Abstract

Hepatitis B is known as serum hepatitis. This disease is serious and is usually transmitted through contact with blood containing the virus. Based on the 2013 World Health Organization (WHO) report, 2 billion people in the world suffer from hepatitis, 240 million people suffer from chronic hepatitis B and 1.46 million of them die. Indonesia is a country with high endemic hepatitis B, the second largest in the South East Asian Region (SEAR) after Myanmar. The type of research used in this study is descriptive, which is a research method that shows the characteristics of the population or phenomenon being studied. The sample in this study was 95 people. The sampling method is purposive sampling technique. Univariate analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of this study were that there was an increase in male sex compared to female, based on old age there was a higher increase than young age, and SGOT levels increased while SGPT was normal in patients with Hepatitis B Disease. There is a description of the normal category of SGOT value: 5-40µ/l and the value increases >40µ/l. there is a normal SGPT level value: 7-56µ/l and an increased value >56µ/l in patients with Hepatitis B at Dr. Hospital. Abstract

Introduction; One of the renal replacement therapies in kidney failure patients in hemodialysis (HD). The length of hemodialysis affects the serum creatinine level. Aim; knowing creatinine levels with the duration of HD treatment in patients with chronic renal failure. Method; retrospective analytic study with cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was all serum of hemodialysis chronic renal failure patients recorded in medical record data. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the Spearman rho test. Result; It is known that the prevalence of serum creatinine levels in Chronic Renal Failure. Patients with the average creatinine level of respondents were 8.6 mg/dl with the lowest creatinine level was 4.4 mg/dl and the highest was 18.4 mg/dl, and the prevalence of HD treatment. hemodialysis treatment> 6 months as many as 43 respondents (82.7%). The results of the analysis of creatinine levels with HD treatment duration: p-value: 0.001; r: -0.464). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between creatinine levels and the length of HD treatment in patients with chronic renal failure.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan perancangan prototype alat ukur konsentrasi CO, suhu, dan kelembapan udara dengan sensor MQ-7 dan DHT11. Rancangan prototype ini mengintegrasikan Arduino dengan sensor MQ-7, dan DHT11. Hasil pembacaan sensor ditampilkan pada layar LCD dengan menampilkan waktu, kadar CO, suhu, dan kelembapan udara. Penelitian diawali dengan perancangan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Prototype alat diuji akurasinya dengan membandingkan hasil pengukuran menggunakan alat standart. Pengambilan data pada prototype alat ukur dilakukan setiap 1 menit. Hasil pengukuran dianalisis untuk memperoleh nilai error dari prototype alat ukur dan alat standar. Hasil akhir dilakukan dengan perhitungan nilai error menggunakan persamaan MAPE dengan nilai error didapat dari parameter CO, suhu, dan kelembapan udara masing-masing 5,32%, 0,61%, dan 5,23%. Berdasarkan persentase nilai error yang didapat bahwa prototype alat ukur dapat mendeteksi kadar CO, suhu, dan kelembapan udara dengan baik.
