Abstract

This research discussed the compatibility of Islamic teaching with Human Rights. The issue was how the suitablity between the Islamic Shar’i and Human Rights. In analyzing the problem, the author used Shar’i and anthropological approach to the deductive and inductive method. Basically this study was an elaboration of one of the central themes in Islamic Shar'i namely Human Rights, which currently marginalized from current Islamic thinking developing in society. " Islam " and " Human Rights " are two themes are always controversial, but very rarely have the initiative – creative to explore its suitability . In fact, between Islam and Human Rights, there is a certain point that can connect or reconcile both of them. To determine the suitable point had to start from the history that Islam was derived into the earth as a response to social, economic, political, cultural chaos, and human godless traditions of Ignorance at that time. constructed society into tribes often killed each other, massacred, cheated each other, and so on. In shortly, Islam was revealed to arrange conditions by calling on all people to maintain in each person's social, economic, political , and cultural rights. On the other hand, Human Rights also upheld the right of a person . This is the basic why the author says Islam becomes compatible with human rights. In addition, to find the correspondence point between Islam and Human Rights was a constancy of commitment that Islam is a blessing religion . religion is to educate good thing for human to create peace in this world . This case was relevant between Islamic teaching and Human Rights to correspond as ideas that support human values , in order to realize a fair, prosperous, and peaceful society

Abstract

This study aims to see how to instill the value of Pancasila in students.The appropriate type of research is descriptive qualitative research.The research instrument used deep interview, observation and documentation.Research Subjects are Educators /Teachers.The focus of this research is the cultivation of the three principles of Pancasila by educators/teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Polewali, West Sulawesi Province.It was found that the implementation of the implanting of the three values of Pancasila in students was carried out by institutions/schools through the role of educators in the learning process in the classroom, through planting material, extracurricular activities, collaborative activities with local government partners, as well as community and parent participation.

Abstract

Gender is a sex differences based on culture, where men and women are distinguished according to their respective roles that are constructed by local culture related to the role of nature, position and status in society.In the gender concept, the difference between men and women based on social and cultural construction of the mandar community has work behavior or culture that they are familiar with sibaliparri. Theresearch problemof this study is whether the culture of sibaliparri in which there is a gender equality.The motive of this research is to reveal how gender equality between a couple husband and wife in mandar community household based on sibaliparri cultural values. To find the answer of the research problem, a qualitative descriptive study is needed. Data collection methods used was field observations, interviews and literature study. The results showed that gender equality in mandar society was manifested in sibaliparri culture, namely the existence of mutual assistance between husband and wife and involving all family members.

Abstract

This study departs from the involvement of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Regional Head Election (Pilkada) Simultaneous Polewali Mandar Regency in 2018. Based on data from the Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) Polewali Mandar Regency, there are 17 cases of ASN involvement of Polewali Mandar Regency reported by the public to Bawaslu Regency of Polewali Mandar. The neutrality issue of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) controversy So that the tendency is still for the ASN to carry out practical political activities both campaigning and supporting supporting the pair of candidates in the regional election equipment. Substantially, the focus of Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus it only makes civil servants the object of neutrality, apart from the dynamics of practical political activities that are full of intervention. The active role of the bureaucratic leadership in encouraging the implementation of ASN neutrality in the elections is still minimal, causing neutrality in the elections not only because of the practical political interests of individual ASNs, but also the weak internal policy of regional leaders to disseminate and ban ASN in the elections, particularly also in the Simultaneous Regional Election of Polewali District Mandar in 2018.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian kali ini adalah bagaimana cara untuk lebih mengembangkan hasil belajar siswa pada kerangka materi Indonesiaku Kaya Budaya yang melibatkan Media Audio-Visual pada siswa kelas IV SDN 066 Pekkabata? untuk lebih mengembangkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 066 Pekkabata pada pembelajaran materi Indonesiaku Kaya Budaya dengan menggunakan Media Audio-visual. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian ini adalah 29 siswa kelas IV yang terdiri dari 15 siswa perempuan dan 14 siswa laki-laki. Teknik seperti observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan dengan satu pertemuan untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan satu pertemuan untuk tes akhir siklus. Perencanaan dalam setiap siklusnya terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu dimulai dengan menyusun, kemudian melakukan tindakan, memperhatikan, dan terakhir refleksi. Informasi penelitian hasil belajar IPAS siswa dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan strategi tes objektif. Informasi diselidiki menggunakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif  Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan pada siklus I masih pada klasifikasi sedang, secara klasikal belum terpenuhi. Sedangkan pada siklus II termasuk kategori tinggi dan telah memenuhi KKM. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama pembelajaran materi Indonesiaku Kaya Budaya melalui media Audio-visual, hasil belajar siswa meningkat.
