Abstract This study aims to analyze the application of rhetoric and da'wah ethics used by Salim A. Fillah in the YouTube content of Dr. Richard Lee. Da'wah in the digital era demands innovative and effective approaches, utilizing social media platforms to spread religious messages. Salim A. Fillah, a renowned dai, employs rich rhetoric and da'wah ethics rooted in Islamic values in conveying his messages. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis methods to evaluate Salim A. Fillah's da'wah video on November 22, 2023, on Dr. Richard Lee's YouTube channel. The research findings indicate that the application of rhetorical strategies such as ethos, pathos, and logos, along with da'wah ethics that respect the audience and promote tolerance values, can enhance the effectiveness of conveying da'wah messages. These findings provide important insights for dai and preachers in effectively utilizing digital media to deliver religious messages in an engaging and ethical manner. Permasalahan kepercayaan diri berdampak pada hilangnya minat siswa dalam mengembangkan berbagai potensi yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Maka dari itu masalah kepercayaan diri harus segera diatasi segera agar siswa dapat segera mengoptimalkan berbagai potensinya. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan konseling individu dengan komunikasi terapeutik islami dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskripsi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konseling individu dengan komunikasi terapeutik islami terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa. Adapun Implementasi komunikasi terapeutik yang berlandaskan prinsip--prinsip komunikasi terapeutik Islam yaitu Qoulan Sadida, Qoulan Baligha, Qoulan Ma’rufa, Qoulan Karima, Qoulan Layyina, Qoulan Maysura pada seluruh kegiatan komunikasi terapeutik baik pada tahap awal, tahap tengah (kerja) dan tahap akhir (action) melalui penerapan ini menunjukan hasil yang baik dengan meningkatnya kepercayaan diri siswa.

This study examines the use of artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots in religious consultations, particularly in the context of Islamic preaching (dawah). The aim of the research is to evaluate the benefits and challenges faced in the implementation of this technology and to identify the ethical approaches needed for its development and use. The research methods include literature analysis and case studies. The results indicate that AI chatbots can enhance accessibility and efficiency in providing religious guidance but also raise several ethical and theological issues. With the right ethical approach, AI chatbots have great potential to support dawah in the digital age.

Islamic therapeutic communication is a form of interpersonal communication between nurses and patients which aims to help the patient's healing or recovery process. This process is carried out by providing suggestions for interactions that support healing and help resolve patient problems, based on Islamic principles. The patients in question are madrasah students who face psychological problems due to pressure in the educational sector, such as minimum target demands, educational standards, diversity of student backgrounds, complexity of subject matter, and limited resources (competence, potential and educational costs). These things trigger stress and psychological problems. This research examines how Islamic therapeutic communication can overcome psychological problems experienced by madrasa students. Therapeutic communication will be more effective if educators are directly involved with students, especially through providing suggestions that strengthen spiritual aspects. With this approach, positive suggestions can help the healing process and overcome students' psychological problems. In this case, educators act as therapists by applying various communication techniques optimally, aiming to direct student behavior in a more positive direction through strengthening Islamic values.

This research will examine problems in organizing the 2023 Hajj, such as health anxiety, lack of companions, as well as other psychological problems that have the potential to affect Hajj pilgrims. This research hopes to understand the efforts made by Islamic religious instructors with their duties and functions as educational, task and effort. consultative function, duties and functions as an advocate function and consultative efforts and functions. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach regarding data collection techniques related to observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. Data processing is related to data reduction, presenting data, analyzing and drawing conclusions. The results of your research show that there are significant efforts made by religious instructors in carrying out their various functions for prospective Hajj pilgrims. Details of the research results include: 1) Informative Function: Religious instructors play a role in providing clear and complete information regarding various aspects related to the Hajj pilgrimage, including departure procedures, travel, accommodation in the holy land, as well as the importance of vaccination and maintaining health during the pilgrimage. 2) Educational Function: Religious instructors provide education to prospective Hajj pilgrims through practice, training and instilling the spiritual values of the Hajj pilgrimage. They also provide guidebooks, video tutorials and other educational materials to help the congregation understand. 3). Consultative Function: Religious instructors provide consultation services to help prospective pilgrims resolve various problems they face, both before and during worship. 4). This study aims to explore the application of rhetorical principles in preaching based on the teachings of the Qur'an and to provide practical guidance for preachers in improving the quality of their preaching messages. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, as the focus of the study is on understanding the application of rhetorical principles in the context of da'wah, which requires careful text analysis and theoretical interpretation. The analysis was conducted using an interpretive approach, in which the texts of the Qur'an and hadith were interpreted in the context of the aforementioned principles of rhetoric. This process involves identifying and interpreting relevant verses that demonstrate the application of the principles of logos, ethos, and pathos in da'wah. This study found that the principle of logos helps explain Islamic teachings in a logical and convincing manner. The credibility of a preacher, supported by deep knowledge, noble character, and active involvement in the community, increases the trust of the audience. Ethos builds a strong relationship between the preacher and the audience. Pathos helps touch the hearts of the audience and makes the message more impactful. The combination of logos, ethos, and pathos in preaching increases the effectiveness of message delivery.

This research examines the implementation of the legislative process in the House of Representatives (DPR), which constitutes one of the primary functions within Indonesia's constitutional system. However, the DPR's performance in law-making is frequently questioned due to various obstacles that affect the effectiveness and quality of the legislative products produced. This article aims to analyze the obstacles faced by the DPR in the law-making process and offers practical solutions to address them. The paper employs a normative juridical analytical descriptive approach. Research findings indicate that political, technical, and social obstacles remain the primary factors that slow down and diminish the quality of legislation. The article also proposes implementable solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the legislative process, including improving the quality of academic drafts, strengthening political coordination, and increasing public participation.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki penerapan etika dan profesionalisme dalam bimbingan dan konseling Islam di Yayasan Pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan para konselor, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etika dan profesionalisme BK Islam di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman secara umum mengacu pada etika profesi bimbingan konseling yang berlaku di Indonesia yang meliputi standar profesionalisme yang memperhatikan kualifikasi dan keterampilan, regulasi yang disusun dan penguasaan konsep serta praktik. Selain itu, pelaksanaan BK pun berpihak pada kebutuhan siswa atau santri dengan memperhatikan prinsip pada etika dakwah dalam keilmuan bimbingan konseling islam yakni untuk membantu individu mencapai kebahagiaan dunia akhirat melalui pemeliharaan dan pengembalian individu pada potensi fitrahnya yaitu sebagai makhluk yang suci.

Multicultural counseling is an important approach in guiding adolescent development that takes into account cultural diversity. Culture as a whole system of ideas, actions and results of human work, plays a central role in adolescent development. This research aims to find out how a multicultural counseling approach can encourage the development of adolescents with culture. The research method used is a literature review study. However, this literature review study summarizes the understanding of multicultural counseling, adolescent development, and the role of culture in the context of this development. The results show that a multicultural counseling approach is not just a method, but also a deep philosophy that embraces cultural diversity to guide adolescents toward sustainable emotional, social, and psychological maturity. In conclusion, the integration of a multicultural counseling approach not only supports teenagers in responding to cultural diversity, but also forms individuals who are more tolerant, inclusive and ready to face an increasingly complex world.
