Abstract

Ketidakpastian jumlah dan waktu permintaan pelanggan mendorong adanya persediaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu melakukan pengendalian persediaan yang baik untuk meminimalkan investasi yang tertanam dalam persediaan dan mempertimbangkan kelancaran proses produksi. Metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diawali dengan menyusun jadwal induk produksi, struktur produk dan daftar kebutuhan bahan, serta diakhiri dengan menganalisis besarnya jumlah pesanan optimal untuk 1 periode. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan maka akan dibuat peramalan untuk satu periode kedepan yang akan menjadi jadwal induk produksi. Dari jadwal induk produksi tersebut dilakukan perhitungan kebutuhkan produk sampai pada tingkat level terendah. Setelah diperoleh jumlah kebutuhan maka dilakukan upaya perencanan pemesanan dan jumlah persedian yang dibutukan dengan menggunakan metode lotsize. Dari hasil perhitungan metode peramalan yang digunakan adalah linear regression, karena menghasilkan nilai error terkecil. Sedangan untuk penentuan ukuran pemesanan yang optimal dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Lot for Lot (LFL) karena menghasilkan biaya terkecil sebesar Rp. 9.774.217,-.

Abstract

The research that was carried out was to calculate the efficiency of the production cost of tofu using the Heuristic Silver Meal method. For every tofu production, raw materials are needed. The raw materials needed to make tofu include imported soybeans and vinegar. The problem that often occurs in the Home Industry XYZ is that there is an excess supply of imported soybeans and vinegar which can cause ordering costs and storage costs for raw materials to increase. Things like this of course need to get serious attention and handling to improve the state of production activities of the home industry XYZ so as not to cause supply costs. With this problem, a research on the cost efficiency of Tofu Raw Material production is carried out in the hope that the Home industry XYZ can optimize inventory costs. the need for raw materials for making Tofu in order to maintain quality and streamline production costs. The results of the study using the Silver Meal Heuristic method were Rp. 315,059,416 and Meanwhile, using the riil method home industry is Rp. 307,741,100, from the comparison of the Silver Meal Heuristic method with the riil home industry method, the difference is Rp. 7,318,316 and the efficiency is 2.32%.

Abstract

Sesuai dengan judul program pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu Pelatihan dan Pembuatan Web Blog Interaktif sebagai media pembelajaran bagi guru. Kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan dilakukan dengan ceramah, tanya jawab, dan juga tentu saja praktek langsung disebuah ruangan TK-PAUD Deli Serdang Sumatera Utara. Modul pelatihan akan diberikan kepada peserta yaitu guru – guru sebagai alat bantu dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas guru untuk meningkatkan berbagai macam kompetensi, salah satunya kompetensi professional. Salah satu poin dikatakan seorang guru diharapkan “Menguasai dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran”. Dalam internet banyak fasilitas yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Salah satu produk internet adalah blog yang dikatakan sebagai media E-learning. Bentuk pelatihan seperti ini merupakan bentuk yang sangat efektif untuk memberikan penyegaran dan tambahan wawasan serta pengetahuan baru dibidang teknologi informasi yang akan bermanfaat pada proses belajar mengajar nantinya.

Abstract

Environmental pollution due to factory waste is a crucial issue in Indonesia, especially regarding corporate responsibility. Law No. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management and Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies regulate the application of corporate criminal offenses against polluting companies. However, its application is often constrained, both in terms of proving corporate guilt and applying effective sanctions. This research aims to examine the application of criminal law against PTs in cases of factory waste pollution and challenges in law enforcement. The method used is descriptive qualitative with case study analysis. The results show that although regulations already exist, the application of sanctions against corporations is still not effective in providing a deterrent effect on the perpetrators of pollution.

Abstract

Legal protection of personal health data amidst the rapid digitalization of health services, such as telemedicine, electronic medical records, and online consultation applications is very important. Sensitive health data requires careful management, but in fact, many digital service providers in Indonesia have not implemented adequate security standards. The case of the BPJS Kesehatan participant data leak is a real example of the weakness of the data protection system, coupled with the practice of data misuse by digital platforms without valid consent. The method used is qualitative with a normative legal approach, through a literature study of primary and secondary regulations such as Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (UU PDP), the ITE Law, and related Government Regulations and Permenkes. The results of the study show that although regulations are comprehensively available, implementation in the field still faces serious challenges such as the lack of appointment of Data Protection Officers (DPOs), weak supervision, and low awareness of data protection. Real threats such as cyber attacks, data leaks due to negligence, and misuse by third parties are the main issues. Electronic system providers have a great responsibility in building an information security system, preparing privacy policies, and implementing the principle of "privacy by design".
