Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of students' conceptual understanding using guided inquiry models on acid-base titration material. This study used a one-group pretest-posttest design, using one group of subjects, conducted at SMA PGRI Bolo-Bima in class XI for the 2020/2021 school year. The results showed that the percentage of student completeness at the pretest was 20%, meaning that only 4 out of 20 students completed. While the post-test results are inversely proportional to the pretest results with the percentage of student completeness of 100% meaning that all 20 students are complete. The results of the analysis of student activity data were obtained through observations by two observers during learning activities, the percentage of the frequency of student activity that was most dominant performed by students was carrying out investigations (13.9%), listening to / paying attention to teacher explanations (10.5%), and conclusions. investigation results (9.20%). As well as the results of student responses obtained an overall average of 90% of students gave positive responses and as many as 10% gave negative responses. Based on the results obtained in this study, it can be concluded that the use of the guided inquiry learning model used can improve students' conceptual understanding of acid-base titration material. Abstract

Research has been carried out entitled the application of the Make A Match cooperative learning model to increase the activity and learning achievement of physics class VII students of SMPN 2 Wera. This research is classroom action research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles. The purpose of this study was to increase the activity and learning achievement of class VII students of SMPN 2 Wera. The results of this study were analyzed with qualitative data while the average value of student learning activities in the first cycle was 12.32 in the fairly active category and the average value in the second cycle was 14.29 in the active category, which means that there was an increase in learning activities. students from cycle I to cycle II, as well as analyzing with quantitative data which resulted in the average value of student achievement in cycle I was 66.32 with 73.52% classical completeness and in cycle II the class average score increased to 72, 21 with classical completeness of 94.12%, which means that classical completeness has been achieved and student learning achievement has increased. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that using the Make A Match cooperative learning model can increase the activity and learning achievement of class VII students of SMPN 2 Wera.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru kelas dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas V di SDN Inpres Langgudu. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam mengenali dan mengelola emosi, serta pentingnya peran guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran yang tidak hanya menekankan aspek kognitif, tetapi juga afektif dan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan subjek penelitian yaitu 2 guru kelas V dan 21 siswa SDN Inpres Langgudu. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru kelas memiliki peran strategis dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional siswa melalui tiga fungsi utama, yaitu sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, dan teladan. Guru menanamkan nilai empati, tanggung jawab, dan pengendalian diri melalui pembelajaran kontekstual dan kegiatan reflektif di kelas. Selain itu, guru menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif dan mendukung perkembangan sosial-emosional siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru kelas sangat berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan kecerdasan emosional siswa, yang berdampak pada peningkatan interaksi sosial dan motivasi belajar di sekolah dasar. Oleh karena itu, guru sekolah dasar disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan pembelajaran sosial-emosional secara berkelanjutan dalam proses pembelajaran.
