Abstract

The implementation of work from home certainly has a positive and negative impact on employee work productivity, this paper provides a description of whether or not the work system needs to be continued after the pandemic ends or an evaluation is required considering the emergence of a deadly new type of covid 19 virus variant, it is very possible for government organizations to carry out WFH, this study aims to describe the implementation of work from home and explain its implications,The dimensions of feasibility, availability, speed of response, physical environment, data security, office equipment, and technical support have not been effective, whereas work supervision has been running quite effectively, if there are several employees who experience a decrease in work productivity while working from home, this is based on an assessment of the ability to carry out tasks, work enthusiasm, and motivation to develop oneself, as w workplace. compatible, domestic disturbances in households, the absence of standard operating procedures that touch on technical issues, operating hours restrictions, a lack of conducive communication between superiors and subordinates, and a growing mindset that work from home is perceived as only an appeal/temporary recommendation During an emergency,it is not a binding regulation

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat bahwa  kebijakan desentralisasi sektor kesehatan merupakan strategi penting dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan untuk masyarakat. Prinsip dasarnya adalah pelayanan publik yang paling efisien seharusnya diselenggarakan oleh otoritas yang memiliki kontrol geografis yang paling minimal. Pemerintah daerah mungkin memiliki cukup otoritas dan akses pada sumber-sumber keuangan, akan tetapi jika tidak dikelola dengan seksama, desentralisasi tidak akan menghasilkan manfaat bagi daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelayanan publik kesehatan ibu dan anak belum menggembirakan. Banyak faktor ynag menjadi penyebabnya, antara lain : 1) Sulawesi Tenggara merupakan provinsi kedua terendah di Indonesia dalam proses kelahiran yang ditolong tenaga kesehatan, 2) Semakin memburuknya ketersediaan Pos Persalinan Desa (Polindes) dimana jumlah desa yang harus dilayani oleh setiap satu Pustu menurun.       Komitmen pemerintah daerah dengan menyediakan anggaran yang cukup besar di bidang kesehatan harus dimbangi dengan penyediaan fasilitas dan  kemudahan pelayanan kesehatan. Karena Sulawesi Tenggara sebenarnya merupakan provinsi yang meraih PAD tertinggi di pulau Sulawesi tetapi justru kemiskinannya menduduki peringkat ke 11 secara nasional. Kata kunci: Paradoks, Desentralisasi Kesehatan, Pelayanan Publik, Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The technique used is purposive sampling. The data has been obtained and analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that the quality of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Kendari District Court Office Class 1A has been very good and effective. In general, the service recipients are already happy with the services provided, but there are still some complaints from the visitors themselves because employees who are working from home (WFH) are not in the office. The Kendari District Court Office carried out services during the Covid-19 pandemic, strictly complying with health protocols from wearing masks, ensuring clean work areas, providing hand washing stations, providing hand sanitizers, and taking temperature measurements. The service went well because all employees in the office followed health guidelines, even every employee was given vitamins and bear milk, conducted swab tests, and vaccinated so that the health of the employees was maintained.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Dampak Pelaksanaan Pengawasan dalam rangka Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai pada Inspektorat Kota Kendari. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dalam bentuk observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara langsung dengan informan sebanyak 7 informan, setelah data dan informasi yang akan diperoleh dari informan akan diolah dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara direduksi, lalu disajikan, dan kemudian penarikan kesimpulan.Berdasarkan uraian hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan pengawasan pada Inspektorat Kota Kendari telah berjalan dengan baik hal ini nampak dari pelaksanaan pengawasan langsung yang telah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini dilakukan dengan memeriksa secara langsung pelaksanaan tugas pegawai agar tidak ada penyimpangan yang terjadi dan pengawasan tidak langsung yang berjalan dengan baik, hal ini dilakukan dengan pemeriksaan setiap laporan yang disampaikan pegawai sehingga ada peningkatan pengawasan yang dilakukan pimpinan. Peningkatan kinerja pegawai pada Inspektorat Kota Kendari juga telah berjalan dengan baik hal ini ditinjau dari tanggung jawab kerja pegawai yang semakin baik, dimana pegawai senantiasa sungguh-sungguh menyelesaikan tugas-tugasnya, yaitu dengan menyelesaikan tugas sesuai dengan waktu yang ditetapkan, kualitas dan kuantitas kerja serta waktu kerja pegawai pada Inspektorat Kota Kendari. Kata Kunci: Pengawasan, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to evaluate the Qur'an reading learning program using the Al Qalam Method. This program is a collaboration between the Al Qalam Education Foundation and Rumah Zakat by creating the Rumah Qur'an Lansia Pesantren Lansia program 'Habibi Ainun' which is located in Watulondo Village, Puwatu District, Kendari City. The results showed that the Al Qalam Education Foundation did not spend any learning program costs at all. So for the foundation, this program is very beneficial because it helps achieve the foundation's mission, which is to contribute to instilling Islamic values for the people of Kendari City. As for when viewed from Rumah Zakat, Kendari Branch is also beneficial and provides benefits because of the 30 learners, as many as 18 people can attend the graduation of the Al Qalam Method. The 12 people who have not graduated will still be given learning by participants from mothers who have graduated and graduated without spending any more money

Abstract

The research aimed to understand the reforms implemented by Muhammad Abduh in Egypt and to analyze the restructuring of institutional management and curriculum he conducted. The research methodology was a literature review with content analysis to reveal Muhammad Abduh's thoughts related to his mission. The findings indicate that Abduh's thoughts significantly influenced the modernization of Islamic education, particularly at al-Azhar University. He stressed the need to integrate modern sciences and technology with Islamic teachings. These reforms were intended to strengthen Islam's position amidst the advancement of science and modernization challenges.

Abstract

Effective education in the digital age requires synergy between school management and education to break the 'one-size-fits-all' paradigm. This study aims to analyze the implementation of potential-based learning models at SMPIT Al Qalam Kendari. In the context of Islamic Religious Education, this study particularly highlights the need for a learning approach that not only prioritizes religious knowledge, but also fosters students' emotional, spiritual, and social intelligence. By assessing educational practices that are often monotonous and unable to accommodate the diversity of students' potential, this study examines how innovative and potential-based learning models can overcome the gap between potential and learning outcomes achieved. Effective school management synergies are needed to support these didactic innovations, empower teachers with relevant competencies, and ensure that student-centred learning achieves holistic educational goals. This model is expected to make a significant contribution to developing students' potential as a whole and sustainably.

Abstract

The evaluation of the quality assurance system at SMPIT AL Qalam using the CIPP model indicates success in the implementation of Islamic education. Challenges in curriculum adaptation and teaching methodology were identified as areas requiring further attention. Meanwhile, investments in human resource development and the implementation of active learning strategies have contributed to improved student understanding. The evaluation results reflect encouraging achievements, showing solid academic growth and character building in accordance with Islamic values, which confirms the quality of education provided by SMPIT AL Qalam.

Abstract

This article explores the evolution of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) policy in Indonesia over time through the lens of 'Dynamic Governance'. Utilizing policy implementation theory approaches, this study analyzes how changes in IRE policy have impacted the educational experiences of students and the community at large. By examining various historical periods and their influence on educational policy, this research presents in-depth insights into how IRE has adapted to the changing demands and expectations of society and government. Focused on the restructuring and modernization of the Islamic education system, this article aims to elucidate the importance of policy adaptation to reflect Islamic values relevant to contemporary developments as well as the challenges and constraints encountered in its implementation. The primary goal of this writing is to offer a new perspective on the implementation of religious education policy that can support efforts to enhance the quality of Indonesian human resources in the context of social diversity and current dynamic needs.
