Abstract

The work effectiveness of the employee highly determines the success of an organization or an institute. To achieve such effectiveness, there we find several factors such as payment motivation and work discipline. High working motivation can result in a good work effectiveness. Likewise the payment offering and work discipline, these two both have an effect toward the work effectiveness of the civil servant. Dereliction toward these variables has an effect on the deterioration of employee’s behavior in doing their work or their service to society. This research aims to know the effect of motivation, payment, and work discipline toward the work effectiveness of the civil servant in subdistrict office of Malalayang District, Manado City. The result of the research shows that those who have high motivation both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation indicate the more effective result in working rather than those who are less motivated. Abstract

Pembengkakan (engorgement) merupakan pembendungan air susu karena penyempitan duktus laktiferus atau oleh kelenjar-kelenjar yang tidak dikosongkan dengan sempurna payudara akan terasa sakit, panas, nyeri pada perabaan, tegang, bengkak yang terjadi pada hari ketiga sampai hari keenam setelah persalinan, ketika ASI secara normal dihasilkan. Perawatan payudara yang bengkak dapat dilakukan dengan cara kompres lidah buaya. Tujuan Penelitian adalah diketahui pengaruh pemberian kompres lidah buaya terhadap nyeri payudara pada ibu yang mengalami bendungan ASI di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Sudimoro Kabupaten Tanggamus Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif pendekatan quasi eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu Nifas dengan sampel sebanyak 30 responden. objek penelitian ini adalah kompres lidah buaya, dan nyeri payudara. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Sudimoro, Kecamatan Semaka, Kabupaten Tanggamus pada bulan Februari 2021. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Analisi data secara univariat dan bivariat (chi square) Hasil penelitian diketahui rata-rata nyeri payudara sebelum diberikan kompres lidah buaya dan breascare pada ibu adalah 4,5, sesudah diberikan kompres lidah buaya dan breascare pada ibu adalah 2,0, rata-rata nyeri payudara sebelum diberikan breascare pada ibu adalah 4,5, setelah diberikan breascare pada ibu adalah 2,9. Ada pengaruh Pemberian Kompres Lidah Buaya Terhadap Nyeri Payudara Pada Ibu Yang Mengalami Bendungan ASI di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Sudimoro Kabupaten Tanggamus Tahun 2021 dengan nilai (p-value 0,001).Saran Memberikan terapi kompres lidah buaya terhadap penderita Nyeri Payudara sebagai salah satu cara sederhana yang dapat dilakukan pasien secara mandiri dan dapat menurunkan Nyeri Payudara pada penderita.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is survey research, with a quantitative approach, a questionnaire as a data collection tool containing structured statements given to respondents. The number of samples determined in this study was 52 people using the Slovin formula. The data analysis used is Correlation and Simple Linear Regression analysis. From the analysis carried out it is obtained that rxy=0.969 states that the correlation between variable X (Supervision) and Variable Y (Employee Performance) can be interpreted as a very strong correlation and the contribution of variable X to variable Y is 94 %. The results of the regression test obtained a value of a = 2.455 and a value of b = 0.943, so this was substituted into the linear regression formula: Ŷ = 2.455 + 0.943 ) Employee Performance is 2,455. The regression coefficient (B) = 0.943 states that for every additional value of the variable (X) Supervision, it is predicted that the value of the variable (Y) Employee Performance will increase by 0.943.

Abstract

This research aims to increase student engagement in entrepreneurial activities, with a focus on marketing and product sales strategies. The results showed that students’ interest in entrepreneurship is high, and marketing and sales skills are the main reference in implementing their business ideas. Thus, this study developed and tested practical training strategies, including product sales simulations, group work, and mentoring by business practitioners on campus. The implementation of these strategies significantly improved students’ marketing and sales skills. The results of this entrepreneurial practice provided students with valuable insights into the key success factors in entrepreneurship. The findings contribute to the practical and academic understanding of efforts to increase student engagement in entrepreneurship, particularly through the development of product marketing and sales skills, with implications that can help individual students when they want to be entrepreneurial.

Abstract

Sampling was carried out using the Sevila (Slovin) formula with a precision of (5%). The sample size is 80 employees, using the survey method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and data processing using correlation analysis and simple linear regression. The results of the t test obtained t-count = 19.447 > t-table = 0.632, then t-count = 19.447 > t-table 0.632. By comparing the t-table with the t-count, the compensation variable (X) influences employee work motivation. The results of the F test obtained F-count = 378.174 > F-table 3.951 with a significance value of 0.05, which was proven by the effect through the t test, obtained t-count = 19.447 > t-table 1.66462, so H1 was accepted and Ho was rejected. The results of this research show that compensation has a positive effect on employee work motivation at PT. Matahari Department Store at Mega Trade Center Megamas Manado.

Abstract

Tingkah laku dan perilaku yang diharapkan dari seorang advokat diatur dalam kode etik advokat Indonesia yang melarang perilaku yang dapat merugikan martabat profesi hukum. Seorang pengacara ternama di Indonesia bernama Hotman Paris terlibat perselisihan atas materi tidak etis yang diposting di media sosial. Penelitian ini memadukan kajian literatur dengan prosedur peradilan normatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kasus, khususnya memanfaatkan contoh pelanggaran kode etik yang dilakukan Hotman Paris. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya ketidaksepakatan mengenai profesionalisme dan etika dalam praktik hukum, serta penyebaran konten yang dianggap tidak sesuai dan merendahkan profesi hukum. Kasus konten tidak etis Hotman Paris menegaskan betapa pentingnya kepatuhan Kata Kunci: Kode etik, Advokat, Asusila

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of public service accountability and the inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of public service accountability in East Towuntu Village, Pasan District. The approach in this research is qualitative descriptive research. This research was chosen because it presents data systematically, factually and accurately regarding the facts in the field. The object of this research is Public Services. This research was conducted at the Towuntu Village Office as an extension of the central government and provider of services to the community. The informants in this research were all Towuntu Village officials, Pasan District. In providing services to the community, the Towuntu Village Government has demonstrated performance accountability/accountability in order to maintain community trust. This is demonstrated by the existence of a flow of accountability starting from the lowest level, namely village officials, to their leaders, namely Old Law. There are several factors that can influence the accountability/accountability process, where these factors originate from within the individual as a Village Apparatus and the environmental influence of Towuntu Village. However, as the experience of Towuntu Village officials increases, the level of understanding of the importance of performance accountability can be increased so that the process of implementing accountability can run well.

Abstract

The village is a government unit that often receives negative opinions from the public. These opinions include the lack of quality human resources, frequent practices of corruption, collusion and nepotism such as extortion, government officials who are often absent from their places and so on. This study is to determine the extent of the commitment of the Bitung Barat Satu village government in creating Good Government in its area and also to determine the impact of Good Government in providing excellent services in the Bitung Barat Satu village. The sample in this thesis is the Village Head and Village Apparatus totaling 32 (thirty-two) people. Sampling in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. By using data collection analysis techniques including observation, questionnaires, interviews and also stechniques. The Bitung Barat Satu village government has a strong commitment in efforts to achieve Good Government in its area. This is inseparable from the role of the Village Head as a leader who reprimands his subordinates if they do not serve the community well. Apart from that, the village officials and neighborhood heads also strive to provide excellent service to the community in accordance with the principles of Good Government.

Abstract

UMKM mempunyai peran yang sangat penting bagi ekonomi Indonesia. Indonesia memiliki 64,2 juta UMKM yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap PDB Indonesia sebesar 61%. Dengan angka demikian, baru sekitar 17,5 juta pelaku UMKM yang terjun ke ekosistem digital. Jumlah UMKM yang banyak membuat daya serap tenaga kerja menjadi besar sehingga membuat Indonesia mempunyai potensi ekonomi nasional yang kuat. Penggunaan teknologi khususnya sosial media dan pembuatan content marketing yang berkualitas, dapat memberikan banyak manfaat bagi UMKM terutama dalam meningkatkan brand awareness Masyarakat terhadap produk yang dipasarkan oleh UMKM tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa strategi sosial media dan Content marketing untuk membentuk brand awareness produk UMKM Kimbap Jo di Manado. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling, Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, studi pustaka dan focus group discussion Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kimbap Jo memanfaatkan media sosial dan content marketing secara efektif untuk membangun brand awareness.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of inter-time replacement on constituent representation in parliament with the research method used, namely normative research. This study uses secondary and primary data, the secondary data referred to here is in the form of references or libraries, including literature books, journals, articles, and legislation. Primary legal materials are laws and regulations, official documents, court decisions, and the constitution. The results of the study concluded that PAW can reduce public trust in legislative institutions, PAW has a major influence on political parties to determine who has the right to occupy parliamentary seats and PAW can influence legislative accountability.
