Abstract

A discussion of Islamic economics has previously been introduced in the fields of science and society. In the midst of numerous traditional social and economic systems based on secular materialism, Islamic economics is a reality that continues to demonstrate its excellence. Islamic economics is likewise a scientific reality that consistently distinguishes itself from social science constellations founded on atheism and even secularism. Islamic economics is a new force within these two streams that is developing into a mature, independent system and discourse in scientific thinking. Its existence is a culmination of long-lasting intellectual attempts in the history of the Muslims as well as a reaction to the inequity of the contemporary socio-economic system.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the opinions of the disagreement of the madzhab scholars about the position of receivables as an object of zakat and find the most correct opinion among these opinions. Zakat is an essential element in the Islamic social framework. A lack of understanding of the assets included in the object of zakat will allow a muzakki to miss some of the zakat objects that he should pay.  This research uses a qualitative method. The data collection technique used is literature review. The data collected in this research comes from reference books, scientific articles and official websites that contain information on the research topic, namely zakat and Islamic fiqh. The results of this research show that the fiqh scholars agree on the obligation of a muzakki to pay zakat on assets that have reached the niṣāb. But, the madzhab scholars differed on the treatment of muzakki's assets that are on loan or in the hands of another person. The most correct opinion is the opinion of Imam Ahmad, which is that if a muzakki receives the receivable back, he must pay zakat for each year that the asset is in the hands of another person.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis praktik penggabungan tempat tinggal dalam pernikahan poligami berdasarkan tinjauan hukum positif yang diatur dalam Pasal 82 (2) Kompilasi Hukum Islam dan berdasarkan hukum Islam dalam koridor fikih pernikahan menurut perspektif para ulama klasik dan ulama kontemporer kemudian melakukan perbandingan dan harmonisasi antara hukum positif dan fikih pernikahan Islam. Poligami satu atap dalam praktiknya menghadirkan berbagai permasalahan yang kompleks baik dalam lingkup hukum positif maupun hukum Islam. Pada dasarnya, para istri yang dipoligami oleh suaminya memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan tempat tinggal tempat tinggal terpisah dari istri yang lain. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode yuridis-normatif. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka dari data sumber berupa buku, jurnal, artikel ilmiah, website resmi, serta naskah perundang-undangan yang memiliki informasi relevan dengan topik penelitian. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap harmonisasi antara hukum positif dan fikih pernikahan dalam praktik penggabungan tempat tinggal pada pernikahan poligami di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan tinjauan hukum positif di Indonesia yang terdapat dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam dan tinjauan fikih pernikahan Islam dengan mengutip pendapat para ahli fikih dan ulama klasik dan kontemporer ditemukan bahwa keduanya mempunyai kesamaan dalam hal kebolehan dan persyaratan praktik poligami satu atap, yakni harus adanya persetujuan dari para istri untuk tinggal di rumah yang sama, apabila salah satu atau para istri tersebut menolak, maka seorang suami wajib memberikan tempat tinggal terpisah sesuai dengan kemampuan masing-masing.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the transformation of Islamic accounting and its impact on strengthening the sustainable economy and gain a deeper understanding of innovative Islamic accounting practices, the role of technology in driving efficiency, and their contribution to overall Islamic economic growth. In recent years, the Islamic economy has experienced significant growth in various countries. Islamic economic principles based on Islamic moral and ethical principles offer an attractive alternative to the conventional financial system. Islamic accounting has a key role in ensuring transparency, sharia compliance, and sustainable growth in the Islamic economy. This research will discuss the importance of transformation in sharia accounting practices to achieve the goal of strengthening the broader sharia economy. Sharia accounting, as one of the important elements in the Islamic economy, plays a crucial role in ensuring transparency, sharia compliance and sustainable growth. However, further research is needed to understand how transformation in sharia accounting practices can encourage the strengthening of a sustainable economy. This research is qualitative research. The data collection technique used in this research was literature review from secondary data sources in the form of books, journals, scientific articles, official invitational websites that have information relevant to research topics such as sharia accounting and economics. The data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis technique. The results of this research are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the role and contribution of sharia accounting transformation to strengthening a sustainable economy as well as contribute to science, provide practical guidance, and raise awareness about sustainability and sharia accounting among the public.

Abstract

Penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam bidang pendidikan semakin menarik perhatian dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Salah satu aspek AI yang menonjol adalah chatbot, sebuah program komputer yang dirancang untuk berkomunikasi dengan manusia melalui percakapan seperti halnya berbicara dengan manusia lainnya. Dalam konteks pembelajaran bahasa Arab di perguruan tinggi, chatbot AI menawarkan potensi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa dan mengatasi tantangan yang sering dihadapi dalam mengajar dan mempelajari bahasa Arab. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis peluang dan tantangan penggunaan chatbot AI dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Chatbot AI mampu menjadi alat interaktif yang mendukung pemahaman dan keterampilan berbahasa Arab, membuka peluang inovasi dalam metode pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif dan efektif. Melalui pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, Qawaid Tarjamah, maharah, pendekatan komunikatif, dan evaluasi, chatbot AI mampu memberikan respons instan, memberikan latihan yang variatif, dan memberikan umpan balik mendalam yang dapat membantu mahasiswa meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Arab mereka secara mandiri. Penerapan chatbot AI pada perguruan tinggi dapat menghadirkan pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih dinamis, berinteraksi, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan mahasiswa dalam menguasai bahasa Arab. Meskipun chatbot AI menawarkan potensi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan interaktivitas dalam proses pembelajaran, terdapat sejumlah tantangan yang perlu diatasi agar penerapannya dapat berjalan dengan optimal, seperti kurangnya kemampuan dosen terhadap teknologi, keterbatasan media teknologi, keterbatasan penggunaan teknologi bagi mahasiswa, tidak terciptanya lingkungan bahasa arab di tengah mahasiswa serta tantangan dalam pembelajaran kemahiran berbahasa arab secara online. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi baru pada literatur tentang penggunaan chatbot AI dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di perguruan tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas dan aksesibilitas pendidikan bahasa Arab serta membuka peluang baru untuk penggunaan teknologi AI dalam konteks pendidikan.

Abstract

This study examines the urgency of the Hadith Science Department at Islamic Universities in Indonesia in the Digital Era in the Review of Maqashid Syariah. The development of the digital era has had a positive impact on the development of hadith science, such as the emergence of various applications and electronic books that support learning and the ease of getting information. However, the ease of social media has resulted in the spread of weak and even fake hadiths in society that affect the practice of worship of the Muslims without being based on hadith that can be practiced. As an implementation of the maintenance of religion (hifdzu al-din), it is important for Islamic universities in Indonesia to have a Hadith Science Departement in order to produce graduates who are competent in the field of Hadith Science to spread the correct understanding of the takhrij hadith that is spread in the community. This can only be done by missionaries with backgrounds as students who have a critical attitude and are competent in preaching on social media. This research is library research, with content analysis and deductive analysis approach as data analysis technique. The purpose of this research is to provide an overview of the important role and urgency of the existence of the Department of Hadith Science in fighting the spread of fake hadiths in the digital era. The results of this research showed that there were only 38 Hadith Science Departement from 99 State Islamic Universities and only 2 of them received "Excellent" accreditation.

Abstract

Komunikasi  merupakan kebutuhan fundamental  dalam upaya membangun hubungan  keluarga yang harmonis.  Komunikasi yang baik antara pasangan dapat membangun kelangsungan hidup keluarga sekaligus menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan individu dalam keluarga tersebut.  Sebaliknya, komunikasi yang kurang baik akan memicu terjadinya konflik perkawinan. Kesibukan masing-masing anggota keluarga  menjadi  salah  satu  penyebab kurangnya  hubungan  yang  harmonis  dan  berkurangnya    komunikasi  efektif dalam keluarga.  Hal ini lah yang sangat mungkin dialami oleh para aktivis mahasiswa STDI Imam Syafi’i Jember yang telah menikah. Kesibukan yang tinggi tersebut dapat menyebabkan kurangnya waktu dan perhatian yang cukup terhadap pasangan, sehingga mengganggu komunikasi bersama istri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, survei dan wawancara. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menemukan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam komunikasi serta pola komunikasi pasangan suami-istri aktivis mahasiswa STDI Imam Syafi’i Jember dalam membangun keharmonisan keluarga. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hambatan dalam komunikasi pasangan suami-istri mahasiswa aktivis STDI Imam Syafi’i Jember meliputi frekuensi komunikasi yang kurang, dan timbulnya kesalahpahaman. Adapun pola komunikasi pasangan suami-istri aktivis mahasiswa STDI Imam Syafi’i Jember dalam membangun keharmonisan keluarga antara lain saling terbuka, deep talk, dukungan emosional, dan komunikasi efektif di waktu yang ada. Kata Kunci: pola, komunikasi, mahasiswa, harmonis, keluarga.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and understand the meaning and significance of the concept of " fairness" in the practice of polygamy based on the Prophet's hadith. Polygamy is a complex and controversial issue in contemporary society. The husband's unfair attitude towards his wife and children is often the cause of complicated problems in the practice of polygamy in Indonesia. The forms of husband's unfairness in polygamous marriages also vary, including in matters of food, clothing, shelter and division of days. Husband's unfairness is almost always a finding in research that discusses the problems and negative impacts of polygamous marriages in Indonesia. The results show that the concept of fairness in the practice of polygamy referred to in the traditions of the Prophet shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam and the explanations of the scholars include: (1) Fairness in the division of nights, overnight stays (qasm) and visits, although doing the division of nights the Prophet also gathered his wives at night and visited all of his wives during the day; (2) Fairness in providing maintenance which includes clothing, shelter and food; (3) Fairness in determining which wife to bring to accompany him on long trips by drawing lots; and (4) There is no obligation to be fair in matters of love and intercourse. This research is expected to provide a better understanding of the practice of polygamy in Islam and the concept of fairness applied.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the concept applied by the Messenger of Allah -peace be upon him- in building polygamous household harmony. The polygamy law is a solution to various problems experienced by Muslims, especially Muslim women, as a form of uplifting women's dignity. The example shown by the Messenger of Allah -peace be upon him- and his companions as practitioners of the polygamy law is a depiction of the real and solutive implementation of polygamy initiated by Islam. However, the practice of unhealthy polygamy implemented by some groups under the pretext of implementing Islamic teachings today tends to prioritize prestige, pride, and lust. This is what makes the rejection and controversy related to polygamy even greater and wider. This is reinforced by the high divorce rate due to polygamy. This phenomenon is inversely proportional to the practice of polygamy in the life of the Messenger of Allah -peace be upon him- which was harmonious and peaceful, both the relationship between him as a husband with his wives and the relationship between the wives in polygamous life. This research is qualitative research with data collection using literature review techniques. The data used in this research comes from secondary data in the form of books, articles, and scientific journals that have information relevant to the research topic. This research uses content analysis as a data analysis technique and deductive concepts in making conclusions. The results of this research show that the concepts implemented by the Messenger of Allah -peace be upon him- in building the harmony of polygamous household life are fairness in the division of nights and provision, making the wives’ houses close to each other, visiting all wives every day, and gathering the wives in one house every night.

Abstract

The phenomenon of sexual deviance is increasingly prevalent in society with increasingly diverse forms such as LGBT, Pedophilia, Masturbation, Exhibitionism, not a few of which even lead to adultery and rape. Many parents are indifferent to this phenomenon because they think that it only happens outside their family and think that their family will definitely be protected from sexual deviance. In fact, apart from traumatic factors, most sexual deviations in society are caused by parents's negligence in identifying and providing religious education and sexual education to their family members from an early age. The family as the smallest scope of life has a vital role in shaping the individual attitude, mentality and character. This research discusses the role of Moslem families in identifying and preventing sexual deviations through religious education and sexual education from an early age. This research is a library research, with content analysis and deductive analysis approaches as data analysis techniques. The purpose of this study is to provide an explanation of the important role of the Muslim family in the identification and prevention of sexual deviation, as well as examples of sexual education originating from Islamic teachings for children from an early age. The results of this study indicate that Muslim families through the roles of both parents have a major contribution in the identification and prevention of sexual deviations through early childhood sex education originating from Islam.
