The Tamansari Row House Development Program in the City of Bandung is a government program to fix the problems of existing slum settlements in the City of Bandung. The program from the Bandung City Government ultimately experienced conflict disputes between the community and the government. In conflict resolution efforts, conflict management as an effort to resolve land dispute conflicts that occurred in Tamansari Bandung City. This study uses conflict management theory from Wirawan which consists of 4 aspects, namely: Discipline, Consideration of Experiences and Life Stages, Good Communication, and Active Listening. The purpose of this research is to find out how efforts to resolve land disputes in Tamansari are related to the construction of row houses organized by the Bandung City Government. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The selection of research informants used a purposive technique. The results of this study indicate that conflict management is not optimal. The conflict regarding land status between the two parties became one of the factors that sparked the conflict, and the resolution was not optimal. The aspect of discipline shows that the two parties do not yet have a rule in common. The aspect of consideration of experiences and stages of life from the side of orderly administrative records that is not good is one of the triggers for conflicts that cannot be resolved. The aspect of good communication shows that the mediation that has been carried out has not resulted in a mutually beneficial solution. The aspect of active listening can be seen from the meeting of the two parties, both from mediation efforts, not being given space for other parties, namely the community, to convey the wishes of the community, namely the status of the land being defended.

In the current era of digital technology disruption, social media now allows people or groups to interact with each other. The gender movement is one of many movements that have developed into a platform for women's communities and movements. With the advent of the internet and social media, this gender movement continues to fight through social media, such as @rpa_banten and @suluhperempuanserang accounts. Using a qualitative content analysis method, this study investigates the gender movement on the Instagram accounts @rpa_banten and @suluhperempuanserang. According to the Instagram profile posts and views of @rpa_banten and @suluhperempuanserang, these accounts represent a gender movement that fights against sexual violence, fights legal injustice for victims of sexual violence, and supports the adoption of the Permendikbud and RUU PKS as the legal framework for sexual violence in the country. Digital litracy is needed to expand the impact of campaigns voiced by the gender movement to promote women's sovereignty in the digital realm.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di SD Seruni 2 Kabupaten Pandeglang, Provinsi Banten dengan tujuan untuk mensosialisasikan bentuk-bentuk kekerasan dan perilaku yang bisa meningkatkan kesadaran siswa akan bahaya bullying. pemberdayaan oleh siswa sebagai penggerak perubahan dilakukan dengan beragam kegiatan, diantaranya dengan pembentukan kesadaran siswa penggerak anti bullying bekerjasama dengan para guru. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat merasa perlu untuk melakukan sosialisasi dan peningkatan kesadaran terkait pencegahan kekerasan terhadap anak. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah berbentuk sosialisasi yang dipandu oleh narasumber dan diselingi dengan kegiatan berdongeng, bercerita, metode interaktif, dan tanya jawab. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan agen siswa di sekolah yang anti tindakan-tindakan yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai kekerasan terhadap teman kelasnya.

Reforms open the tide of renewal in various lines, including the police institution as part of the State institution. The release of the Police from the TNI gave birth to the obligation of this institution to reform itself, increase professionalism and attention to human rights by leaving militaristic characteristics. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method to elaborate on several existing writings with data to get in-depth writing about police reform. The conclusions of this paper to reform the police steps taken by reducing the level of violence and the use of firearms include the approach of community policing, besides being able to help reduce crime rates, it can also help increase public trust in the Police. In addition, using alternative weapons as a humane step and reducing casualties.

Community activities will of course experience various threats and obstacles, in this case the discussion will be about the existence of social movement actions which result in misuse of water areas. The role of this movement is to provide education and assistance to the community to fight for their right to obtain clean water. The use of river water has become a core thing in life as a creature that needs water every day, so that its cleanliness and purity must be protected, apart from that, rivers become a field for various types of activities by humans, animals, ecology, and even industries. who is standing. Water pollution will not escape from the side-by-side between government and industry, so in this research it is intended that there is the emergence of a social movement of people who are in the midst of river water conditions which should be in the community's domain or riparian as the concept of hydro-hegemony is called for everyday life. -days not for self-rule interests by elites in local areas. The theoretical use of the concept of Hydro-Hegemony used in this research is taking the theory put forward by Mark Zeiton and Jeoren Warner as a study of hegemony in the waters of the River Watershed (DAS) and becomes a study of social movements in society, namely Jhon J Macionis who divides various the concept of social movements in terms of emergence, merger, bureaucracy and decline of social movements so that in their decline there are various types of classifications that are appropriate in resolving the case, namely success, failure, cooperation, pressure and/or as the main current in the social movement. In the methodology aspect, in this case, it is based on the opinions and concepts of Jhon W Creswell, his case study where researchers can have a direction to photograph, as in the case of opposing water pollution in the Cidurian river, Gembong Village, which is really water pollution and the interests contained in it, So this research is interesting because there is a theme about water politics which begins or is framed with water pollution actually occurring in the Cidurian River, Gembong Village, until in the end the results of the researchers made direct observations where the social movement of the community had to withdraw due to the interests of several actors. those in power in the area.

This paper aims to examine the issue of the political existence of women cadres in the organizations of political parties. The issue of women's involvement is a crucial issue because of the perpetual shackles of patriarchal culture and the stigmatization of the existence of women. This often leads to unfair practices and the exclusion of women. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method formulated by Lambert et al with a focus on literature review. The results of this study indicate that the importance of redefining the meaning of political parties that are accommodative to womenâ€™s issues (feminism) and the political existence of women from the past until now is considered progressively transformative because it has been proven to mobilize collective awareness actions about the importance of playing a role in efforts to realize gender justice.

AbstractThis research will photograph how digital leadership is carried out by regional heads in two provinces, namely the Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil, and the Governor of Banten, Wahidin Halim. These two figures will be compared from the perspective of digital leadership in administering government in their respective regions. This research will also photograph the achievements of each region in implementing electronic-based government. It is hoped that this research will be able to provide an overview of how digital leadership capabilities have a big impact on the implementation of government digitalization in the regional government organizations they lead. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research results illustrate that the two former governors have similarities. Every leader has a vital role and real contribution in encouraging the digitalization of government with the digital resources and capabilities they have. The various appreciations received by both individuals and regional government organizations are clear evidence that their performance in driving digital transformation is recognized by many people as leaders who have good digital abilities and competencies.Keywords: Leadership, Digital Leadership, Banten Province, West Java ProvinceÂ AbstrakRiset ini akan memotret bagaimana kepemimpinan digital yang dilakukan oleh kepala daerah di dua Provinsi yaitu Gubernur Jawa Barat yaitu Ridwan Kamil dengan Gubernur Banten yaitu Wahidin Halim. Kedua tokoh ini akan dikomparasi dari sudut pandang kepemimpinan digital dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di daerah masing-masing. Riset ini juga akan memotret pencapaian daerah masing-masing dalam menyelenggarakan pemerintahan berbasis elektronik. Diharapkan riset ini mampu memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana kemampuan kepemimpinan digital sangat berdampak pada penyelenggaraan digitalisasi pemerintahan pada organisasi pemerintahan daerah yang dipimpin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa kedua Mantan Gubernur terdapat persamaan. Setiap pemimpin memiliki peran yang vital dan kontribusi yang nyata dalam mendorong terselenggaranya dgitalisasi pemerintahan dengan sumber daya dan kemampuan digital yang dimiliki. Berbagai apresiasi yang didapatkan yang diterima baik individu maupun oraganisasi pemerintahan daerah menjadi salah satu bukti nyata bahwa kinerja keduanya dalam mendorong transformasi digital diaku oleh banyak masyarakat sebagai pemimpin yang memiliki kemampuan dan kompetensi digital yang baik.Kata kunci:Kepemimpinan, Kepemimpinan Digital, Provinsi Banten, Provinsi Jawa Barat

This research tries to elaborate on the dynamics that are happening to women and development in Banten province. With very basic issues for women including gender-biased social construction, social welfare and the gender movement in an effort to encourage the role of women in work participation in Banten. Women in Banten are still trapped in poverty due to the low gender gap index which affects the level of participation of the female labor force (TPAK), this is exacerbated by the lack of women's participation in women's organizations formed to empower women and encourage policies that can encourage women in work participation. The women's movement in promoting gender justice is divided into two aspects, namely empowering women through organizations and involving women in policy formulation, especially those related to gender equality in the field of work.

Fokus tulisan ini menyelisik aktivisme politik para kader perempuan partai atau politisi perempuan di daerah Banten. Urgensi kajian ini karena adanya interseksi diskursus antara aktivisme perempuan, pengorganisasian partai, dan kultur patriarki di wilayah Banten khususnya, di Indonesia pada umumnya. Kami menggunakan metode kualititaf dengan pendekatan fenomenologi Creswell. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu temuan soal pemaknaan aktivisme politik dari politisi perempuan berarti perempuan berjuang demi mencapai keadilan gender dan kebijakan-kebijakan pro-perempuan. Selanjutnya rekonstruksi dan proyeksi dari pemikiran politisi perempuan dalam politik dan pemerintahan, yaitu: (1) upaya holistik membangun kesadaran representatif dan potensi politisi perempuan di tubuh partai politik; (2) optimalisasi kebijakan affirmative action di bidang politik dan pemerintahan secara keseluruhan; (3) dukungan penuh dari partai-partai politik dan elitnya dalam memberikan kesempatan dan peluang yang proporsional terhadap politisi perempuan.
