Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance using a human resource management approach. Transformational leadership, which includes idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, is believed to enhance employee motivation, innovation, and commitment in achieving organizational goals. The research method employed a quantitative approach through a survey of 150 employees in the service industry sector. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between transformational leadership variables and employee performance. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of the role of human resource management in developing and implementing transformational leadership styles through training and supportive reward systems. This research provides practical contributions for organizations to improve performance and foster an adaptive and innovative work culture.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh etos kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada pengrajin rumah panggung di Kelurahan Woloan Kecamatan Tomohon Barat penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi R2 yaitu 0 676 atau 67 6 artinya bahwa nilai 67 6 variabel produktivitas kerja pada pengrajin rumah panggung di Kelurahan Woloan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel etos kerja dan budaya kerja sedangkan 32 4 dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dalam penelitian ini Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja dan budaya kerja secara baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada pengrajin rumah panggung di kelurahan Woloan Kecamatan Tomohon Barat < p> This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of work ethic and work culture on work productivity on stage craftsmen in Woloan Village Tomohon Barat District this study uses quantitative research methods Based on the coefficient of determination R2 which is 0 676 or 67 6 it means that the value of 67 6 of the < em>w< em>ork < em>p< em>roductivity < em>of< em> s< em>tage < em>c< em>raftsmen in Woloan Village can be explained by the < em>w< em>ork < em>e< em>thic and < em>w< em>ork < em>c< em>ulture variables while 32 4 is explained by other factors that not in this study < em>By< em> the < em>examination< em> results show that work ethic and work culture < em>both partially and < em>simultaneously have positive and significant influence on work productivity on stilt house craftsmen in Woloan Village West Tomohon District< em>< p>

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at Bank Sulutgo Tondano. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study consists of all 76 employees of Bank Sulutgo Tondano, and the sample was obtained using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 44.4%, indicating that these two variables are able to explain the variation in employee performance. Meanwhile, 55.6% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Therefore, it can be concluded that improving work discipline and work motivation will have an impact on employee performance at Bank Sulutgo Tondano.
