have greatest pre-prosperous category, there are Grobogan, Rembang, and Blora. Research purpose analysis used descriptive. The results showed that identification of staple food in pre-prosperous household in Central Java according to the type of staple food are 75.56 percent of pre-prosperous households consume rice as staple food and only 12.22 per cent consumed rice- corn. The way of cultivation is done 2-3 times a year with most pattern use is rice and corn. Cultivation was conducted still in conventional and zero tillage was done for cultivation of green beans. Harvest and post-harvest grained by farmers to save between 30-90 percent of total harvest while most farmers keep 50 percent of total harvest. There are food reserves managements in distribution and institutional wisdom-based of staple food at the household level farmers, while there is nobarns at the level of neighborhood or village.

Abstract

Sold in the market is the key to the primary purpose of business making and development of products, which can be done with improved packaging, as with packaging that attract potential customers in turn will have an impact on the purchase decision of the product concerned. This service activities has the objective to increase the market share of processed products of beans through improved packaging, primarily on design and welding technology label packaging. The results of the banking activities is known that the welding design and packaging is done on two targets SMEs were able to improve the image of the products that have an impact on increasing the added value and the market share of products in the market.
