Abstract

Pendidikan kewirausahaan bagi pelajar merupakan hal yang penting dan perlu mendapatkan perhatian serius. Salah satu organisasi pelajar yang sudah memulai berwirausaha adalah IPNU Kecamatan Bantarsari yang memanfaatkan platform sosial media Instagram dan Facebook sebagai sarana memasarkan produk diantaranya kaos, peci border, tasbih dan gelang. Kondisi IPNU Kecamatan Bantarsari masih memiliki keterbatasan dari segi pengetahuan bisnis, kemampuan manajerial, terutama dari pemanfaatan digital marketing. Business Model Canvas (BMC) memberikan kerangka kerja yang terstruktur dan komprehensif untuk menggambarkan elemen-elemen kunci dari suatu bisnis, termasuk segmen pelanggan, proposisi nilai, kanal distribusi, dan sumber daya kunci. Analisis ini menggali keinginan mitra untuk peduli pada pengenalan, peminatan dan pengembangan bisnis digital. Penggunaannya tidak hanya sekedar tools, tetapi suatu pendekatan holistik yang membimbing wirausaha dalam merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengelola bisnis. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk pemasaran usaha yang lebih kreatif dan inovatif, sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan potensi dan kemandirian. Pemberian asset berupa alat press sablon dan bahan produksi pendukungnya merupakan dukungan dari program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pemula sebagai langkah yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan produksi. Solusi permasalahan usaha mitra dalam menentukan segmen konsumen, pemasaran produk menjadi lebih mudah untuk diatasi dengan diberi sosialisasi, pelatihan dan transfer teknologi.

Abstract

Penelitiansini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di BLUD RSUD Cilacap. penelitiansini merupakan penelitian kuantitatifs dengan pembagian kuesioner. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dengan analisis data yaitu uji validitas, reliabilitas,iasumsi klasik, ianalisis regresi linier beganda secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Penempatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di BLUD RSUD Cilacap, yang dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai t hitung sebesar 5,291 dan t tabel sebesar 1,662 atau sig ? = 0,000 berada dibawah 0,05. 2) Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di BLUD RSUD Cilacap, yang dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai t hitung sebesar 4,674 dan t tabel sebesar 1,662 atau sig ? = 0,000 berada dibawah 0,05. 3) Penempatan kerja dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di BLUD RSUD Cilacap, yang dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,359 = 35,9%, engan demikian variabel penempatanikerja dan pengalaman kerja secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi motivasi kerja pegawai sebesar 35,9% dan untuk sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas di penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Publik dan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat di Kantor Desa Kalisabuk Kesugihan Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan melibatkan 127 responden. Kualitas Pelayanan Publik dan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai adalah variabel independen, dan Kepuasan Masyarakat adalah variabel dependent. Koefisien determinasi, regresi berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, dan uji f digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Paket Statistik untuk Sains Sosial, atau SPSS, versi 25 untuk Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Publik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan Masyarakat dengan nilai t probabilitas sig 0,000 lebih besar dari α = 0,05. Sementara itu, Disiplin Kerja Prgawai menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, dengan nilai t dengan probabilitas sig 0,000, lebih rendah dari α = 0,05, serta secara simultan konflik dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru yang dibuktikan nilai F pada tabel diatas adalah 3,07 dengan sig 0,000 < α0,05. Selanjutnya, koefisien determinasi, yang dihitung dengan menggunakan persegi panjang R, adalah 028,2%. atau 28,2% dari total. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan Publik dan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai, dan Kepuasan Masyarakat

Abstract

At Nahdlatul Ulama Al Ghazali University Cilacap, one of the learning models is called Discovery Learning. This learning model emphasizes the active involvement of students in the learning process. This is because this model is centered on students discovering concepts and knowledge on their own through exploration and research.  The stages of the discovery learning model involve the lecturer preparing teaching materials in the form of PowerPoint presentations or videos, after which students actively engage in learning activities and can identify areas where they need to improve their understanding and skills.  The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of discovery learning on learning motivation.  The research method used is a quantitative method because the research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics.  The analysis used is linear regression analysis with a population of Management program students.  The number of samples used amounted to 34 students.  The data collection technique involved tests and questionnaires using a Likert scale.  From the results of the normality test and linearity test, the sig values of 0.200 and 0.177 indicate that the data are normally and linearly distributed.  Based on the linear regression test, a t-value of 3.296>t-table 2.037 with a regression coefficient of 0.331 indicates that there is an influence between variable x (discovery learning) and variable y (learning motivation).

Abstract

The home industry is one part of the community's efforts to improve the welfare and standard of living of the community, especially for the majority of people living in rural areas who generally belong to the economically weak group. So it is necessary to increase income by running an efficient business. Based on data from Cisumur Village, it is known that there are 352 craftsmen for the brown sugar industry. To facilitate the research, the brown sugar craftsmen are grouped so that they become more homogeneous. Brown sugar artisans are grouped into two groups based on their business pattern system, the first group of artisans with a self-owned tree business system of 110 craftsmen, the second group of craftsmen with a coconut tree rental business system of 242 craftsmen. Based on the number of each member in the population according to the group's business pattern system, it is determined that the number of samples in the first group is 110 x 15% = 16.5 or 16 craftsmen, for the sample in the second group is 242 x 15% = 36.3 or 36 craftsman. The data analysis method used is quantitative using income analysis and business efficiency analysis/RC Ratio. Production costs are calculated by the formula TC = FC+VC, gross income or revenue is formulated by TR=PXQ and net income or profit is = TR-TC, RC Ratio = TR + TC. The results showed that the brown sugar industry in Cisumur Village was economically profitable and could provide income for the crafters. Overall the brown sugar industry in each group in Cisumur Village is efficient, with an average level of efficiency Return Cost Ratio (R/C) of 1.66 for the group with self-owned tree business pattern, while for the group with tree rental business system of 1.66 1.86. so it can be concluded that the tree-leasing business pattern is more efficient than the tree-owned system.

Abstract

The conflict is a disagreement within oneself or differences or dispute among persons that has potential to cause harm. The research is aimed to analyze the symptoms of schizophrenia which appear in a character named Cassandra, and Cassandra’s ways to overcome her schizophrenia in the novel Twilight Children by Torey Hayden. In this research, descriptive qualitative method is used to analyze the data; the novel by Torey Hayden with the tittle Twilight Children. The data source of this study was the novel which is analyzed by using psychoanalysis. There are steps done in analyzing the novel. The first is determining the novel which is going to be analyzed that is the novel Twilight Children and the second is obtaining the elements of the novels, such the narrations, utterances, attitudes and the characterization of Cassandra. It is done to analyze them dealing with the research question about the symptoms of schizophrenia in the main character, and the ways to overcome those symptoms. The third is analyzing the data by connecting them with the psychoanalysis theory, especially theory about basic anxiety by Karen Horney and theory about schizophrenia and the treatments to recover from schizophrenia. There are four main symptoms of schizophrenia found in the main character Cassandra, the development of basic anxiety is the most triggering factor which causes those symptoms appear.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to increase awareness and interest of regarding the importance of continuing their education to tertiary level. Vocational Schools are designed to produce work-ready graduates, the increasingly complex dynamics of the global job market demand competencies that are more than just technical skills. This outreach activity is carried out through interactive presentations, question and answer sessions, and student mentoring, which includes information about career prospects with higher education, various relevant academic study paths, as well as tips for preparing for selection and scholarships. This community service method is designed with an educational-participatory approach, which means we not only provide information, but also actively involve students in the socialization process. The results of the activities showed an increase in students' understanding of the long-term benefits of higher education, a positive shift in perceptions regarding options after graduating from vocational school, as well as a growing motivation to explore further information about further studies. It was concluded that comprehensive and sustainable socialization is very necessary to broaden the horizons of students, so that they can make more informed and strategic career decisions for a better future. This service provides an educative-participatory approach which is an effective strategy for opening students' insight into higher career potential in the future.
