Abstract

Pelaksanaan tugas dalam konteks pemerintah daerah masih banyak menghadapi permasalahan dalam melaksanakan tugas dan wewenangnya untuk mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik secara menyeluruh. Oleh karena itu, diundangkannya Undang-Undang Pemerintahan Daerah No. 23 Tahun 2014 akan memberikan peluang yang lebih besar untuk melaksanakan prinsip desentralisasi, pemisahan kekuasaan, tugas pembantuan dan otonomi daerah, memungkinkan pemerintah daerah untuk melaksanakan tugas pemerintahan, pembangunan dan pelayanan. masyarakat dengan sebaik-baiknya, tidak lagi terlalu mengandalkan pemerintah pusat (sentralisasi). Di era digital saat ini, inovasi layanan berbasis teknologi merupakan salah satu alat yang digunakan untuk mewujudkan layanan yang akuntabel dan transparan, yang merupakan pilar fundamental dari paradigma good governance. Komponen utama keberhasilan akuntabilitas publik adalah adanya sistem keterbukaan informasi. Transparansi informasi ini merupakan modal penting yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai kinerja pelayanan sektor publik dan menilai akuntabilitas pelaksana sektor publik atas segala keputusan dan tindakannya. Pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh penelitian ini adalah seberapa efektif penerapan prinsip good governance dalam pelayanan publik di era digital (penelitian dilakukan di Kanwil Kota Ternate Utara). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif penerapan prinsip good governance dalam pelayanan publik di Kantor Kecamatan Ternate Utara di Kota Ternate.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Temuan kajian efektivitas penerapan prinsip good governance pada pelayanan publik di era digital (penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Kecamatan Ternate Utara) sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik. Hal ini terlihat dari partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Pemerintah Kecamatan Ternate Utara belum menerapkan layanan digital untuk mendukung efektifitas dan efisiensi pelayanan Kantor Camat Ternate Utara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meneliti Pengaruh Strategi pemasaran Terhadap Penjualan Pada UD. Bravia Plastik Manado. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuisioner dan pengolahan data menggunakanan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan korelasi.Dari hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai pengaruh Strategi pemasaran (X) terhadap Penjualan (Y), rxy = 0,823 menyatakan bahwa korelasi antara variabel X (strategi pemasaran) dengan variabel Y (penjualan) dapat diinterpretasikan korelasinya kuat, kontribusi strategi pemasaran pada penjualan, diketahui melalui koefisien diterminan : KP = rxy2 x 100%, yaitu KP = 0,6992 x 100% = 68 %. Hal ini juga tergambar dalam pengujian hipotesis dengan Uji F, diperoleh data F-hitung = 58,814> F-tabel 4,20 dan dibuktikan signifikan pengaruhnya melalui uji t, diperoleh t-hitung= 7,669 > t-tabel 1,701 maka H1 diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara strategi pemasaran terhadap penjualan pada UD. Bravia Plastik Manado. Keberartian pengaruh strategi pemasaran terhadap penjualan kurang terkait pengaruh linieritas Ŷ = 0,836 + 1,214 X. Dengan demikian jika strategi pemasaran ditingkatkan, maka penjualan pada UD. Bravia Plastik Manado akan lebih meningkat

Abstract

This research aims to increase student engagement in entrepreneurial activities, with a focus on marketing and product sales strategies. The results showed that students’ interest in entrepreneurship is high, and marketing and sales skills are the main reference in implementing their business ideas. Thus, this study developed and tested practical training strategies, including product sales simulations, group work, and mentoring by business practitioners on campus. The implementation of these strategies significantly improved students’ marketing and sales skills. The results of this entrepreneurial practice provided students with valuable insights into the key success factors in entrepreneurship. The findings contribute to the practical and academic understanding of efforts to increase student engagement in entrepreneurship, particularly through the development of product marketing and sales skills, with implications that can help individual students when they want to be entrepreneurial.

Abstract

Sampling was carried out using the Sevila (Slovin) formula with a precision of (5%). The sample size is 80 employees, using the survey method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and data processing using correlation analysis and simple linear regression. The results of the t test obtained t-count = 19.447 > t-table = 0.632, then t-count = 19.447 > t-table 0.632. By comparing the t-table with the t-count, the compensation variable (X) influences employee work motivation. The results of the F test obtained F-count = 378.174 > F-table 3.951 with a significance value of 0.05, which was proven by the effect through the t test, obtained t-count = 19.447 > t-table 1.66462, so H1 was accepted and Ho was rejected. The results of this research show that compensation has a positive effect on employee work motivation at PT. Matahari Department Store at Mega Trade Center Megamas Manado.

Abstract

This activity aims to increase student involvement and role in entrepreneurial activities as well as foster students' interest in entrepreneurship through entrepreneurship education through marketing and product sales strategies. This activity shows that students' entrepreneurial interest is very high, the marketing and sales skills demonstrated are the main reference in developing their ideas for business. So, this activity shows how to develop through training strategies towards product sales simulations and group work carried out by students. The student's role in developing this strategy succeeded in significantly improving marketing and sales skills. The results of this entrepreneurial practice provide valuable insight for students regarding the factors and keys to success in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of public service accountability and the inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of public service accountability in East Towuntu Village, Pasan District. The approach in this research is qualitative descriptive research. This research was chosen because it presents data systematically, factually and accurately regarding the facts in the field. The object of this research is Public Services. This research was conducted at the Towuntu Village Office as an extension of the central government and provider of services to the community. The informants in this research were all Towuntu Village officials, Pasan District. In providing services to the community, the Towuntu Village Government has demonstrated performance accountability/accountability in order to maintain community trust. This is demonstrated by the existence of a flow of accountability starting from the lowest level, namely village officials, to their leaders, namely Old Law. There are several factors that can influence the accountability/accountability process, where these factors originate from within the individual as a Village Apparatus and the environmental influence of Towuntu Village. However, as the experience of Towuntu Village officials increases, the level of understanding of the importance of performance accountability can be increased so that the process of implementing accountability can run well.

Abstract

The village is a government unit that often receives negative opinions from the public. These opinions include the lack of quality human resources, frequent practices of corruption, collusion and nepotism such as extortion, government officials who are often absent from their places and so on. This study is to determine the extent of the commitment of the Bitung Barat Satu village government in creating Good Government in its area and also to determine the impact of Good Government in providing excellent services in the Bitung Barat Satu village. The sample in this thesis is the Village Head and Village Apparatus totaling 32 (thirty-two) people. Sampling in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. By using data collection analysis techniques including observation, questionnaires, interviews and also stechniques. The Bitung Barat Satu village government has a strong commitment in efforts to achieve Good Government in its area. This is inseparable from the role of the Village Head as a leader who reprimands his subordinates if they do not serve the community well. Apart from that, the village officials and neighborhood heads also strive to provide excellent service to the community in accordance with the principles of Good Government.
