Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The availability of raw material for gelatin from waste, especially fish bones in Palembang city is high enough. Therefore, gelatin that is processed from raw fish waste can be used as an alternative of halal gelatin besides gelatin derived from beef bones. Gelatin is widely used in industries, especially the food processing industry such as jelly candy. Candies are sweets, it was  made by mixing a certain concentration of sugar into water and then adding flavor. Many people deliberately eat candy while doing various activities. Candy is considered as a snack that can help the mind become fresher so that it will certainly make us concentrate or thinking better. The high sugar content in candy products can often lead to problems caused by excessive sugar consumption. In this study, the researchers added okra mucus, which apart from being rich in vitamins and minerals, okra is also rich in fiber. However, the use of okra slime into food products, especially candy, is still limited because people don't like the mucus found in okra fruit. Futher more,  researchers added okra slime to candy made from fish gelatin so that it could be accepted by the public. This research was conducted at the UPGRI Palembang THP Workshop and agricultural products laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This study aimed to determine the level of preference for the panelists to jelly candy added with okra fruit mucus which includes PO1 was 0%, PO2 was 2.5%, PO3 was 5%, PO4 was 7.5% and 10%. The results of the organolpetic analysis data were analyzed by using the non-parametric Friedman Conover statistical test. The results showed that the addition of okra slime to jelly candy made of Gabus fish waste gelatin (Ophiocepalus striatus) had a significant effect on appearance, aroma and taste. The best treatment was the PO2 treatment (jelly candy from snakeheadfish waste gelatin with the addition 2.5% of okra slime) with a liking level of appearance was 3.50 (good), aroma was 3.03 (rather good) and taste was 3.73 (good ).Keywords : Gelatin, Okra Slime, Jelly Candy

Abstract

The diversity that exists in our beloved homeland was a small part of His creation, in order to know and learn from each other so as to create a better, peaceful and peaceful treasure of civilization. School was like a miniature of society and the right place to build a moderate attitude through internalization in intracurricular activities. This research aims to find out how the process of internalizing religious moderation values ​​were carried out by teachers in intra-curricular activities at MA Negeri 1 (Model) Lubuklinggau. The research was used a qualitative approach and descriptive type of field research. In determining the informants, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique. As for collecting research data using observation, interview and documentation techniques, which will then be analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation and data verification, then tested for validity using triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that the process of internalizing the values ​​of moderation in religion at MA Negeri 1 (Model) Lubuklinggau was carried out in three phases namely; firstly, through Madrasah Students Ta'aruf Period (MATSAMA), secondly through intracurricular activities, and thirdly through activities with nationalism and religious aspects such as group gymnastics, syarhil qur'an, cult every morning, tahfidz and art performances. As for the supporting and inhibiting factors, there were three, namely, student characteristics, teacher characteristics and the Madrasah environment.

Abstract

Sebagai wujud aksi dari kepedulian terhadap lingkungan, tim kuliah kerja nyata Universitas Riau melakukan kegiatan penghijauan dengan dijalankannya program sosialisasi penanaman dan pembagian 1000 bibit pohon. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sawah, Kecamatan Kampar Utara, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau dengan semboyan “Kebangkitan Hijau”. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan bersama dengan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Provinsi Riau melalui penanaman dan pembagian 1000 bibit yang terdiri dari bibit sirsak, durian dan matoa. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan penanaman dan pembagian 1000 bibit pohon ini adalah bentuk kebangkitan hijau di Desa Sawah, menjaga kelestarian lingkungan, memperbanyak ragam jenis tanaman buah-buahan di Desa Sawah. Kegiatan berlangsung dengan sangat lancar dan mendapatkan sambutan positif serta apresiasi dari masyarakat yang menghadiri acara. Diharapkan adanya sistem pemantauan untuk memastikan bibit yang dibagikan tumbuh dengan baik dan mencapai hasil yang diinginkan. Masyarakat diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya pelestarian lingkungan dan cara merawat bibit tanaman yang baik dan benar. Abstract

This study aims to develop PISA model math questions on Change and Relationship content that are valid, practical, and potentially effective to improve students' reasoning and mathematical literacy skills. The method used is design research type development studies, which consists of preliminary and formative evaluation stages. The instrument was developed through a series of evaluation stages, namely self-evaluation, expert review, one-to-one, and small group. The research subjects were VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya. The questions developed included six items with difficulty levels from level 1 to level 6 and varied contexts (personal, general, and scientific). Based on the analysis of student answers, it is obtained that the questions developed by researchers can be said to be valid and practical, this is supported by the results of the validity, reliability, difficulty level, differentiating power tests quantitatively and declared practical based on the results of the analysis of student answers which show students have been able to understand the questions, the sentences used do not have double meanings and do not cause errors caused by the questions. Thus, the questions developed are declared feasible to be used to measure and train mathematical literacy and reasoning of junior high school students.

Abstract

This qualitative study explores in-depth the perceptions of students at Universitas Negeri Medan (UNIMED) regarding the influence of educational technology (EdTech) on their learning effectiveness. Amidst the global digital transformation, the integration of digital tools in higher education has become a strategic need to improve the quality of learning. This study used an interpretive phenomenological approach, with semi-structured interviews with 18 undergraduate students from various faculties as the primary data collection method. Data were analyzed through thematic analysis to identify patterns and meanings. The results show that EdTech, through the SIPDA platform, improves accessibility of learning resources, schedule flexibility, and collaboration, but is still hampered by limitations in infrastructure, digital literacy, and pedagogical integration. This study provides contextual insights from Indonesia, with practical recommendations to improve the implementation of EdTech at UNIMED and similar institutions.
