Abstract

Harmonized System (HS) merupakan sistem kodefikasi terhadap barang yang dikoordinasikan oleh World Custom Organization (WCO). Pengklasifikasian jenis barang dalam HS sangat banyak variannya dan dirancang untuk mencakup semua komoditi yang diperdagangkan. Sementara itu, Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) diklasifikasikan berdasarkan International Classification of Standards (ICS). Konversi antara HS dan ICS sudah dilakukan oleh BSN, namun karena setiap HS dapat mencakup berbagai SNI atau sebaliknya setiap SNI dapat mencakup berbagai nomor HS, maka diperlukan suatu konversi yang dapat menunjukkan hubungan langsung antara suatu nomor SNI dengan HS yang terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun hubungan yang terstruktur antara SNI dengan kelompok komoditi terkait berdasarkan klasifikasi HS, untuk memudahkan pengambilan keputusan bagi kebijakan standarisasi terkait dengan perkembangan perdagangan dan industri. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan konversi SNI ke HS untuk sejumlah 4915 standar yang mencakup berbagai sektor. Hasil konversi tersedia dalam bentuk buku, dilengkapi program aplikasi konversi yang dapat diakses pada website BSN.Kata kunci: Konversi, SNI, HS.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the risk of bone implant material 316L-SS by identifying the material or materials or methods that are able to withstand the rate of corrosion or anti-corrosion. The method used is a literature study supported by tabulation data processing instruments, mind mapping, and fishbone diagrams. All journal literature is collected, grouped, carefully identified and scored to obtain information regarding its anti-corrosive material. The results show that corrosion of 316L can be coated with an anti-corrosive support material  as follows: 1) Alumina Sol-Gel, 2) Silane, 3) Parylene, 4) Niobium Oxide (Nb2O5), 5) 0.01%SS, 6) MgO/Tb,Eu-HAP, 7) Ti6Al4V coated HAP 40 micrometers, 8) HAP+HNO3, 9) Nano-HA, 10) Samarium- Gadolinium-HAP (Sm/Gd-HAP), 11) Nano-Thin Film Hydroxyapatite polylactic acid (nHA-PLA), 12) Multiwall Carbon Nanotube, 13) f-MWCNT, 14) Ag-HA/f-MWCNT nanocomposite, 15) nano HAP, 16) nano TiO2, 17) Double-HA, 18 ) Titanium ions, 19) Superhydrophilic TNT, 20) Superhydrophobic TNT, and 21) Ti-Nb-Zr-Ta6. Each element that coats 316L-SS has different characteristics of advantages, but unfortunately all existing literature does not explain the technical advantages of each type of CRSM. The advantages are explained by comparing the coating elements with one another.

Abstract

Kebijakan pemberlakuan wajib halal telah berlangsung 8 tahun, tentunya telah banyak memiliki daya dukung regulasi Kementerian dan Lembaga yang cukup banyak. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui sejumlah regulasi pendukung regulasi halal secara wajib dikaitkan terhadap isu permasalahan halal yang belum terselesaikan hingga kini. Beberapa faktor menjadi masalah dalam merealisasaikan penunjang regulasi halal di Indonesia, seperti keanekaragaman produk dan layanan serta kesiapan infrastruktur dan pemerintah. Metode digunakan deskriptif eksplanatori dengan mencari fakta di lapangan sebanyak-banyaknya melalui studi literatur. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pemberlakuan wajib halal didukung dengan 5 regulasi sektor pertanian-pangan, 3 regulasi di sektor perdagangan, 7 regulasi di sektor obat dan makanan, 6 regulasi di sektor kesehatan, 5 standar nasional di sektor pengujian kehalalan produk.

Abstract

Halal certificates protect consumers from foods that do not comply with Islamic Sharia, and Indonesia represents a significant market for halal products, with certification being a key competitive factor in international trade. The response to halal certification varies, with some considering the fee affordable, while others view it as burdensome for businesses. Therefore, this study aimed to recommend affordable halal certification fee for small, medium, and large entrepreneurs. To achieve this objective, a survey method was used to target business actors, combined with literature reviews. A survey was conducted through questionnaires and interviews that included micro, small, medium, and large businesses. The affordable certification fee for micro and small business actors averaged IDR 774,231, with the highest being IDR 828,571. Meanwhile, for medium businesses, it ranged from IDR 1,166,667 to a high of IDR 2,030,769, and for large businesses, the average was IDR 2,995,581, with a maximum of IDR 5,214,286.
