Abstract

This study reveals the mental spiritual needs of patients, the patterns of Islamic spiritual counselors, and the results of Islamic spiritual guidance in five hospitals namely Yarsi Hospital in Pontianak, Yarsi Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Padang, R. Syamsudin, SH Hospital in Sukabumi, Al-Ihsan Hospital in Baleendah, and Ujungberung Hospital, Bandung. This research formulated da'wah bi al-Irsyad model that can maintain the spiritual mental health of patients in hospital. The results of this qualitative descriptive study with the Research and Development approach showed that the spiritual mental needs of patients in hospitals included: motivation to recover and be healthy, guidance in sickness, prayer in sick condition, nadza '(sakaratul maut) and positive assistance from patient's family. From the results of the study found constructs of bi al-Irsyād da'wah models in the form of general basic services, responsive services, individual planning services and system support services. This study recommends further research to develop more feasible and applicable models and need further collaboration between related parties to formulate policies in the maintenance of the patient's mental spiritual health. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan kebutuhan mental spiritual pasien rawat inap, pola kerja pembimbing rohani Islam, dan hasil dari bimbingan rohani Islam di lima rumah sakit yaitu Rumah Sakit Umum Yarsi Pontianak, Rumah Sakit Islam Yarsi Ibnu Sina Padang, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah  R. Syamsudin, SH Kota Sukabumi, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Al-Ihsan Baleendah, dan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ujungberung Kota Bandung. Dari penelitian ini dirumuskan model dakwah bi al-Irsyād yang dapat memelihara kesehatan mental spiritual pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit. Hasil penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan Reseach and Development ini menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan mental spiritual pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit meliputi: motivasi untuk sembuh dan sehat, bimbingan dalam keadaan sakit, salat dalam keadaan sakit, nadza’ (sakaratul maut) dan pendampingan yang positif dari keluarga pasien. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan konstruk model dakwah bi al-Irsyād  berupa layanan dasar umum, layanan responsif, layanan perencanaan individual dan layanan dukungan sistem. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengembangkan model ke arah yang lebih feasible dan teruji, serta perlu kerjasama antar pihak terkait untuk merumuskan kebijakan dalam pemeliharaan kesehatan mental spiritual pasien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biografi Ibnu Al-Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah mengenai konsep penyakit maksiat dan terapi yang diberikan kepada pengidap penyakit maksiat tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan Analisis Isi (Content Analisis). Konsep penyakit menurut Ibnu Al-Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah mengenai maksiat dibagi menjadi tiga pengertian yang menjelaskan bahwa maksiat merupakan racun, perbuatan yang keluar dari norma dan kedurhakaan yang membawa pada kedurhakaan yang lainnya. Proses terapi yang diberikan ialah dengan Irsyad (konseling), Tabyîn (Penjelasan), Tanbîh wa Tahdîd (Peringatan dan Ancaman), Amr bi Taqwa wa Nahyu a’n Ma’shiyah (Menyeru pada Ketakwaan dan Mencegah kemaksiatan), al-Birru wa at-Tha’atu (Perbuatan baik dan Ketaatan), Mauizhah tentang al-Qur’an, Iman, Kematian, Neraka dan perkara yang menghapus kebaikan atau pahala, Do’a, Dzikir dan Ta’lîl. This study aims to find out the biography of Ibn Al-Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah about the concept of immorality. The concept of illness according to Ibn Al-Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah regarding immorality is divided into three definitions which explain that immorality is a poison, is an act that goes out of the norm and vice is a violation that leads to other acts of disobedience. The therapeutic process is given by Irsyad (counseling), Tabyîn (Explanation), Tanbîh wa Tahdîd (Warnings and Threats), Amr bi Taqwa wa Nahyu a'n Ma'shiyah (Call upon Prayers and Prevent disobedience), al-Birru wa at-Tha'atu (Good Deeds and Obedience), Mauizhah of the Qur'an, Faith, Death, Hell and the things that wipe out good or reward, Dhamma, Dzikir and Ta'lîl.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses, hasil belajar dan pengaruh konseling teman sebaya terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa di STIKES Dharma Husada Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuatitatif deskriftif, dengan menyebarkan angket, wawancara langsung dengan konselor sebaya dan Pembina. Berdasarkan penelitian melalui penyebaran angket tentang hasil belajar mahasiswa PIKMA STIKes DHB adalah 79%, angka tersebut dengan presentasi skala nilai kualifikasi masuk kedalam kategori tinggi. Adapun besarnya pengaruh konseling teman sebaya terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa adalah 0,143 atau koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini jika diubah menggunakan presentase adalah 14%. Dapat diketahui bahwa hal ini menunjukan presentase yang didapat dari pengaruh konseling teman sebaya terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa sebesar 14% dan sisanya 100% - 14% = 86% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain selain konseling teman sebaya. This study aims to find out how the process, learning outcomes, and influence of peer counseling on student learning outcomes at STIKES Dharma Husada Bandung. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, by distributing questionnaires, direct interviews with peer counselors and coaches. Data analysis is more focused on quantitative data analysis. Based on the research through questionnaires about the learning outcomes of DHB PIKMA STIKES students is 79%, the figure with the presentation of the scale of the qualification score goes into the high category. The magnitude of the effect of peer counseling on improving student learning outcomes is 0.143 or the coefficient of determination in this study if modified using a percentage is 14%. It can be seen that this shows the percentage obtained from the influence of peer counseling on student learning outcomes by 14% and the remaining 100% - 14% = 86% influenced by other factors besides peer counseling.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out individual counseling services used by BK teachers at SMPN three Darangdan in reducing the problem of students skipping school and to know the process of implementing individual counseling services in reducing the problem of students skipping school, as well as to know the results achieved from individual counseling services in reducing the problem of students skipping school. The method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach, describing the situation or event. Primary data were obtained with interviews and field notes. While secondary data seen from official documents, and reference books about individual counseling services at SMPN three Darangdan. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. From the results of research indicate that, the implementation of individual counseling that includes counselor factors, counselors, methods and factors supporting facilities and facilities is good enough. Students after being given individual counseling services by BK teachers, students can change the behavior of the original students did not go to school or truancy after individual counseling students finally turned into a positive direction that is no longer skipping and the intensity of bolosnya in a month reduced. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui layanan konseling individu yang digunakan oleh guru BK di SMPN tiga Darangdan dalam mengurangi masalah siswa bolos sekolah dan untuk mengatahui proses pelaksanaan layanan konseling individu dalam mengurangi masalah siswa bolos sekolah, serta untuk mengetahui hasil yang dicapai dari layanan konseling individu dalam mengurangi masalah siswa bolos sekolah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bersifat deskriftif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, memaparkan situasi atau peristiwa. Data primer diperoleh dengan wawancara dan catatan lapangan. Sedangkan data sekunder dilihat dari dokumen resmi, dan buku-buku referensi tentang layanan konseling individu di SMPN tiga Darangdan. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pelaksanaan konseling individu yang meliputi faktor konselor, konseli, metode maupun faktor-faktor pendukung sarana maupun fasilitas sudah cukup baik. Siswa setelah diberikan layanan konseling individu oleh guru BK, siswa dapat merubah perilakunya yang semula siswa tidak berangkat kesekolah atau bolos setelah dilakukan konseling individu akhirnya siswa menjadi berubah kearah positif yakni tidak lagi bolos dan intensitas bolosnya dalam sebulan berkurang.

Abstract

This paper discusses program, implementation, and achievement of peer counseling program to improve lifeskill (life skill) of adolescent at Teenage Youth Counseling Information Center Batujajar Bandung Barat. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The results found that peer counseling programs at the Youth Adult Youth Counseling Information Center have increased experienced of teenagers in their life kills, physical skills, mental skills, emotional skills, spiritual skills, vocational skills, and skills to face the difficulties, so they become a person who is ready to adapt and be effective in living his daily life and face the future. Tulisan ini membahas tentang program, pelaksanaan, dan pencapaian program konseling teman sebaya untuk meningkatkan lifeskill (keterampilan hidup) remaja di Pusat Informasi Konseling Remaja, Rumah Remaja Kecamatan Batujajar Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deksriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program konseling teman sebaya di Pusat Informasi Konseling Remaja Rumah Remaja meningkatkan life skill (keterampilan hidup) remaja baik keterampilan fisik, keterampilan mental, keterampilan emosional, keterampilan spiritual, keterampilan kejuruan, dan keterampilan menghadapi kesulitan. Keterampilan ini mampu menjadikan para remaja manusia yang siap beradaptasi serta efektif dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari dan menghadapi masa depan. Kata Kunci : Konseling Teman Sebaya; Lifeskill; Remaja.

Abstract

AbstrakPsychology and Psychiatry must finally honestly admit that both are psychology which actually do not know about the true nature of the soul (nafs). What can be investigated and described by this science are only the various symptoms of the soul that can be observed. Therefore this discipline must be humble to look for other sources that can explain the true nature of the human soul. By knowing the true nature of the soul, all mental disorders and mental illnesses can be rooted and cured. This knowledge is none other than the Science of Tashawuf and tharikat. In this science there are various deep secrets of the human soul (lathifah, nafs, spirit) which cannot be uncovered by Western sciences including psychology and psychiatry. This paper will explain a little about the deepest dimension of human information found by the tharikat and is very useful to overcome mental disorders, especially fear (fear) due to the pandemic of the Covid-19 plague that increasingly undermined the soul of this nation through the technique of Dhikr tharikat so that spiritual power has spiritual energy enough to move the full potential of human life and build mental defenses

Abstract

Chemotherapy patients frequently have high anxiety levels because of a variety of factors, including their environment and the information they are given, their lack of knowledge about the chemotherapy procedure, the physical decline they go through, and their worries about the family they leave behind. Given the significance of a successful course of treatment, chemotherapy patients should receive Islamic spiritual counsel. In Al Ihsan Hospital, Islamic spiritual guidance specifically designed to lessen chemotherapy patients' anxiety can use the Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) as part of the guidance. The research adopts a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study are the researcher as the spiritual guide, chemotherapy patients, and chemotherapy nurses. The results of this study indicate that the anxiety conditions of chemotherapy patients are influenced by personal and social factors, with variations ranging from mild to panic anxiety. The spiritual guidance provided using SEFT involves the delivery of Quranic verses and historical stories to strengthen faith and SEFT techniques to address anxiety.

Abstract

This research also wants to identify related challenges and opportunities in implementing this technique. This type of research is field research which was carried out using descriptive qualitative research methods to obtain objective and in-depth qualitative data about Therapeutic Communication Techniques in Islamic Counseling Guidance (BKI) for Handling Drug Abuse among High School students. The research data is presented descriptively so that the research findings are presented sequentially, in detail and in depth. The results of this research show that therapeutic communication techniques in Islamic Counseling (BKI) for handling drug abuse can have a positive impact on the students involved, so that they feel more comfortable to open up about sharing their experiences regarding drug abuse without feeling intimidated and Terjudim, apart from that, is also able to be an alternative that can provide motivation, cure and provide solutions for students to escape the trap of drugs. This research concludes that the application of therapeutic communication techniques in Islamic counseling guidance is very effective in dealing with drug abuse among students at Senior Highschool. However, further training is needed for counselors or guidance and counseling teachers in schools so that they can implement this technique optimally and involve the school community as a whole to create a culture of preventing and controlling drug abuse.

Abstract

Islamic counseling plays an essential role in fostering an individual's self-confidence by combining Islamic principles and psychological approaches. This study examines how Quranic verses related to motivation can be applied in counseling to enhance self-confidence, using a therapeutic communication approach. The aim of this study is to demonstrate how Islamic values, such as tawakkul (trust in God), patience, and optimism, can strengthen one's confidence in facing life challenges. Through therapeutic communication based on both spiritual and psychological understanding, counselors can assist individuals in identifying their potential, reducing anxiety, and building stronger intrinsic motivation. Quranic verses teaching the importance of effort and tawakkul provide a profound framework in the counseling process, where individuals are encouraged to believe that every effort made with sincerity and confidence will lead to good results. The findings of this study show that a therapeutic communication approach that integrates Islamic values can significantly enhance an individual's self-confidence and offer practical solutions to psychological issues. Therefore, applying Islamic principles in counseling is highly effective in helping individuals achieve both psychological and spiritual well-being. Abstract

The phenomenon of love scamming among adolescents is increasingly concerning, particularly at SMA Negeri 1 Dayeuhkolot where students are active social media users. This scheme exploits romantic relationships to deceive victims emotionally and financially, affecting their psychological, social, and academic conditions. The objective is to describe the victims’ behaviors, identify the causal factors, and explain both the process and results of victim management using responsive services based on reality counseling. The theoretical framework refers to Glasser’s Reality Counseling, which emphasizes personal responsibility, awareness of choices, and rational decision-making in behavioral change. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies involving victims, peers, guidance and counseling teachers, homeroom teachers, and the vice principal for student affairs. Secondary data were collected from school documents, social media, academic literature, and records of similar cases. Data analysis involved reduction, categorization, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that victims experienced deep sadness, panic attacks, social withdrawal, and fear of social media notifications due to threats of personal data exposure. Contributing factors include individual aspects (poor self-control, emotional immaturity), family (lack of communication, weak supervision), school (academic pressure, negative peer interactions), social (peer influence, unhealthy media exposure), and cultural elements. Responsive services included summoning the victim, exploring the chronology, providing reality counseling, and following up on emotional recovery. The application of reality counseling proved effective, as indicated by improved communication with family, increased social interaction, cessation of perpetrator intimidation, and the victim’s renewed focus on the future without prolonged trauma. In conclusion, responsive services based on reality counseling can restore victims’ emotional and social conditions and serve as a preventive strategy against similar cases in schools.
