Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the financing patterns provided by bank BTPN Syariah to special customers of pre-poor women in improving their micro-businesses. And to find out the increase in the growth of financing channeled by bank BTPN Syariah. The type of research in this paper uses literature research, taking data that has been presented from available sources. Then the author processes from the existing data sources. Sources of research data in research that are relevant to the theme and formulation of the problem presented. This research is qualitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the development of financing at bank BTPN syariah experienced growth in the period June 2017 to June 2018 which grew by 18.128 percent. Bank BTPN syariah provides special microfinance for underprivileged women who have a business, this financing program is called the Future Package (PMD). The financing special for women, customers are not charged with collateral, customers always receive entrepreneurial guidance on a regular basis, customers have the opportunity to save at Bank BTPN Syariah, and customers can take advantage of mobile phone technolgy facilities with Wow IB bank BTPN Syariah program. The results of this study indicate that the bank BTPN Syariah has carried out a financing program specifically provided for pre-prosperous women, in a plan to fix their family's economy. Pre-prosperous women's special financing at Bank BTPN Syariah has been enjoyed by its customers. With Islamic financing, customers can obtain business capital from one million to four million to develop their business. Pre-prosperous women's special financing is a financing product that is only owned by Bank BTPN Syariah. Even financing products at Bank BTPN are devoted to PMD productive financing and do not serve consumptive financing. So the funds of depositors can be channeled directly to productive economic activities.

Abstract

SMEs business have a very important role in Indonesia's economic development and growth. The contribution of SMEs to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is 60.64% and absorbs a workforce of 97%, many of which have business management oriented to Islamic values but there are still those who violate their implementation. This study aims to find out about Islamic values which consist of halalness, honesty, quality of service, friendliness. in micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) especially in beverage products. The application of good Islamic values will create harmony in terms of Islamic business management. With this harmony in business, it will improve performance and productivity that is good for business people. This study analyzes the role of Islamic values on the management of SMEs performance in Beverage Products. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, by conducting observations directly to the publisher and interviews with employees, managers and the surrounding community, Technical Data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Islamic values have a positive effect on the performance of SMEs Yotta in the city of Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the practice of buying and selling sea cucumbers in an Islamic business perspective on Barrang Lompo Island, Sangkarrang Islands District, Makassar City. The type of research used is the Qualitative Research Method. The processed data is the result of interviews with sellers and buyers and fishermen looking for sea cucumbers. The data collection method used in this research is Interview, Observation and Documentation. The results showed that the sale and purchase of sea cucumbers was carried out with murabahah transactions. Murabahah buying and selling is a purchase by one party to then be sold to another party who has submitted an application for the purchase of an item with a transparent profit or additional price. Sellers and buyers of sea cucumbers on Barrang Lompo Island have implemented an attitude of honesty (siddiq) in doing business, sellers and buyers of sea cucumbers on Barrang Lompo Island have implemented a friendly and communicative attitude (Tablig) in doing business, sellers and buyers of sea cucumbers on Barrang Lompo Island have implemented a respectful attitude. trusted (trust) in business. In the practice of buying and selling sea cucumbers on Barrang Lompo Island, there are supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors include: The majority of the people of Barrang Lompo Island are Muslim, The knowledge capacity of the Barrang Lompo Island community about Islam has increased, Traders and buyers have realized sharia principles such as showing an attitude of honesty, justice, friendly and communicative (tabligh), and ar-ridha. The solidarity attitude of the people of Barrang Lompo Island is still close, the attitude of helping (ta'awun) has become the culture of the people of Barrang Lompo Island. While the inhibiting factors are as follows: Because the method of catching sea cucumbers is carried out by taking them directly on the seabed with a deep enough depth, it can cause divers to experience paralysis, if the weather is not good then the fishermen will be hampered from going down to the sea looking for sea cucumbers, some people are still traditional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak penerapan pendekatan keterampilan proses sains terhadap hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) siswa di tingkat sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental dengan bentuk one group pre-test post-test design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pendekatan keterampilan proses sains secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa. Terjadi perubahan yang nyata dari nilai rendah menjadi tinggi setelah penerapan pendekatan tersebut, yang mengindikasikan efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi IPA. Temuan ini memberikan dukungan empiris terhadap keberhasilan pendekatan keterampilan proses sains, yang dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan praktik pembelajaran yang lebih efektif di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis halal dan sikap keuangan terhadap karakter manusia. Pendekatan dalam peelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder maupun data primer, data sekunder berasal dari bebera artikel dan study kasus sedangkan data primer dilakukan dengan cara melakukan secara langsung dilapangan dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada sumber informan yang berasal dari suatu organisasi/instansi, masyarakat UMKM/ Praktisi, dan masyarakat umum. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 orang. Lokasi pada penelitian ini dilakukan diberbagai daerah di Kota Makassar dan Kabupaten Maros. Adapun Langkah-langkah analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian mulai tahap reduksi data, pengumpulan data, penyajian data sampai penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis halal terhadap karakter manusia merujuk pada penilaian moral dan etika yang didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam mengevaluasi sifat-sifat dan perilaku individu. Halal yang memberikan dampak terhadap karakter manusia. Sedangkan sikap keuangan seseorang memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap karakter dan perilaku manusia, Sikap keuangan seseorang dapat dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik pribadi, nilai-nilai, pendidikan, pengalaman, dan faktor lainnya.

Abstract

Poverty occurs due to several factors, including low education, low work productivity, minimum wage, human development index, unemployment and other factors. This research aims to determine the role of human resources in the distribution of zakat in alleviating poverty, and to determine zakat in alleviating poverty and improving the community financial economy through community empowerment. The research approach uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires, interviewing informants and drawing on journal articles related to the research variables. The qualitative steps are carried out by reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that (1). The role of human resources in distributing zakat is quite effective but not yet optimal, (2). Zakat in alleviating poverty through community empowerment in the aspect of zakat in individual economic independence is categorized as effective even though it is not completely independent, and 3). Zakat which is managed using a human resource empowerment approach has great potential to improve the community's financial economy, although it is not yet optimal

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah peningkatan kemampuan membaca ekstensif melalui metode Survey, Question, Reading, Recite. Review (SQ3R) pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Jonjo I Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca ekstensif melalui metode Survey, Question, Reading, Recite. Review (SQ3R) pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Jonjo I Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (class action research) yang terdiri dari dua siklus dimana setiap siklus dilaksanakan sebanyak 3 kali pertemuan. Prosesdur penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 tahap di setiap siklusnya, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Jonjo I sebanyak 24 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas hanya 12 orang atau sekitar 50% yang memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Sedangkan pada siklus II terdapat 24 siswa sebanyak 100% setelah memenuhi KKM dan secara klasikal sudah terpenuhi rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 86 atau berada pada kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik materi Organ Pernafasan pada Manusia melalui penggunaan media Wordwall di kelas V SDI Bontoala 1. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan peserta didik pada setiap akhir siklus menunjukkan bahwa melalui pemanfaatan Wordwall sebagai media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di kelas V. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar pada kegiatan pra-test sebelum menggunakan media Wordwall persentase ketuntasan klasikal hanya sebesar 30% dengan kategori kurang, kemudian meningkat setelah pemanfaatan Wordwall pada siklus 1 sebesar 65% kategori cukup dan pada siklus 2 meningkat menjadi 90% dengan kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' speaking skills through the role playing method for fourth-grade students at UPT SPF SD Inpres Bontomanai, Makassar City. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 24 student subjects. Data was collected through speaking tests, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the average speaking skill score increased from 68.24 at baseline to 74.33 in cycle I, and reached 82.79 in cycle II. The percentage of students achieving mastery also improved, from 58.33% in cycle I to 91.66% in cycle II. This shows that the role playing method not only enhances speaking skills but also boosts students' confidence and active participation in learning. The study concludes that the application of the role playing method is effective in improving the speaking skills of fourth-grade students.

Abstract

The phenomenon of informal parking attendants is a growing social reality in line with increasing urban mobility and limited formal employment opportunities. The presence of parking attendants in Makassar not only serves as a source of livelihood for marginalized groups but also raises issues of social order and the use of public space. This study aims to analyze the economic role of parking attendants and their implications for social order in urban spaces. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with seven informants five parking attendants and two parking service users and field observations at several parking activity points. Data were analyzed using thematic reduction, presentation, and conclusion-drawing techniques. The results indicate that informal parking activities have become a primary survival strategy due to limited education and access to formal employment. This practice results in narrowing traffic space, uncertainty about fares, and potential disruption to social order. This study concludes that the phenomenon of parking attendants is a structural problem that requires integrative management policies, not just a regulatory approach. Therefore, adaptive regulations are needed that can accommodate the economic needs of informal workers while maintaining order in urban spaces.
