Abstract

The development of information technology today has spread and entered every dimension of aspects of human life. The village with all its governmental attributes is an arena that deals directly with the people. Village government is the center of local political power that is personified through the Village Head and his apparatus. The position of the village government is also very important, given the majority of Indonesia's population lives in the countryside. The Village Head and his apparatus as the executor of the village government should have the ability to manage government administration, especially the village apparatus which is directly under the village head, as is the Village Apparatus whose task is to assist the Village Head in the Administration and Technical Services Administration. The existence of village officials who are also entrusted with administrative tasks occupies a very important position because as the lowest organ of the government, they know all the conditions and problems in their area. Thus, village officials in carrying out their daily tasks, especially those related to the presentation the data and information needed, the more hard work and optimal capabilities are demanded in order to facilitate the implementation of government tasks. Abstract

Bimbel stanpro learning center medan yang bersaing selalu mengedepankan mutu  dan informasi. Informasi yang didukung dengan teknologi mutakhir merupakan kebanggaan setiap lembaga. Setiap lembaga pasti mernbutuhkan databases yang didukung dengan komputer. Agar setiap lembaga mampu mengakses dengan cepat sebuah informasi, maka perlu database yang baik dan cepat. sehingga dalam pengolahan data pada bimbel stanpro learning center medan  dapat berjalan dengan baik. karyawan pada Bimbel Stanpro Learning Center Medan  diwajibkan untuk melek teknologi informasi. karyawan  didorong untuk meningkatkan kemampuan terutama kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi perkantoran. Perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan untuk menunjang lembaga pendidikan dan persoalan administrasi adalah Microsoft Office salah satunya microsoft access.

Abstract

Currently, the Indonesian Ministry of Education has implemented a new rule with every student expected to have an internship in the industry. With the aim of each student being able to understand the situation of the world of work so that preparation before completing a bachelor's degree is stronger. However, one of the problems found is that students cannot determine the placement of internships. This study tries to provide a solution to these problems by applying the rules from the head of the study program to provide recommendations to students. These rules are built based on student academic scores stored in the campus database which is controlled by the head of the study program. The method used is Distance from Average Solution (EDAS). The EDAS method is to determine the highest ranking using PDA is the positive distance from the average and (NDA) is the negative distance from the average. The results of this study provide recommendations automatically in the hope of supporting the current campus academic system.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan software IT Essentials Virtual Desktop dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan praktek kerja industri (Prakerin) bertujuan untuk memberikan siswa atau peserta magang pengalaman praktis dalam pengelolaan sistem operasi, aplikasi, dan konsep virtualisasi yang semakin berkembang di dunia teknologi informasi. Software ini memungkinkan siswa untuk berlatih secara langsung dalam lingkungan yang terisolasi, sehingga mereka dapat mengasah keterampilan teknis seperti instalasi, konfigurasi, serta troubleshooting sistem IT tanpa risiko merusak perangkat keras fisik. Selain itu, Virtual Desktop juga memperkenalkan siswa pada konsep dasar virtualisasi, keamanan IT, dan pengelolaan sumber daya secara efisien, yang sangat relevan dengan kebutuhan industri saat ini. Melalui pemanfaatan teknologi ini, diharapkan siswa dapat lebih siap menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja, meningkatkan kemampuan kolaborasi, serta mempersiapkan diri untuk sertifikasi profesional yang mendukung karir di bidang IT. Laporan ini menyajikan tujuan, manfaat, serta sasaran luaran dari penerapan IT Essentials Virtual Desktop dalam proses pembelajaran dan prakerin, serta memberikan gambaran tentang relevansi teknologi virtualisasi dalam pendidikan dan industri IT.
