Abstract

One of the roles of the Rantau Prapat City Cooperatives and SMEs Service is to empower MSMEs in Rantau Prapat City, which has been stated in the Rantau Prapat City Cooperatives and SMEs Service. the realization of SMEs as an economic force that can improve the welfare of the community. Micro-enterprises in practice can help many people, considering that most Indonesian citizens belong to the lower-middle class category. From economic practice, they are classified as business actors in micro-economics. If the government's policies are in favor of groups of micro- economic actors, then it is possible that the policy will help many members of the community. That is, some Indonesian people will be lifted from poverty as a disease that afflicts the wider community. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the implementation of SME empowerment as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The focus of this research problem is (1) the implementation of SME empowerment (2) supporting factors and inhibiting factors. and inhibitors. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see whether PBB revenue in Medan City within a period of five years (2016-2020) had effectively contributed well and could increase Regional Original Income. Moreover, to find out the obstacles faced by officers in the process of collecting taxes to taxpayers. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method by collecting, compiling, processing, and analyzing numerical data in order to provide an overview of a certain situation so that conclusions can be drawn. The data collection method used is the documentation method which is carried out by taking documentation on the PBB target report obtained from the Medan City BPPRD office. The results of the study show that the realization of the Land and Building Tax within a period of five years, namely in 2016-2020 hasn’t reached the target. Based on the acquisition of secondary data, the average effectiveness calculation result from 2016-2020 is 88% entered in the criteria of Enough Effective. Based on the calculation of the effectiveness of the contribution, the average PBB result for 2016-2020 is 28.7% with the criteria being quite effective. Obstacles that arise in tax collection include the low level of public awareness of the usefulness of taxes so that they are still reluctant to register or pay their taxpayers, there is still a sense of openness from the public regarding their taxpayer data. Abstract

This article aims to describe the management of zakat in the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Asahan Regency. This article is a type of empirical and descriptive research conducted at the National Amil Zakat (BAZNAS) of Asahan Regency. In collecting primary data sources, researchers used the interview method, while for secondary data collection researchers used the documentation method. Based on the results of the study, zakat in the BAZNAS of Asahan Regency has been managed properly and has complied with sharia provisions, so that zakat funds in Asahan Regency can be felt by the community in accordance with the goals of the prescribed zakat. The zakat collected comes from zakat maal on agricultural products, commercial products, salaries of State Civil Apparatus (ASN), and others. Until this research was conducted, BAZNAS of Asahan Regency distributed zakat funds only to four groups of mustahik:the poor, riqab, gharimin, and fi-sabilillah. The zakat collected at BAZNAS Asahan Regency has exceeded the specified target, and is distributed in four patterns of zakat distribution, namely traditional consumptive, creative consumptive, traditional productive, and creative productive. The obstacles faced are the lack of public awareness, lack of regulatory support from the government, and the lack of assistance and guidance to mustahik.

Abstract

Pension is an old age guarantee and is a reward for Civil Servants who have served the State for many years. This study was conducted to determine whether the services provided when paying civil servant pension funds were effective. The research method in this study is a qualitative research method, and the technique of collecting data is observation or direct observation to the research location, conducting interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the service provided by PT. Pos Indonesia Kcp Perbaungan is good but not effective enough. This is because there are several components that are still lacking but are not the most important, such as the absence of queue numbers and office equipment which sometimes experience machine problems. With this research, it is hoped that the company will be able to meet the existing deficiencies in order to achieve effectiveness in service.

Abstract

Employee performance is important for the world of work, one of which is in government agencies because employee performance definitely reflects the performance of the agency as well. Agencies will greatly benefit from good employee performance because they can achieve organizational goals to the maximum. With good employee performance, agencies can carry out their duties properly in order to be able to provide the best service for the community. This research was conducted to fulfill one of the tasks of the internship activity carried out by the author for one full month at the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method which emphasizes the process aspect of an action that is seen as a whole. The data used in this study is primary data which was carried out by field observations and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the employees in the finance department is very good, there is a separation of duties from each sub-section which makes employees have maximum work responsibilities in their fields.

Abstract

Abstract

Indonesian people are not so foreign when they hear the word sharia pawnshop, especially if that person cannot borrow at conventional banks. Sharia pawnshop is a non-bank institution in which there are two parts, namely pawn and non-pawn, in pawn there is rahn while non-pawn there are several products, one of which is Arrum BPKB, where in this BPKB Arrum product, sharia pawnshops provide financing to MSME actors to increase income. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the factors that affect the feasibility of customers in receiving this Arrum BPKB financing. The research uses a qualitative research method in which the authors collect data through interviews and field observations in order to find out the maximum results. In this study, the eligibility factors for customers are micro entrepreneurs or MSME actors, have a motorized vehicle, the results of Bank Indonesia checking from each customer are at worst D3, the character of the customer and the size of the business are also determining factors.

Abstract

The distribution of zakat is an activity carried out to accelerate and facilitate the distribution of zakat funds (including infaq and shadaqoh) from muzakki to mustahik. This makes zakat funds can be distributed according to what is intended and good and correct distribution will have the impact of reducing social inequality in society. The purpose of this study is to find out how the distribution of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqoh (ZIS) is and how it plays a role for the community in Baznas, Tebing Tinggi City. This study uses a qualitative approach. The results of this study are that the Tebing Tinggi City Baznas collects zakat maal, zakat fitrah, professional zakat, infaq, shadaqah, and so on assisted by the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ) and directly from muzakki or through accounts with records of muzakki reporting zakat received will be submitted by filling out a signed deposit receipt and submitting it to the Tebing Tinggi City Baznas, in the case of zakat collection, muzakki also perform their own calculations of their zakat obligations and if needed the Tebing Tinggi City Baznas will help, and Tebing Tinggi City Baznas are required to provide proof of zakat deposit to every muzakki who has paid. Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) socialization activities are also very necessary and important to do. This can foster scientific insight about Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) for the community.

In addition, problems also come from MSMEs related to amateur administration, this is due to the limited information and talented human resources claimed by MSMEs so that public authorities who have the power and power in making strategies must help the private sector to provide preparations for MSMEs. to pass through. so that their business can fill up at a later date.
