Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of Covid-19 on business productivity and MSME profits, as well as to establish the effectiveness of the MSME business continuity strategy in improving company productivity and MSME profits during the Covid-19 pandemic in Makassar City. This analysis uses a descriptive qualitative approach, analyzing MSME business continuity plans during the Covid-19 pandemic through a literature review. The processes included data analysis, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on the productivity and profit of MSMEs due to reduced distribution of raw materials, decreased profits, and decreased sales. The MSME business continuity strategy for increasing business productivity is performed by keeping the environment clean during the Covid-19 pandemic and expanding work facilities to a value of 100%, which is classified as extremely effective, while the business continuity strategy is performed through creativity and innovation in the products produced, as well as the use of technology in marketing products, which achieves a value of 95%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi SDM terhadap pengembangan usaha pada UMKM Kuliner Kecamatan Rappocini Kota Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif.  Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi, yaitu penggunaan data yang berasal dari data-data yang sudah ada. Pengujian terhadap hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil penelitian  menunjukkan hasil regresi kompetensi SDM sebesar –0,314. Hal ini menemukkan bahwa variable kompetensi SDM memiliki pengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji Fhitung sebesar 24.771 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,016 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tenaga kerja dan upah dalam meningkatkan produktivitas sumber daya manusia Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dari sejumlah UMKM Makassar yang berdasarkan kriteria sampel dan bersedia menjadi responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan cara melakukan secara langsung dilapangan dengan melakukan wawancara kepada  UMKM Makanan selaku responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif  Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara tenaga kerja dan upah dalam meningkatkan produktivitas sumber daya manusia di UMKM. Tenaga kerja yang berkualitas dan berkompeten akan mampu meningkatkan produktivitas UMKM, sementara upah yang adil dan sesuai dengan kinerja dapat memotivasi tenaga kerja untuk bekerja lebih baik dan meningkatkan produktivitas dalam menghasilkan kualitas produk atau jasa.

Abstract

This study aims: (1)to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and intellectual capital on job satisfaction, (2)to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and intellectual capital on employee performance, (3)to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and (4)to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and intellectual capital on employee performance through job satisfaction.This study uses primary data through a survey of 335 employees as a sample of a total of 2.076 employees. Data were analyzed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) program.The results showed: (1)compensation and intellectual capital have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2)compensation and intellectual capital have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3)job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4)compensation and intellectual capital have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction

Abstract

Poverty occurs due to several factors, including low education, low work productivity, minimum wage, human development index, unemployment and other factors. This research aims to determine the role of human resources in the distribution of zakat in alleviating poverty, and to determine zakat in alleviating poverty and improving the community financial economy through community empowerment. The research approach uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires, interviewing informants and drawing on journal articles related to the research variables. The qualitative steps are carried out by reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that (1). The role of human resources in distributing zakat is quite effective but not yet optimal, (2). Zakat in alleviating poverty through community empowerment in the aspect of zakat in individual economic independence is categorized as effective even though it is not completely independent, and 3). Zakat which is managed using a human resource empowerment approach has great potential to improve the community's financial economy, although it is not yet optimal
