Abstract

Engagement at PT Kertas Padalarang (Persero) and the influence of organizational culture on employee engagement. The dimensions of organizational culture are involvement, consistency, adaptability and mission (Denison on Sobirin, 2009: 191). The dimensions of employee engagement are vigor, dedication and absorption (Schaufeli and Bakker, 2003: 5). The sample of this research as much as 151 respondents consists of supervisor, assistant supervisor, main operator, operator, and others (honorary and contract employees) which spreads in accounting, finance, R & D, logistic, marketing, human resources, internal control unit, engineering and production department. The method which used in this research is quantitative research methods. Data analysis method which used are descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results, organizational culture is currently in the good category, compare to employee engagement that is still in the moderate category. The relation of organizational culture and employee engagement currently are on strong category. The Regression equation in this research is Y=8,655+0,651X. Therefore, the influence of organizational culture on employee engagement amounted to 45,4%.

Abstract

PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) is a manufacture company that provides airplane with component and service. The company has 4.225 employees. Organization culture is one of important thing that have to attentively by a company because this one possible to affect for employee performance. This research aims to determine organization culture and employee performance and the influence of organization culture on employee performance at Production Directorate PT DI. Organizational culture can be seen from the lack of implementation of the company value while the performance can be seen from the production does not reach the target and the grade of the employee's performance is still low. The method which is used in this research is quantitative research methods. Data analysis method which is used in this research are descriptive analysis, a classic assumption test, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this research 107 respondents. The data collection is used questionnaire with Likert scale. Based on the results of data processing, organization culture currently on good category, it can be seen from innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, outcome orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggresiveness, and stability. Then, employee performance also currently on good category, it can be seen from quantity the of work, quality of work, knowledge of job, personal qualities, cooperation, dependability, and initiative. The conclusion of this research is there’s an influence of organization culture on employee performance amounted to 28,2% which have positive by value amount 0,531 which means medium and significant value.

Abstract

Elzatta is one of the subsidiaries of PT Bezaya Group that provides fashion stuff of Muslim women and men. The company has 28 authorized outlets in Indonesia, of which 6 are located in Bandung. Servicescape which was created in the Elzatta’s store or gallery has an important part of the service to consumers that can help to build customer loyalty. With the loyalty that is built, then the consumer will make repeat purchases of the products. This study aims to determine servicescape and customer loyalty as well as the value of the influence of servicescape on customer loyalty Elzatta Bandung. The method used is quantitative research methods. Data analysis method used is the classic assumption test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, coefficient determination test, descriptive statistical tests, and hypothesis testing. Sampling that takes the consumer as much as 104 respondents. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires with Likert scale. The research shows a result that servicescape included in the high/good criteria, with dimensions of the ambient condition, spatial/function; sign; symbol; artifacts, employee. Likewise, customer loyalty shows the results with the high/good criteria on the dimensions of repeat purchase, purchases all lines, retention, referrals. The conclusion of this study is servicescape have an influence on consumer loyalty Elzatta Bandung as 15.8%.

Abstract

Organizational culture is one of the important things that must be considered by a company because it causes the appearance of organizational citizenship behavior in the employee. Positive organizational culture cause the employees felt like to do more work than what was required in the job description. This research aims to figure out the organizational culture, citizenship behavior, and how much influence from organizational culture into citizenship behavior employees in PT X. The method research is using quantitative research method. The data analysis method was used that classic assumption test, descriptive statistical analysis, simple correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this research of 120 respondents with the total population of 239 employees. Collecting data use questionnaire with the Likert scale and interview. The results showed the organization's culture is in the category both in terms of innovation and risk-taking, attention to detail, results-orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, and stability. Then the organizational citizenship behavior was used in this study is the dimension of organizational citizenship behavior of employees also are in good category seen from the behavior altruism, conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, courtesy, and civic virtue. The conclusion from this research that there is an influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 79.3%.

Abstract

Mastery of keyboarding being part urgent to communicate through the computer, and very important, especially students who study in the field of business. On the other side, individual performance also influenced by the work environment, and music is one form the environment that could effect keyboarding performance. A model that can describe this is the stimulus-responsible model of mehrabian-russell which explains that music can affect the performance of individual writing. Almost all of Indonesia has traditional music. Therefore, research is needed to identify the effects of traditional music to enrich the area of innovation in strategies and techniques of learning keyboarding skills. In this study conducted an experiment on two groups, the treatment groups(traditional music) and control group (without traditional) and questionnaire to strengthen the experimental results. In preliminary tests of typing, both groups had a mean AWPM identical or similar. Furthermore, tests carried one, where the treatment group listened to five kinds of music Java, Sunda, and Bali. The test result and the result of the questionnaire showed that (typing skills shown by the average value of AWPM) will increase significantly used of traditional music as the background. So, the genre of traditional music can be stimulant to improve average performance of AWPM. There are three traditional kinds of music that can improve student typing speed and accuracy significantly, a regional music cublek-cublek suweng, kebiar bali, and oleg tambuliningan, but cublek-cublek suweng is a genre of traditional music that has the best effect. Therefore, the process of learning courses keyboarding skills needs to use instrumental traditional music, especially instrumental music that has a fast and cheerfully tempo.

Abstract

Kebutuhan manusia yang semakin komplek, menuntut inovasi teknologi, termasuk sektor keuangan. Mobile payment menjadi produk inovatif yang dapat menjawab kebutuhan tersebut. Dengan berbagai kemudahan yang ditawarkan, pengguna dapat melakukan transaksi keuangan tanpa terbatas jarak dan waktu. Namun, dibalik keunggulan tersebut, kompetisi teknologi digital di Indonesia dan pengguna transaksi non-tunai di Indonesia masih rendah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh hambatan fungsional terhadap adopsi layanan mobile payment di Kota Bandung dengan menggunakan teori hambatan fungsional dari model innovation resistance theory (ITR). Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengolah 150 data responden non pengguna layanan mobile payment di Kota Bandung, analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hambatan fungsional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap adopsi layanan mobile payment, mampu menjelaskan adopsi layanan mobile payment di Kota Bandung sebesar 15%.

Abstract

This study experimentally tests the effects of in-store background music on the shopping behavior of its customers. Field experiments employ pre-experiment the one group pretest-posttest. The researcher chooses a kind of musics tempo and volume as structural characteristics (2 x 2 factorial experiment).  The analysis technique used is the analysis of variance (ANOVA).  The results of the analysis found that tempo and volume of music did not play a significant role in the amount of money spent, but influence significantly on shopping time and mood change. The research answered urgency for designing the musical environment in the retail stores to influence shopping experience and consumer responses, especially for a small store (minimarket).

Abstract

Meningkatnya populasi Millennial dalam menggantikan pekerja generasi X berdampak pada keterlibatan karir profesional mereka di perusahaan. Stereotip dalam masyarakat saat ini menyatakan bahwa Millennial adalah generasi dengan tingkat keterlibatan kerja dan loyalitas yang rendah di perusahaan. Penelitian ini secara empiris bertujuan untuk menguji beberapa stereotip mengenai keputusan karyawan Millenial untuk terlibat dan berkomitmen pada salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) Indonesia pada lini bisnis operasi dan pemeliharaan pembangkit listrik serta penyediaan listrik nasional yang berlokasi di Jawa Barat. Menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM-PLS) dengan ukuran sampel 105 responden, studi menemukan bahwa P-O fit secara positif mempengaruhi WE dan OC. Menggunakan analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa WE adalah mediator yang signifikan terhadap hubungan antara P-O fit dan OC. Studi ini memberikan implikasi kepada manajer sumber daya manusia (SDM) tentang cara mengelola dan mempertahankan karyawan Millennial secaraefektif melalui peranan P-O fit dan WE.

Abstract

Eksistensi bisnis e-grocery bahan makanan lokal merupakan salah satu solusi yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah pemasaran pertanian di Indonesia. Adopsi e-grocery sendiri telah meningkat dengan sangat pesat dengan pandemi COVID-19 yang menjadi katalisator. Dari persfektif industri, bisnis e-grocery memiliki peluang yang sangat besar dan diproyeksikan sangat positif. Peluang tersebut sekaligus menciptakan persaingan yang sangat ketat, khususnya antara e-grocery bahan makanan lokal dan e-grocery supermarket. Permasalahan yang terjadi kemudian adalah e-grocery bahan makanan lokal kalah saing dari e-grocery supermarket. Guna dapat memelihara manafaat dalam membantu pemasaran hasil pertanian lokal, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi behavioral intention pengguna layanan e-grocery bahan makanan lokal. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan menggunakan 260 responden melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode SEM-PLS. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa e-service quality dan food quality terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan dan langsung terhadap behavioral intention, serta berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui mediasi attitude.

Abstract

Krisis lingkungan menjadi permasalahan dunia saat ini yang berakibat pada perubahan iklim. Masalah ini menjadi tanggung jawab seluruh sektor termasuk bisnis dan konsumen. Saat ini, konsumen sudah mulai sadar tentang pentingnya peduli pada lingkungan dengan beralih mengonsumsi plant-based food dan terbukti kini tren plant-based food meningkat khususnya pada young customer. Namun, dari sisi pelaku bisnis ternyata masih belum bisa memenuhi permintaan konsumen terhadap plant-based food. Jumlah pelaku usaha plant-based food masih sedikit sedangkan permintaan terus bertambah. Oleh karena itu, untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut disusunlah penelitian untuk mengetahui consumption value dan pengaruhnya terhadap attitude dan purchase intention dikalangan young customer sehingga ditemukan consumption value yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan bisnis kuliner untuk menjual plantbased food dan turut serta menjadi bisnis berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan diolah menggunakan SEM-PLS dan MGA. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 319 young customer di Jabodetabek. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh consumption value terhadap attitude dan purchase intention.
