Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh arus kas bebas, struktur aktiva dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap struktur modal; menganalisis pengaruh arus kas bebas, struktur aktiva, pertumbuhan penjualan dan struktur modal secara langsung terhadap ROE; dan menganalisis pengaruh arus kas bebas, struktur aktiva, dan pertumbuhan penjualan secara tidak langsung terhadap ROE melalui struktur modal pada perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur aktiva berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal; pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, terhadap ROE serta struktur modal berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROE; arus kas bebas, struktur aktiva dan pertumbuhan penjualan memiliki pengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap ROE melalui struktur modal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Arya Media Tour & Travel Palembang, yang masih menggunakan sistem manual atas sistem penjualaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah sistem penjualan tiket pesawat yang berjalan pada PT. Arya Media Tour & Travel Palembang. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskrif kualitatif. Dan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan kajian pustaka. Sistem penjualan pada PT. Arya Media Tour & Travel Palembang terdapat pembayaran secara tunai, pembayaran dapat dilakukan secara cash atau transfer via bank online terhadap penjualan tiket pesawat. Untuk pembayaran kredit, perusahaan hanya memperbolehkan konsumen yang koorparete/yang sering bekerja sama. Selain itu perusahaan menggunakan website resmi dari pihak maskapai dalam penjualannya. dan juga perusahaan memiliki website tersendiri untuk mempermudah konsumen dalam mencari informasi perjalanan wisata dan juga lebih memudahkan dalam memesan secara online lewat website tesebut. Bagian yang terkait pada penjualan tiket yang ada di PT. Arya Media Tour & Travel Palembang yaitu bagian Ticketing staff dan Manager ticketing

Abstract

This study aims to determine; (1) the working environment conditions at PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel; (2) employee performance at PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel; and (3) is there a significant effect between the work environment on the performance of employees at PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel. This research is quantitative research using regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel, totalling 15 employees. Sampling with totalling sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale which has 5 alternative answers. The instrument validity test uses item analysis and is calculated using the product moment formula, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha formula. Prerequisites for analysis include a normality test and a linearity test. Next, test the hypothesis using simple regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the work environment and employee performance at PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.643 and a coefficient of determination of 0.413. This means that 41.3% of employee performance at PT Ar Rayyan Tour and Travel is influenced by the work environment, while the other 58.7% is determined by other variables not explained in the study

Abstract

A discussion of Islamic economics has previously been introduced in the fields of science and society. In the midst of numerous traditional social and economic systems based on secular materialism, Islamic economics is a reality that continues to demonstrate its excellence. Islamic economics is likewise a scientific reality that consistently distinguishes itself from social science constellations founded on atheism and even secularism. Islamic economics is a new force within these two streams that is developing into a mature, independent system and discourse in scientific thinking. Its existence is a culmination of long-lasting intellectual attempts in the history of the Muslims as well as a reaction to the inequity of the contemporary socio-economic system.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Darussalam Polytechnic on third semester students. For data collection using questionnaires, the questionnaire used must be valid and reliable to answer the understanding of accounting students towards the Management Accounting course. Validity is an index that indicates that the measuring instrument is measuring data correctly. The validity test can use the Pearson correlation technique for each number of the questionnaire score with the total score of the questionnaire. A questionnaire instrument is said to be valid if the correlation value is positive, and the probability value is less than the significant value (α 0.05). Cronbach's Alpha method is used to measure reliability in demonstrating that a questionnaire is maintainable and consistent, assuming that a questionnaire is said to be reliable if Cronbach's Alpha value is more than the r value of the table. Based on the results of the validity test related to accounting students' understanding of management accounting courses, it is explained that questionnaire instruments related to assets, liabilities, and equity are proven valid because they have a significant value on the validity test smaller than 0.05, while question instruments related to liabilities are not reliable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di devisi administrasi Politeknik Darussalam Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengetahui sistematika dan skema peneriamaan mahasiswa baru. Untuk mendapatkan data yang akurat dan credibel, peneliti melakukan tahapan observasi, wawancara dan melakukan redukasi data dari data-data yang telah di dapat. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan ada 6 standar operasional dalam penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Pendaftaran mahasiswa baru terdapat dua cara, datang secara langsung ke kampus atau melalui online. Dimulai dari pendaftaran yang dilakukan oleh calon mahasiswa baru, test tertulis, membayar administarsi, sampai mereka dinyatakan lulus dan diterima sebagai mahasiswa baru dan siap untuk belajar

Abstract

The study's goal was to examine the impact of work environment and workload on employee performance mediated by work motivation along During the COVID-19, work from home at Department of Manpower and Transmigration, North Musi Rawas Regency, North Sumatra, South Indonesia Sample of the study was all employees and partners of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of North Musi Rawas Regency as many as 109 people. Data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which is run through the AMOS 24 program. The findings of the study that was conducted prove simultaneously that workload, motivation at work, and the workplace environment all significantly and favorably affect performance., which partially each variable performance is impacted by workload, job motivation, and work environment., but work motivational factors have very dominant impact on the performance of the workforce, while Work motivation is significantly and favorably impacted by the workplace and workload. This proves that work motivation is a very important mediating variable in improving the employee's performance during the COVID-19 pandemic by working at home
