Abstract

In order to help instructors complete their work in accordance with the required standards and help the school reach its objectives, work motivation plays a significant role. The goal of this study is to evaluate and analyze how the teacher certification model and the principal's leadership style affect the work motivation of teachers. Ex-Post Facto research with a 3x2 level design is what this study is. SEM measuring method and two-way ANOVA were utilized for data gathering. The findings showed that instrument created using the measurement model is valid and consistently measures teacher work motivation with a value of construct realibility (CR = 0.90; VE = 0.58); principal leadership style has an impact on teacher work motivation; the teacher certification model has an impact on teacher work motivation; there is a relationship between the principle leadership style and the teacher certification model, and leadership style, the teacher certification model, and the interaction between the principal leadership style and the teacher certification model all have an impact on the work motivation of teachers. The study's findings suggest that the teacher certification scheme and the principal's leadership style might both influence teachers' levels of motivation at work.

Abstract

This study intends to examine how celebrity endorsing and advertising attraction affect customer interest in purchasing cosmetic products. This study is quantitative in nature. Using a purposive sample approach, 100 respondents made up the study's population. Interviews and questionnaires are two common data collecting methods. A Likert scale was used to assess the instruments used to collect data on the variables X1 (Ad Attractiveness), X2 (Celebrity Endorser), and Y (Purchase Intention). The findings of this study suggest that the factors of advertising allure and celebrity endorsers significantly influence consumer interest in making purchases. In the coefficient of determination test, the dependent variable (purchase intention) is influenced by 77% of the independent factors (advertising attractiveness and celebrity endorsement). While additional factors not included in this regression analysis may have an impact on as much as 23%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of marketing capabilities and digital marketing on the marketing performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java, Indonesia. Data were collected from 384 MSMEs using a structured questionnaire, and a structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to test the research hypotheses. The results of the study indicate that marketing capabilities and digital marketing have a significant positive impact on the marketing performance of MSMEs. Furthermore, digital marketing was found to mediate the relationship between marketing capabilities and the marketing performance of MSMEs. These findings have important implications for MSMEs in West Java, as well as in other regions of Indonesia, and for policymakers and academics who are interested in supporting the growth and development of the MSME sector.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance using a human resource management approach. Transformational leadership, which includes idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, is believed to enhance employee motivation, innovation, and commitment in achieving organizational goals. The research method employed a quantitative approach through a survey of 150 employees in the service industry sector. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between transformational leadership variables and employee performance. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of the role of human resource management in developing and implementing transformational leadership styles through training and supportive reward systems. This research provides practical contributions for organizations to improve performance and foster an adaptive and innovative work culture.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas penelitian di institusi pendidikan tinggi melalui pelatihan analisis data statistik. Topik ini dipilih karena rendahnya pemahaman praktis dalam menerapkan metode statistik yang tepat dalam penelitian, yang mengakibatkan penelitian yang kurang mendalam dan kurangnya kontribusi signifikan terhadap ilmu pengetahuan. Metode pelatihan dilakukan secara daring melalui platform Zoom, dengan melibatkan 26 peserta dari berbagai latar belakang akademik. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengantar tentang pentingnya analisis data statistik dalam penelitian, pembahasan teknik analisis seperti uji hipotesis, analisis regresi, dan metode multivariat, serta penerapan praktis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menerapkan analisis statistik yang tepat dalam riset mereka. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas publikasi ilmiah dan kontribusi penelitian di Indonesia. Kegiatan ini penting untuk mendukung pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan inovasi di lembaga pendidikan tinggi, serta memperluas kolaborasi akademik di tingkat nasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji Pendekatan Komunikasi Krisis untuk Penanganan Isu Sensitif di Lingkungan Bisnis dan Organisasi. Isu-isu sensitif seperti skandal korporat, konflik internal, atau kebocoran informasi dapat berdampak signifikan terhadap reputasi dan operasional perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki strategi komunikasi krisis yang efektif dalam mengelola krisis semacam itu. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk menganalisis teori-teori komunikasi krisis, studi kasus dari berbagai industri, dan strategi komunikasi yang terbukti berhasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi, responsibilitas, dan koordinasi yang baik antara berbagai departemen perusahaan merupakan kunci dalam menghadapi krisis secara efektif. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi pentingnya persiapan yang matang sebelum krisis terjadi, termasuk pengembangan protokol komunikasi dan pelatihan tim respons krisis. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi untuk perusahaan untuk memperkuat strategi komunikasi krisis mereka dengan lebih baik guna meningkatkan responsibilitas dan keberlanjutan operasional.
