Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the production system and partnership cooperation with the success of Hanjuang (Cordyline fruticosa) ornamental plant farming. The unit of analysis is the Hanjuang Ornamental Plant Farmers in partnership with PT. Noah Han Semesta in Sukalarang District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java Province. The analysis technique used is Pearson correlation analysis and path analysis. The results showed that the performance of Hanjuang ornamental plant farming was quite profitable, with an income of Rp44,957,631,-. The Product planning subsystem; production input subsystem; process subsystem; and control subsystem obtained an achievement level of 80.24% outstanding criteria. Provision of production facilities, Technical guidance, and Marketing of Production Results obtained a level of achievement of 78.95% (good criteria). The following dimensions: productivity; plant quality; and efficiency of farming, obtained a level of achievement of 78.81% (good criteria). Production systems and partnerships have a positive and significant effect on the success of Hanjuang ornamental plant farming. The contribution of the Production System was obtained by 27.27%, and the Partnership and Partnership variable's contribution was 44.24 %.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the most competitive plantation commodities. Where competitive advantage is one of the factors that affect the competitiveness of Indonesian coffee. In addition to competitiveness, another factor that affects the coffee commodity is the marketing mix. The government is trying to improve the competitiveness of local coffee in order to compete in the international market by increasing its advantages and expanding its marketing. This is what the Sukabumi district government has done. The purpose of this research is the effect of competitive advantage and marketing mix on the success of coffee farming. The method used is path analysis and farming analysis. The results of the analysis show that the F-count value is 153.112 where the value is greater than the F-table value, which is 3.183 at a significant level of 0.05, meaning that competitive advantage (X1) and marketing mix (X2) have a significantly positive effect on the success of coffee farming (Y). ). As for the value of R square, the value of R square is 0.869. This shows that the contribution or influence of X1 and X2 is 86.9 percent,

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of (1) analyzing the effect of product quality and consumer characteristics on the purchase of hydroponic vegetables UPTD Kawasan Agroeduwisata Cikundul; (2) analyzing the effect of product quality on the purchase of hydroponic vegetables UPTD Kawasan Agroeduwisata Cikundul; (3) analyzing the effect of consumer characteristics on the purchase of hydroponic vegetables UPTD Kawasan Agroeduwisata Cikundul. The research method used in this research is a limited survey method to consumers of hydroponic vegetables UPTD Kawasan Agroeduwisata Cikundul. The form of the research is verification research (explanatory). Respondents or research samples were selected using the incidental sampling method. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis to test between variables. The conclusion of the research show that product quality and consumer characteristics together have a real positive influence on the purchase of hydroponic vegetables by 25.7%. Partially, the product quality factor gave a real positive influence on the purchase of hydroponic vegetables by 9% and the consumer characteristics factor gave a real positive influence on the purchase of hydroponic vegetables by 16.7%. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to the UPTD Kawasan Agroeduwisata Cikundul, Sukabumi City to give more attention to the quality of hydroponic vegetable products to increase purchases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on the purchase of broiler chicken meat.This research is a verification research using a survey method to consumers in Sukabumi City as the unit of analysis. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire with a sample of 100 people. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis.The results of the partial study of product quality did not have a significant effect on the purchase of broiler chicken meat and brand image partially had a significant effect on the purchase of broiler chicken meat. Meanwhile, simultaneously product quality and brand image have a significant effect on the purchase of broiler chicken meat, with the level of influence can be seen from the hypothesis test, where the R square variable of 58.5% is influenced by this variable and 41.8% is influenced by other variables that are not explained. in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how far individual characteristics and product characteristics influence the purchasing decision of Fresh Milack milk in Sukabumi City. The research method used in this paper is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis. Data was collected using direct interviews with respondents who were in the field using a questionnaire. The type of quantitative method used in this research is Path Analysis. This method analyzes consumer decisions in purchasing fresh milk based on individual characteristics and product characteristics. The results showed that individual characteristics and product characteristics influenced purchasing decisions on Fresh Milack milk. This means that when individual characteristics and product characteristics are diverse, it will result in an increase in the decision to purchase Fresh Milack milk in Sukabumi city.

Abstract

Coffee is an important agricultural product that makes a major contribution to the Indonesian economy. In other words, as a source of farmers' income, job creation, foreign exchange earner, industrial product producer, and development. The problem with the upstream coffee farming industry is that the productivity level of Indonesian coffee is lower compared to other major coffee producing countries in the world. This study aims to determine the production factors that affect coffee production/harvest, the factors that affect the income of farmers and the factors that determine the increase in the feasibility of coffee cultivation on Mount Puntang. This research method uses descriptive analytic method with a qualitative approach. From the results of multiple regression analysis of the coffee production/yield of the Gunung Puntang farmers, the following equation is obtained, coffee production/yield. For the results of multiple linear regression analysis for the income of Gunung Puntang coffee farmers, it is obtained, where the variable number of trees (X2) and theta cost (X3) have an effect on coffee production/yields. For the feasibility of coffee farming, this farming business is feasible.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Wana Wisata Kampoeng Ciherang before and during the COVID-19 Pandemic, as well as to determine the impact of tourist visits on the acceptance (Sales Turnover) of culinary traders in the Wana Wisata Kampoeng Ciherang area. This research method uses a survey method. 1) Based on the results of research on the performance of Kampoeng Ciherang Tourism before Covid-19, it was a very interesting local tourist area to visit. In addition to the very cool air, there are various games that tourists like. However, with the outbreak of the Covid19 pandemic, the Kampoeng Ciherang Tourism Area fell into a slump because the number of visiting tourists dropped dramatically during the Covid19 pandemic. Wana Wisata Kampoeng Ciherang is also equipped with various culinary offerings provided by food and beverage vendors selling around Kampoeng Ciherang Tourism. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the performance of culinary traders decreased drastically. 2) Before the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, the acceptance of culinary traders in the first month was Rp. 847,381 second month Rp. 655,952 and the third month Rp. 543,095 Meanwhile, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the acceptance of culinary traders in the first month was Rp. 370,238 second month Rp. 247,143 the third month Rp. 173,810 Based on the results of statistical tests using the dependent t-test (paired t-test), that there is a difference between the acceptance (sales turnover) of traders around the Kampoeng Ciherang Tourism Ecotourism area in the conditions before and when Covid-19 occurred.

Abstract

Performance of the Marketing Mix Strategy (Mix Marketing Strategic) which includes the dimensions: product; prices; place; promotion on the Alghifari red ginger beverage business in Cianjur City obtained an achievement of 78.26% with good criteria. Performance of consumer preferences which includes dimensions / attributes: taste, aroma, colour, properties and packaging for consumers of Alghifari red ginger drink in Cianjur City achieved 79.27% good criteria. Demonstration of Consumer Loyalty which includes dimensions: taste, aroma, colour, properties and packaging of the Alghifari red ginger drink in Cianjur City achieved 79.08% of the Good criterion. There is a positive correlation between the Marketing Mix Strategy and the Consumer Preferences of Alghifari Red Ginger Drink as indicated by the correlation coefficient number r = 0.889 meaning that the better the Marketing Mix strategy is implemented, the better the consumer preference level will be. Marketing Mix Strategy and Consumer Preference have a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty of Alghifari Red Ginger Drink. The contribution of the influence of Consumer Preference is 70.74% greater than the contribution of the Marketing Mix Strategy of 19.50%. The remaining 9.76% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Managerial skills of Farmer Group leaders on Farmer Empowerment and their impact on productivity and income of rice farming. This study used a survey method of lowland rice farmers in Warungkondang District, Cianjur Regency. Respondents were assigned randomly stratified proportions using the Slovin formula and a total of 70 farmers were selected. The form of research is verification and the analysis technique used is path analysis and Chi Square. Based on the research results obtained. Performance Farmer group leadership consists of dimensions: Smart; Responsibility; Honest; trusted; Consistent; Initiative; and Firmly obtained an achievement level of 76.89% good criterion. Performance of Managerial Skills Head of farmer groups consisting of dimensions: production managerial; financial managerial; Managerial Human Resources; Marketing managerial achievement level obtained 79.32% good criterion. Performance of the empowerment of group members consisting of dimensions: Accessibility, Independence, Protection, Participation and Fulfillment of Needs to obtain an achievement level of 75.81% good criteria. There is a positive correlation between the leadership of group leaders and the managerial skills of group leaders as shown by the correlation coefficient r = 0.78. It is interpreted that the higher the leadership, the higher the managerial skills of the farmer group leaders. There is a positive influence of the Leadership and Managerial Skill of the Chair of the farmer group on the empowerment of group members. The magnitude of the respective influence is 56.46% and 22.80%. The empowerment of farmer group members influences the productivity of lowland rice farming. The higher the level of farmer empowerment, the higher the productivity of the farming business. The empowerment of farmer group members influences the achievement of lowland rice farming income. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan petani menggunakan rice plantation dan dampaknya terhadap efisiensi biaya dan pendapatan usahatani padi. ??Unit analisis adalah petani padi yang menggunakan rice plantation di Kecamatan Majalaya Kabupaten Karawang. Teknik penentuan responden dilakukan dengan cara sensus terhadap 40 responden dan 40 petani bukan penerima manfaat secara acak sederhana. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logit berganda dan uji t tidak berpasangan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh Keputusan penggunaan alat rice plantation oleh petani dipengaruhi oleh faktor: Luas lahan (X1), Kontur lahan (X2), Tarif pelayanan (X3), Ketersediaan tenaga kerja (X4), Besaran upah tenaga kerja (X5), dan Keseragaman waktu tanam (X6). Dari keenam variabel pada taraf kesalahan ? = 5%, pengaruh nyata adalah: X1, X3, X4, dan X5. Peningkatan pendapatan usahatani juga karena cenderung meningkatkan produktivitas lahan. Disarankan agar penggunaan alat rice plantsplanter dapat diikuti oleh petani lain dan diperluas dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan demonstrasi. Selanjutnya masing-masing kelompok agar memiliki dan mengoperasikan peralatan mesin penanam padi agar mampu melayani kebutuhan petani anggota secara memadai, apalagi kondisi dan situasi saat ini dan mendatang, ketersediaan tenaga kerja pertanian semakin terbatas dan sulit, sehingga akan mengganggu waktu tanam.
