Abstract

The data publication policy is explained by using a qualitative approach method. Assessment based on scores based on tourism smart environment indicators. The results of the study show that the tourism potential in the Likupang area is the government's policy by proposing this area as a tourism special economic zone. The policy was published in the form of Government Regulation number 84 of 2019 as a Legal Basis with an area of 197.4. The first question which describes the findings of the literature carried out in journal articles shows that the vision of a smart environment tourism policy in the development of the Likupang Tourism Special Economic Zone in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic has been carried out a lot. The second question is the researcher's attempts to trace the perception of stakeholders to the understanding of stakeholders about whether or not it is necessary to develop a smart environment in the Likupang SEZ area using a smart environment tourism approach at an ecocentrism or supportive level. The third question can be seen from the process of implementing the Likupang SEZ which is the government's effort to develop regional tourism potential, of course with a smart environment tourism approach as well as a way to reduce emissions, manage waste and involve community participation.

Abstract

The teacher resources development becomes a central issue in public discussion. The plan, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of teacher resource development in Dinas Pendidikan Manado is being provoked and receives attention. The provoking issues play around on how teacher resouces development being planned, implemented, and evaluated. This study takes a qualitative approach and utilizes a case study method. In-depth interviews are the primary data collecting tools, followed by document study techniques/literature and observation. However, monitoring and evaluation success requires adequate implementation quality, appropriate monitoring and evaluation standards, and a special monitoring and evaluation budget. In conclusion, the government should inform and promote the pattern of execution of teacher resource development. That is, more attention and a dedicated budget for the creation of teaching resources are required. The pattern of teacher resource development monitoring and assessment is based on both internal and external stakeholders. The government must state and report the pattern of implementation of teacher resource development. This means that more attention and special budget are needed to create teaching resources. The pattern of monitoring and assessment of teacher resource development is based on internal and external interests. As a result, by using explicit and redundant standards, supervisor quality becomes an important predictor of successful monitoring and assessment.

Abstract

Indonesia's population growth has become a major concern due to its impact on various aspects of life. With the population reaching 275.77 million people in mid-2022, the growth rate decreased to 1.17 percent. This phenomenon is a serious concern for the government, especially with population density reaching 143.86 people/km2. Amidst efforts to address uncontrolled growth, Pangkalpinang City as an example shows a significant increase in population. To address this issue, the government introduced the Family Quality Village (Kampung KB) as a birth control program. Through Kampung KB, communities are educated about wise family planning and the importance of quality families. The program also provides support for couples who want to plan a family by providing information, counseling, and guidance related to various aspects of family planning. It is hoped that, through these efforts, the birth rate can be well controlled, which in turn will improve the quality of life of families and individuals and reduce the number of unplanned births.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of government policies in the management and development of the Karombasan Market, Wanea District, Manado City. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach research method. The aim of descriptive research is to create systematic, actual and accurate descriptions, images or paintings regarding the facts, as well as the properties and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. The results of the research show that the government has carried out their respective duties but it is still not going well, even though they hold a large responsibility in the management and development of the Karombasan Market in Manado, they cannot do much even though they have already held socialization because of the Traders do not follow the rules that have been made and mutually agreed upon but it doesn't have much of an impact because not many traders participate and the government has carried out socialization for a long time and is no longer held. And also because traders are used to situations like that because from the start of their sales they were not grouped according to the types of sales. The arrangement and development of the Manado Karombasan Market did not run optimally because since the planning, traders were not placed in accordance with the applicable rules or regulations. The government is less firm in following up on the problems faced, such as traders' stalls which are not well organized and do not comply with the rules, traders do not participate enough in the arrangement and cleanliness of Manado's Karombasan Market. The absence of regional regulations governing traditional markets, especially in the city of Manado, makes it difficult for the government to take reference from where to act and manage these markets.
