Abstract

Parenting plays a very important role in building children’s character and personality, thus it requires the provision of good education and care (nurture) from parents in order to generate children with good character or moral.Parents, especially mothers, therefore, are demanded to possess good parenting skills. But the reality shows that most mothers in Bandung have poor parentingskillsa. It is shown by the large number of parents who still hold the authoritarian type of parenting, which amounts to 86.7%. This phenomenon ofpood parenting skills of mothers in the city of Bandung underlies the need for the arrangement of effective guidance model to improve the parenting skills of parents, especially mothers as the holder of an important role in the education of children in family. For if these parents are allowed to adopt the authoritarian type of parenting, then the character and personality of the children they bring up will be unfavorable, whereas moral or noble character is an important foundation in the establishment of a secure, serene, and peaceful society. Based on such phenomenon, the researcher tried to design a program of guidance supported with a group approach as an effort to enhance the parenting skills of mothers. The program is tested on mothers participating BKB (Bina Keluarga Balita) in Bandung. After going through a series of trials, the result obtained shows that a group guidance held in eight sessions, with the subject of: (1) Monitoring children's behavior, (2) Having effective communication with children, (3) Setting rules and limits, (4) Enforcing rules without collisions, (5) Stimulating the task of childen development, (6) Being a good listener, (7) Applying Love Languages, and (8) Complimenting children, proved to effectively improve the parenting skills of mothers. It is characterized by theshift of parenting type, from authoritarian to authoritative. In conclusion the counseling program with the group approach can be an alternative model of guidance that can be used to enhance the parenting skills of mothers in a variety of settings in the community; in Majlis taklim, it is one of the alternative methods of da’wa, in BKB (Bina Keluarga Balita) it is a model of community counseling, in early childhood education concerning the co-parenting program, it is an education model for parents.

Abstract

This study reveals the mental spiritual needs of patients, the patterns of Islamic spiritual counselors, and the results of Islamic spiritual guidance in five hospitals namely Yarsi Hospital in Pontianak, Yarsi Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Padang, R. Syamsudin, SH Hospital in Sukabumi, Al-Ihsan Hospital in Baleendah, and Ujungberung Hospital, Bandung. This research formulated da'wah bi al-Irsyad model that can maintain the spiritual mental health of patients in hospital. The results of this qualitative descriptive study with the Research and Development approach showed that the spiritual mental needs of patients in hospitals included: motivation to recover and be healthy, guidance in sickness, prayer in sick condition, nadza '(sakaratul maut) and positive assistance from patient's family. From the results of the study found constructs of bi al-Irsyād da'wah models in the form of general basic services, responsive services, individual planning services and system support services. This study recommends further research to develop more feasible and applicable models and need further collaboration between related parties to formulate policies in the maintenance of the patient's mental spiritual health. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan kebutuhan mental spiritual pasien rawat inap, pola kerja pembimbing rohani Islam, dan hasil dari bimbingan rohani Islam di lima rumah sakit yaitu Rumah Sakit Umum Yarsi Pontianak, Rumah Sakit Islam Yarsi Ibnu Sina Padang, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah  R. Syamsudin, SH Kota Sukabumi, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Al-Ihsan Baleendah, dan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ujungberung Kota Bandung. Dari penelitian ini dirumuskan model dakwah bi al-Irsyād yang dapat memelihara kesehatan mental spiritual pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit. Hasil penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan Reseach and Development ini menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan mental spiritual pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit meliputi: motivasi untuk sembuh dan sehat, bimbingan dalam keadaan sakit, salat dalam keadaan sakit, nadza’ (sakaratul maut) dan pendampingan yang positif dari keluarga pasien. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan konstruk model dakwah bi al-Irsyād  berupa layanan dasar umum, layanan responsif, layanan perencanaan individual dan layanan dukungan sistem. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengembangkan model ke arah yang lebih feasible dan teruji, serta perlu kerjasama antar pihak terkait untuk merumuskan kebijakan dalam pemeliharaan kesehatan mental spiritual pasien.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui program yang ada di Majelis Taklim Konversi Diniyah al-Ikhlas Panyileukan Kota Bandung; (2) untuk mengetahui proses bimbingan agama Islam melalui living values education programme; dan (3) untuk mengetahui hasil dari pelaksanaan bimbingan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Dalam pelaksanaannya, program ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu: (1) tahap pembuka; (2) hening atau relaksasi; (3) kegiatan berbasis nilai; (4) diskusi; dan (5) penutup. Berdasarkan hasil pengisian angket diketahui bahwa sikap toleransi jama’ah MTKD al-Ikhlas Panyileukan memiliki persentasi antara 90%-100% dan berada pada kategori “Baik”.Kata Kunci : Bimbingan Islam, living values education, toleransi

Abstract

Bimbingan dan Konseling pada awal kelahirannya bersipat sekularistik-materialistik, hal tersebut sesuai dengan pandangan hidup orang–orang barat sebagai pencetusnya dan sesuai dengan tempat kelahirannya yaitu Amerika. Bimbingan dan Konseling di Barat tidak dikaitkan dengan Tuhan ataupun ajaran tertentu, padahal manusia mengakui adanya kekuatan yang lebih tinggi dari dirinya, layanan bimbingan dan konseling semata-mata dianggap sebagai masalah keduniaan, padahal banyak diantara manusia yang mengakui adanya kehidupan setelah mati, semua teorinya merupakan hasil kerja rasio atas dasar pengalaman masa lalu, padahal ada hal-hal tertentu yang tidak dapat dijangkau oleh otak dan pemikiran manusia. Demikian pula masalah-masalah yang dikaji tidak pernah terkait dengan dosa dan pahala sementara dalam batin manusia yang beragama selalu tertanam makna dosa dan pahala. Karenanya Bimbingan dan Konseling saat itu belum dapat menyantuni seluruh umat manusia di muka bumi. Dalam perkembangan selanjutnya mulailah disadari bahwa pada diri manusia ada potensi lain yangturut andil dalam menentukan seluruh aktivitas dan kehidupan manusia yaitu spiritualitas

Abstract

Assertive behavior holds important guidelines for the formation of a person's personality can be improved in group guidance, because in group guidance can be utilized the influence of a person or some individual against other members. This study aims to determine (1) the large influence of group guidance on assertive behavior in the expression of the mind, (2) large influence group guidance on assertive behavior in the expression of feeling, and (3) large influence group guidance on assertive behavior in the expression of mind to students. The research method used in this research is a simple correlation research method. The result of calculation obtained by value of porsentase influence group guidance to assertive behavior in expression of mind equal to 2,5%, in expression of feeling of porsentasenya equal to 4,4%, whereas in expression action only equal to 0,1%. So it can be concluded that group guidance has little effect on assertive behavior in the expression of thoughts, feelings, and actions. The overall influence of group guidance on assertive behavior is only 2.5%. Perilaku asertif memegang pedoman penting bagi pembentukan kepribadian seseorang dapat ditingkatkan dalam bimbingan kelompok, karena dalam bimbingan kelompok dapat dimanfaatkan pengaruh-pengaruh seseorang atau beberapa individu terhadap anggota lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) besar pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif dalam ekspresi pikiran, (2) besar pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif dalam ekspresi perasaan, dan (3) besar pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif dalam ekspresi pikiran pada siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian korelasi sederhana. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai porsentase pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif dalam ekspresi pikiran sebesar 2,5%, dalam ekspresi perasaan porsentasenya sebesar 4,4%, sedangkan dalam ekspresi tindakan hanya sebesar 0,1%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok berpengaruh kecil sekali terhadap perilaku asertif dalam ekspresi pikiran, perasaan, dan tindakan. Yang secara keseluruhannya pengaruh bimbingan kelompok terhadap perilaku asertif hanya sebesar 2,5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kondisi bimbingan keagamaan Islam, kondisi remaja dan hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi pada remaja sehingga para remaja kurang tertarik dalam mengikuti kegiatan bimbingan keagamaan di RW 07 Desa Langonsari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan tujuan untuk mengungkap fenomena yang berkenaan dengan problematika remaja dalam mengikuti bimbingan keagamaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak tersedia kegiatan bimbingan Agama untuk remaja yang disebabkan kurang tertariknya para remaja. Ada beberapa hambatan yang terjadi pada remaja, sehingga membuat para remaja tidak aktif dalam kegiatan bimbingan keagamaan, yakni: malas, kurang motivasi, malu, sibuk, jadwal tidak sesuai, tidak tahu ada bimbingan agama dan kegiatan kurang menarik. Pemecahan masalah dari hambatan yang terjadi yaitu dengan mengadakan perkumpulan remaja untuk mengaktifkan lagi kegiatan-kegiatan remaja. This research is to find out the condition of Islamic religious guidance, to know the condition of adolescents and to know the obstacles that occur in adolescents so that adolescents less interested in participating in religious guidance activities in RW 07 Langonsari Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, with the aim of uncovering phenomena related to adolescent problems in following religious guidance. The results of the study that are not available religious guidance activities for adolescents due to lack of interest in adolescents. There are several obstacles that occur in adolescents, so as to make teens inactive in religious guidance activities: laziness, lack of motivation, shame, busy, schedule is not appropriate, do not know there is religious guidance, and less interesting activities. Solving the problem of obstacles that occur is by holding a youth association to reactivate youth activities.

Abstract

In the teenage phase of students, a number of problems often arise, this cannot be separated from changes within themselves and also the environmental factors that raise them. The aim of service is to increase the knowledge, understanding and abilities of Islamic boarding school supervisors and counselors in providing developmental guidance and counseling services based on Islamic teaching values to Islamic boarding school students by this community service chooses a service learning model, where those involved include: students taking courses in developmental counseling courses, lecturers in developmental counseling courses, school counseling guidance service units, supervisors and caregivers of students as well as students in Islamic boarding schools. The findings: there are still quite a lot of students whose moral intelligence is categorized as vulnerable/problematic, identified by their inner voice being less sharp so they are confused about distinguishing right from wrong, sensitivity to doing good things, less able to avoid wrongdoing, alternative abilities best behavior in situations of bad choices. Counseling training provided to madrasah and Islamic boarding school caregivers includes material on moral intelligence and good counseling methods through lectures, discussions and simulations. Simulations are also provided involving students who have also been equipped with counseling skills.

Abstract

This research stems from the cases involving minors, such as sexual abuse and bullying, which are often linked to ineffective parenting practices. These issues contribute to a decline in children's spiritual and moral values. Thus, enhancing parents' skills in instilling religious and moral principles becomes crucial. The study aims to explore the Islamic parenting guidance program designed to improve parents' ability to teach religious and moral values, the implementation process of the program, the outcomes of parents' skills following the program, and the development of an intrinsic guidance model. The research was carried out at the Alfani Islamic Education Foundation (YPI Alfani) and Arjasari in Bandung Regency, using a field research approach with descriptive qualitative methods. The researcher engaged with school principals, teachers, and parents through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involved three steps: data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Triangulation techniques were applied to ensure the credibility of the data. The results showed a significant improvement in parents' parenting abilities, allowing them to adopt more effective approaches in imparting religious and moral education. Additionally, intrinsic models for enhancing the program's implementation were developed based on the findings.

Abstract

Excessive use of social media is a phenomenon that is increasingly worrying among teenagers, not only affecting students' mental and physical health, but also having a negative impact on academic achievement and social interaction. This research also wants to implement an Islamic counseling guidance program at Kartika Bandung High School. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation techniques. The informants in this research were guidance and counseling teachers, students and school principals. The results of the research show that (1) the Islamic Counseling Guidance Program at SMA Kartika Bandung is implemented in accordance with the school's vision and mission, namely creating a religious generation to help students overcome challenges and provide guidelines for living according to Islamic teachings. (2) The implementation of the BKI Program is carried out through various methods such as group counseling with an Islamic approach and self-management techniques. (3) The effective results of the BKI Program can be seen from increased student awareness, changes in behavior and habits, increased skills in managing social media, support from the school environment and family (4) The formulation of this Islamic guidance and counseling program is designed to help students at SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung manage their use of social media in a way that is in accordance with Islamic teachings, with the aim of reducing students dependence on social media through an Islamic approach that emphasizes spiritual, moral and social values.
