Abstract

ABATRACT: BLOOD RELATIONS FUNICULUS UMBILICAL pH LEVELS WITH ASPHYXIA NEWBORN IN HOSPITAL CILACAP. The infant mortality rate based on data from the 2012 Demographic and Health Survey is 32/1000 live births, more than ¾ of infant mortality due to factor 1. Asphyxia, 2. And infection. Complications at birth, 3. LBW. The incidence of neonatal asphyxia in Cilacap General Hospital in May 2013 is 5:11%, end of June increased to 8, 87% of the total babies born. This research is analytic survey with cross-sectional approach. Population of 98 newborns with total sample sampling. Data analysis with Chi squere there is a relationship between umbilical cord blood pH with neonatal asphyxia (p value <0.005, meaning Ha received).Keywords: Cord Blood pH, Neonatal Asphyxia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pemahaman siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matriks di tingkat pendidikan menengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus pada analisis strategi pemecahan masalah dan identifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi oleh siswa selama proses belajar. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan siswa, dan analisis dokumen seperti catatan kelas dan hasil ujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi dalam pendekatan siswa terhadap pemecahan masalah matriks, dari strategi yang sistematis hingga kesulitan dalam menginternalisasi konsep-konsep matriks tertentu. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah perlunya pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih beragam dan mendalam untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual siswa dalam topik matriks, serta memberikan dukungan yang lebih besar bagi siswa yang menghadapi kesulitan dalam menguasai materi tersebut.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of numeracy literacy skills of Indonesian students who get below average scores. The purpose of this study is to find out about the numeracy literacy skills of grade III students in the material of arithmetic operations of whole numbers. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This study was conducted on 10 grade III students of Al-Ikhlash Elementary School, Surabaya. The data collection technique was a test instrument in the form of literacy-based story questions given to 10 research subjects to determine students' numeracy literacy skills, interviews were conducted with students and with grade III elementary school homeroom teachers as supporting data on students' numeracy literacy skills. Based on the results of the study conducted on 10 students, the following results were obtained: 5 out of 10 students have a low level of numeracy literacy skills with a score below 65. 4 out of 10 students have a moderate level of numeracy literacy skills with a score below 85, and 1 out of 10 students has a high level of numeracy literacy skills because they get a score above 85

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of sedentary lifestyle to complaints of low back pain in students of the Faculty of Medicine UMI class of 2021 based on age, gender, height, weight, and sleep quality. This study is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. The results showed that the most complaints of low back pain were experienced by 21-year-old subjects, who were generally in the transition phase from education to the world of work. Based on gender, women experience these complaints more often than men, which are caused by biological factors such as lower muscle mass and hormonal fluctuations. Height 150-159 cm has the highest prevalence of low back pain, possibly due to less than optimal posture. College students weighing 40-49 kg also experience this complaint more often, which can be attributed to lower muscle mass. In terms of sleep quality, there was a significant relationship between sleep quality and the severity of low back pain, where respondents with low sleep quality tended to experience higher pain. Overall, this study shows a significant relationship between sedentary lifestyle and low back pain complaints in UMI Faculty of Medicine students. Further research is suggested to explore other factors such as stress, physical activity, and psychological factors that may affect sleep quality and low back pain severity
