Abstract

PT. Djarum is able to stand and operate its business for many years amid tight competition of cigarette business and rapid pressures from both public and government policies. It clearly requires company's ability to run a series of reliable strategies. The distribution of Djarum Foundation CSR in the form of Vocational School Program is believed to be part of those strategies. The question is what factors owned by Vocational School program so that it can support PT. Djarum to survive and even expand its business to date? This study aims to determine the eminence of the Djarum Foundation Vocational School Program, its communication, and community's legitimacy of the program. Using qualitative descriptive approach with the constructivist paradigm, this research utilizes interview and literature study as the data collection technique, while case study is applied as its study design. The results of this study explain that the Vocational School program is a superior CSR program, not easily imitated, and achieves the level of sustaining survival. Vocational School program communications are also conducted effectively by selecting media, targets, message contents, and resource persons in accordance with the program and the products it produces. This is to strengthen the strategic position of Djarum Foundation at national and international level. The program has also gained community legitimacy as is reflected in community enthusiasm for the program, its impacts on the economic improvement of the Kudus community, and the appreciation of local and central government towards the Vocational School program. Keywords: CSR, Vocational School, Legitimacy, Sustaining Survival

Abstract

The usefulness of employing audio-visual materials with video through a projector to promote gross motor abilities in early childhood through intelligent, fun, and healthy gymnastics movements serves as the driving force behind this research (descriptive study at PAUD Riyadul Ulum Group B). The purpose of this study is to better understand the gymnastics exercises that are frequently conducted by teachers and students utilizing audio-only materials and giving the pupils the task of mimicking the teacher's movements. 1) Understanding how to employ audio-visual media with video through a projector to enhance gross motor skills through healthy, intelligent, joyful gymnastics movements in early children at Riyadul Ulum PAUD is the main goal of this research. 2) Being aware of the outcomes of employing audiovisual media and video through a projector to promote gross motor abilities in young children at PAUD Riyadul Ulum Group B through healthy, clever, and joyful gymnastics routines. Students, instructors, guardians, and school principals are the topics of this study. This study is a case study-style qualitative field investigation. The findings of this study demonstrate that, in comparison to earlier research that used only audio media, the assessment of the application of audio-visual media using videos of gymnastic movements through a projector nearly met the target and was significantly successful.

Abstract

Zakat is an important instrument in wealth redistribution and community empowerment in the context of Islamic economics. In this context, research on the management of zakat funds by the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Bogor City is very relevant. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of zakat fund management and its impact on community empowerment. The research methods used are qualitative and quantitative approaches, involving data collection through interviews, surveys, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that BAZNAS Bogor City has succeeded in managing zakat funds well. The significant allocation of funds for empowerment programs, such as skills training and business capital assistance, is one indicator of this success. For example, the sewing training program held by BAZNAS has helped many women in Bogor to acquire new skills, so that they can be financially independent and contribute to the family economy. However, the challenges faced by BAZNAS cannot be ignored. The lack of public awareness of the importance of zakat and transparency in fund management are issues that need to be addressed. Many residents still do not understand the benefits of zakat, so their participation in these programs is low. In addition, transparency in the use of zakat funds is also in the spotlight, because the community has the right to know how the funds they donate are used for the common good. To overcome these challenges, this study recommends increasing socialization of zakat, both through public campaigns and collaboration with various parties, including educational institutions and community organizations. By increasing public awareness and ensuring transparency in management, it is hoped that the positive impact of zakat management can be maximized.

Abstract

Banyak pekerjaan yang tidak selesai tepat waktu, karyawan yang tidak bertanggung jawab, dan pekerjaan yang menumpuk terjadi karena perusahaan tidak memperhatikan pentingnya work-life balance dan jarak domisili untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara semangat kerja dan work-life balance dan jarak domisili. Dalam penelitian ini, PT. ISS Indonesia digunakan sebagai kasus. Metode sampling random digunakan untuk sampel penelitian ini, yang terdiri dari 77 karyawan PT ISS Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, yang kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t hitung menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance dan jarak domisili memengaruhi semangat kerja. Kata Kunci: Work-Life Balance; Jarak Domisili; Semangat Kerja.

Abstract

Pendidikan memegang peranan krusial dalam pembangunan bangsa, dan motivasi belajar siswa merupakan salah satu faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan. Lingkungan belajar memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Lingkungan belajar yang positif, aman dan mendukung akan menciptakan suasana kondusif yang mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif dan bersemangat dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif, diharapkan motivasi belajar siswa akan meningkat, yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak positif pada prestasi akademik dan perkembangan siswa secara keseluruhan. Terdapat banyak sekolah di Ciruas, salah satunya ialah di SMKN 1 Ciruas yang pada kegiatan ini kami jadikan sample penelitian. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan bimbingan serta bantuan dari para dosen yaitu Ibu Karsikah SE., MM ,bapak Dede Sulaeman, S.M.,M.M dan bapak Izdad Irsyadillah Fauzan, S.M., M.M selaku dosen pembimbing. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24 April 2025 yang bertempat di salah satu anyaman bambu di Sekolah SMKN 1 Ciruas. Penulis memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan inklusif. Lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan bebas dari diskriminasi atau bullying sangat penting untuk menciptakan rasa percaya diri dan motivasi belajar siswa. Memberikan dukungan emosional kepada siswa, siswa perlu merasa diterima, dihargai, dan didukung secara emosional untuk tetap termotivasi dalam belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi elektrolit H2SO4 dan kuat arus terhadap volume gas letup yang terbentuk pada proses elektrolisis air. Variasi konsentrasi elektrolit sebesar 1M, 1,5 M, 2M, 2,5 M, dan 3M , kuat arus listrik sebesar 100 mA, 200 mA, 300 mA, 400 mA, dan 500 mA selama 30 detik, serta menggunakan elektroda platina. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian dan analisis secara grafik dapat dinyatakan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh konsentrasi H2SO4 terhadap volume gas letup. Untuk masing-masing konsentrasi 1 M, 1,5 M, 2 M, 2,5 M, dan 3 M ditunjukkan dengan persamaan garisnya secara berurutan adalah Y = 0,694 – 2,22045E-17 X, Y = 1,106 – 4.44089E-17 X, Y = 1,588 + 0 X, Y = 1,976 + 0,006 X, dan Y = 2,566 + 0 X. Sedangkan grafik antara kuat arus listrik dengan volume gas letup memiliki persamaan garis Y = 4,626 X + 0,2006 dengan R = 0,99812 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara kuat arus dengan volume gas letup artinya kuat arus berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan volume gas letup yang dihasilkan. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of interactive thematic classroom displays on the ability of 45-year-old children to recognize number symbols 1-10 at PAUD El-Mahya Sukaluyu Cianjur. The problem stems from children's difficulty in recognizing number symbols, which is caused by passive teaching methods and a lack of interactive media. The research used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design, involving 10 children from group A. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis included descriptive and inferential statistics (normality test, t-test, and simple linear regression). The results showed that the implementation of the interactive thematic classroom display was in the Very Good category (80.42%). There was a significant improvement in the children's ability to recognize number symbols 1-10, with the average pretest score increasing from 12.8 (Developing as Expected) to 16.4 (Developing Very Well) in the posttest. The interactive thematic display also had a significant positive effect on the children's ability to recognize number symbols. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.661, indicating that 66.1% of the variation in number symbol recognition ability can be explained by this variable.
