Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of locus of control, communication, organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable on KPP Pratama Manado employees. The result of research shows that 1) locus of control have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction 2) communication has positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, 3) organizational culture have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, 4) locus of control has negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, 5) communication has positive and significant effect on employee performance, 6) organizational culture have positive and insignificant effect to employee performance, 7) job satisfaction have positive and significant effect to employee performance.Keywords: Locus of Control, Communication, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

Consumer play an important role in modern retail business. Without consumer, the modern retail business can’t survive. The individual consumer has their own set of preferences and determination of these is based upon culture, education, and individual tastes. Supermarket must identify what consumer want because in Manado consumer face a lot of choice in selecting supermarket. This research purpose is to analyzed factor that influence consumer preferences in supermarket selection, identify which supermarket people choose the most and each supermarket key strength.This research used the Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in processing the data. Population in this research is people in Manado who has experience in shopping at Freshmart, Multimart, and Hypermart. The sample of this research is 50 respondents of simple random sampling. The result have shown the most criterion that influence consumer when selecting the supermarket is product quality and brand image is the least criterion that influence consumer when selecting supermarket. Freshmart become the most preffered supermarket chosen by consumer. Location, product quality, and product variety are the key strength of each supermarket. Finally, every supermarket in Manado must give more attention to product quality, location and price as the most influence criteria when people decide to shop at supermarket.   Keywords : consumer preferences, supermarket selection

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Supermarket Jumbo di Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan alat analisis korelasi dan regresi sederhana, untuk menguji tingkat hubungan dan pengaruh yang terjadi antara variabel kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Koefisien regresi b = 0,696 menyatakan bahwa untuk setiap penambahan nilai variabel (X) Kompensasi maka diprediksi nilai variabel (Y) Kinerja Karyawan pada Supermarket Jumbo Manado akan meningkat sebesar 0,696.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan semangat kerja karyawan di Badan pelaksana Penyuluhan Pertanian,Perikanan,Kehutanan (BP4K) Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Badan Pelaksana Penyuluhan Pertanian, Perikanan, Kehutan an (BP4K) Kabupaten Minahasa Utara yang berjumlah 30 dan untuk menentukan sampel di gunakan rumus sloven dan diperoleh n=28. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis korelasi spearman Rho . Hasil analisis diperoleh persamaan regresi Y= 404,8+406X, dan r= 0,60 dengan derajat determinasi r2=0,36. Dengan hasil analisis tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berhubungan dengan semangat kerja karyawan di Badan Pelaksana Penyuluhan Pertanian,Perikanan,Kehutanan (BP4K) Kabupaten Minahasa Utara.

The method used in this article is the literature study method. Overall, digital literacy is a multidimensional concept that affects various aspects of community life, education, business and personal well-being. Digital literacy equips individuals with the competencies and skills necessary to navigate the digital landscape effectively, critically and ethically. Abstract

Sampling was carried out using the Sevila (Slovin) formula with a precision of (5%). The sample size is 80 employees, using the survey method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and data processing using correlation analysis and simple linear regression. The results of the t test obtained t-count = 19.447 > t-table = 0.632, then t-count = 19.447 > t-table 0.632. By comparing the t-table with the t-count, the compensation variable (X) influences employee work motivation. The results of the F test obtained F-count = 378.174 > F-table 3.951 with a significance value of 0.05, which was proven by the effect through the t test, obtained t-count = 19.447 > t-table 1.66462, so H1 was accepted and Ho was rejected. The results of this research show that compensation has a positive effect on employee work motivation at PT. Matahari Department Store at Mega Trade Center Megamas Manado.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT Cargill Indonesia di Amurang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan alat analisis korelasi dan regresi sederhana, untuk menguji tingkat hubungan dan pengaruh yang terjadi antara variabel supervisi dengan produktivitas kerja pegawai. Koefisien regresi b = 0,700 menyatakan bahwa untuk setiap penambahan nilai variabel (X) Pengawasan diprediksi nilai variabel (Y) Produktivitas Kerja pada PT Cargill Indonesia akan meningkat sebesar 0,700.

Abstract

This study is about the influence of service quality and pricing on consumer loyalty at the Aryaduta Manado Hotel. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of (1) service quality on consumer loyalty, (2) the influence of pricing on consumer loyalty, (3) service quality and pricing on consumer loyalty. The method used in this study is quantitative in the form of a survey using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula, with a population of 40 taken from consumers at the Aryaduta Manado Hotel with a precision of 0.05 or 5%. The analysis tools used are correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. While the results of the simultaneous correlation coefficient value r = 0.443, indicating that service quality and pricing have a fairly strong and significant relationship to increasing consumer loyalty at the Aryaduta Manado Hotel. The determination coefficient value r2 = 0.196 indicates that the increase in consumer loyalty at the Aryaduta Manado Hotel where 19.3% is influenced by service quality and pricing together, while the remaining 80.7% is influenced by other factors. Therefore, management and employees need to pay attention to service quality and pricing to increase customer loyalty at the Aryaduta Manado Hotel.

Abstract

UMKM mempunyai peran yang sangat penting bagi ekonomi Indonesia. Indonesia memiliki 64,2 juta UMKM yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap PDB Indonesia sebesar 61%. Dengan angka demikian, baru sekitar 17,5 juta pelaku UMKM yang terjun ke ekosistem digital. Jumlah UMKM yang banyak membuat daya serap tenaga kerja menjadi besar sehingga membuat Indonesia mempunyai potensi ekonomi nasional yang kuat. Penggunaan teknologi khususnya sosial media dan pembuatan content marketing yang berkualitas, dapat memberikan banyak manfaat bagi UMKM terutama dalam meningkatkan brand awareness Masyarakat terhadap produk yang dipasarkan oleh UMKM tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa strategi sosial media dan Content marketing untuk membentuk brand awareness produk UMKM Kimbap Jo di Manado. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling, Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, studi pustaka dan focus group discussion Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kimbap Jo memanfaatkan media sosial dan content marketing secara efektif untuk membangun brand awareness.
