Abstract

Masalah yang sering muncul menjelang pemilihan umum adalah banyaknya partai politik yang lebih mengutamakan pencitraan keimanan dan ketakwaan beragama sebagai modal untuk meraih kemenangan. Lamar melamar terhadap orang yang memiliki jabatan yang tinggi dibidang keagamaan akan sangat laris dan akan selalu menjadi orang yang paling dicari ketika menjelang pemilihan umum. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana agama mempengaruhi perilaku memilih pada generasi muda?.Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pendekatan tersebut digunakan untuk menggali nilai keyakinan beragama yang dimiliki generasi muda. Penelitian ini akan melibatkan para pemuda yang berada dikota Bandung. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengukur variable adalah Skala Guttuman dengan menggunakan dua jawaban yang tegas dan konsisten yaitu ya dan tidak, nilai ya (1) dan nilai tidak (0).Adapun hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan korelasi kendall’s tau dapat diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi 0,021 yang berarti bahwa bahwa tidak ada hubungan secara signifikan antara Agama seseorang dengan perilaku memilih. Kata Kunci: Perilaku memilih, Generasi Muda, Agama The problem that often arises before the general election is that there are many political parties that prioritize the image of faith and religious piety as capital to achieve victory. Applying for people who have high positions in the field of religion will be very in demand and will always be the most sought after people when approaching the general election. This research was conducted to find out how religion affects voting behavior in the younger generation. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. This approach is used to explore the values ​​of religious beliefs owned by the younger generation. This research will involve youths in the city of Bandung. The instrument used to measure the variable is the Guttuman Scale using two firm and consistent answers, namely yes and no, yes (1) and no (0). As for the results of the study using the Kendall's tau correlation, it can be seen that the significance value is 0.021, which means that there is no significant relationship between a person's religion and voting behavior. Abstract

The development of the digital era has highlighted the importance of integrating routine and high-quality data as part of the digital transformation process. One crucial data component that needs to be maintained is the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Puskesmas Baloi Permai is currently piloting the implementation of EMR and requires technical assistance in digitizing paper-based medical records into electronic form. Digitization is necessary to ensure the continuity of patients' medical history information. This effort aims to support the successful implementation of EMR at Puskesmas Baloi Permai. Solutions are implemented to address the partner's challenges through training and the transfer of knowledge and technology. Training activities involve counseling and demonstrations. The knowledge and technology transfer in Puskesmas Baloi Permai entails introducing new methods and technologies for digitizing medical records and replacing outdated practices. The activities are divided into two stages: initially, a presentation is given on the procedures for digitizing electronic medical records, followed by discussions on the digitization process. To ensure the success of medical record digitization, demonstrations are conducted, including sorting the medical record forms to be scanned, simulating the scanning process, saving files for easy identification, and importing image files into the EMR system through appropriate media.

Abstract

Community service at Raja Ahmad Tabib Regional General Hospital from August 14 to August 26, 2023 aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of inputting outpatient data. This activity focused on socialization to health workers to better understand the constraints in the Raja Ahmad Tabib Regional General Hospital Management System Application. The results of observations and interviews showed several factors causing the problem. First, the number of coder personnel has not met the standard, causing data entry to be not optimal. Second, SOPs related to inputting outpatient data need to be more specific so that the process is more uniform. The literature study also shows the need for integration of information management systems to facilitate staff, but there is a gap between INA-CBGs and SIMRS at Raja Ahmad Tabib Hospital. Another problem is related to the incomplete medical record files of BPJS patients, where accident information is less specific. Emergency department assessments and history taking also did not always reflect the details of the accident. Financial constraints are the main obstacle, limiting the addition of personnel and updating the information management system which still uses a desktop. With limited budgets, resolving issues related to staffing, methods, and system integration is difficult. Special attention is needed to ensure that outpatient information management becomes more efficient and accurate.

Abstract

Islam sangat penting dalam mengarahkan atau membimbing remaja. Berbagai penyimpangan yang dilakukan oleh remaja beberapa faktorseperti kurang asuhan Pendidikan yang baik, kurangnya teladan dari keluarga, kurangnya perhatian dari orang tua, sehingga pararemaja berprilaku tidak lagi seperti apa yang diajarkan oleh islam. Karena masa remaja ini seseorang akan mengalami kegoncangan dan ketidak stabilan dalam emosional, kebimbang dalam mencari pegangan hidup dan keyakinan remaja pada Tuhan dan agama akan semakin goncang juga apabila terdapat perbedaan antara nilai yang dipelajarinya dengan kelakuan orang dalam masyarakat. Masa remaja merupakan masa persiapan untuk menjadi dewasa yang matang dan sehat. Maka dari itu tanggung jawab Pendidikan terletak pada orang tua, guru, dan masyarakat untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan remaja menurut padangan Islam dan mencapai Pendidikan islam..  Tujuan penelitian ini merupakan salah satu uapaya mencari jawaban masalah diatas, diharapkan dengan Pendidikan remaja menurut pandangan islam, untuk membimbing remaja agar remaja tetap sehat mental, berakhlak mulia, taqwa kepada Allah SWT dan nilai-nilai yang bersumber dari al-quran dan sunnah. Dari hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat penulis menyimpulkan bahwa Pendidikan dalam islam begitu begitu penting sehingga merupakan suatu kewajiban, karena Pendidikan dapat mengubah manusia dari tidak tahu menjadi tahu. Terkhususkan Pendidikan bagi remaja. Islam sangat memperhatikan tingkah laku umatnya, oleh karena itu islam memiliki rambu-rambu bagi umatnya yang harus diikuti jika menginginkan kehidupan yang layak didunia dan akhirat. Syariat islam tidak akan dihayati dan diamalkan orang kalua hanya diajarkan saja. Tetapi harus dididik melalui proses Pendidikan. Pendidikan remaja dengan Pendidikan yang islami, dalam arti islam mengandung makna bahwa setiap jenis Pendidikan yang diberikan pada remaja harus dengan nilai agama, karena nilai agama merupakan ajaran yang absolut ada syariat islam, berlaku sepanjang zaman sehingga nilai-nilai yang lainnya mengikuti nilai-nilai islam. Tanggung jawab pada Pendidikan remaja terletak dan dipengaruhi oleh orang tua, guru dan masyarakat. Dengan demikian bahwa tanggung jawab Pendidikan dalam islam bersifat persorangan dan sosial sekaligus. Dan peranan agama sebagai fungsi Pendidikan islam bagi remaja sangatlah penting. Karena remaja memiliki dasar-dasar agama akan lebih mudah dikembalikan pada jiwanya yang beragama apabila ia melenceng perbuatannya, jika tidak dibekali dengan Pendidikan agama akan goncang sampai ia dewasa.

Abstract

Penelitian berjudul Analisis Wacana Kritis dalam Film Budi Pekerti ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan penjelasan mengenai cara kerja analisis wacana kritis dalam mengkaji suatu objek yang dalam penelitian ini berupa film. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis wacana kritis dengan perspektif model dari Teun A. Van Dijk. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis wacana kritis model Van Dijk terbagi menjadi tiga struktur yaitu struktur makro, superstruktur, dan struktur mikro. Dalam film Budi Pekerti, struktur makro yang dapat diambil terkait problematika media sosial secara garis besar. Kemudian superstruktur atau skematik dari film ini berupa alur yang mengemas konflik film tersusun dengan rapi. Sedangkan struktur mikro pada film ini yaitu meliput dua sisi media sosial bekerja, yaitu dari sisi pemain atau pelaku dalam suatu konten dengan sisi penikmat atau penonton konten. Setelah dilakukan proses analisis wacana kritis, dapat digunakan pula sebagai langkah untuk menemukan pesan yang terkandung dalam film Budi Pekerti.

Abstract

The Indonesian sports industry is required by law to contribute to the country's gross domestic product (GDP) by becoming an upstream-to-downstream industry, which refers to the total value added to sports products annually and is a component of GDP. The objectives of this study were to find the factors that become barriers to entry (and also exit) from the sports industry. The study used a qualitative method. Using the purposive method, the data were collected from 10 people including the village head, entrepreneurs, and Cisaat Village Community through FGD’s (Forum Group Disscussion) and semi-structured interviews were gathered. To analyze the data using thematic analysis. Cisaat Village was chosen as an analysis material to find barriers to entry factors, especially for sport tourism. The findings of this study are that the capital factor, the lack of knowledge and experience, human resources, are the most barrier to entry in sport tourism industry. As implications of future research, researchers can use these factors to identify how they affect sports entrepreneurs in their countries. By addressing these barriers, the sports industry can thrive and make a substantial contribution to national economic development.

Abstract

Health is important for every human being, where having a healthy body allows everyone to live more productively compared to people who are sick. This activity was carried out by means of counseling and demonstration using teaching aids to elementary school students in Pulau Panjang, Galang District, as well as health checks for the community. In the counseling session, participants were given an understanding of how important it is to maintain dental health and how to maintain dental hygiene by brushing their teeth properly. After the counseling activity was completed, it was continued with a health check-up activity with the community in Pulang Panjang, Galang District. The health check-up included blood pressure checks and blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid checks. Blood pressure checks were carried out on adults and the elderly considering that the risk of high blood pressure increases with age. After the blood pressure measurement, it was continued with blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid checks. From the results of the health check-up, it is hoped that the community can find out what diseases they are experiencing. Overall, this counseling and health check-up activity went well.

Abstract

Gonad maturity in fish is essential in fish farming because it is related to seed production. Sesame oil is one of the ingredients as a feed supplement to stimulate fish gonad maturation. The research aimed to obtain the best dose of sesame seed extract (Sesamum indicum L.) in feed to increase the gonad maturity of comet fish (Carassius auratus). This research had four treatment levels and three repetitions. The treatment levels in this study were: P0 Without giving sesame seed extract (Control), P1 Giving sesame seed extract 5 mL/kg feed, P2 giving sesame seed extract 10 mL/kg feed, P3 Giving sesame seed extract 15 mL/kg. The results of the six-week study showed that at the beginning of maintenance, they were in TKG I, in the 3rd week, they entered TKG III, and in the 6th week, P1, P2, and P3 entered TKG IV while P0 were still in TKG III. The highest gonad maturity index at each observation time occurred in treatment P2 with feed containing 10 mL/kg of sesame seed extract. In the 1st week, the highest gonad maturity index occurred at P2 at 7.80. In the 3rd week, the highest gonad maturity index occurred in P2 at 9.26%. In the 6th week, the highest gonad maturity index occurred in P2 at 11.17%. Fecundity at week 6 showed the highest result of P2 4,290. The level of gonad maturity with treatment given sesame extract was faster, with a maintenance time of 6 weeks. The results of this study illustrate that sesame extract can be used as a supplement to increase comet fish gonad maturity.

Abstract

The Panacea Clinic is a level I health facility for referral patients, the Panacea clinic has a place to store medical records. However, the storage area does not yet have security in accordance with existing regulations. This community service activity aims to socialize concepts and regulations related to storing, filing and securing medical record documents (DRM). This activity is carried out exclusively with socialization-based methods. Fifteen people participated in this activity, including employees from related departments at Panacea Clinic and students of Awal Bros University. As a result, the program becomes more interactive, as participants can ask questions and engage in discussions regarding DRM storage and security systems. In accordance with what was outlined in the PPT format for the dissemination and delivery of information regarding DRM storage, filing, and security systems, the achievement of the objective material discussed by the speakers indicated that all information had been submitted. This can be seen from the participants' understanding of the topic as indicated by the results of the pre-test and post-tests. The conclusion of this program is that the participants' understanding of the material provided has been achieved, as evidenced by the average posttest result score which increased from 80 to 99. In the future mentoring activities will be carried out related to the implementation of DRM storage, alignment, and security activities so that this community service activity will continue.

Abstract

The Batam City Health Office facilitates health centers in its working area by using the health center information system to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of patient services. Assistance in the implementation of information systems related to electronic medical records is needed in puskesmas so that the use of information systems can be optimized. This activity aims to improve officer performance in processing electronic medical record data on information systems. This service activity was carried out at the Botania Health Center, Batam City. The methods used in this activity include counseling on optimizing the puskesmas information system, especially electronic medical records, as well as question and answer sessions. Overall, this community service activity went well. Participants also showed good enthusiasm, which was seen from the beginning of the activity to the end of the community service activity. The organizing team provided material related to optimizing the use of the puskesmas information system as well as system maintenance that can be carried out by puskesmas officers themselves without having to rely on the technical team from the Health Office. Socialization and training activities on the use of information systems have been successfully carried out at Puskesmas Botania. Technical solutions related to the use of the ePuskesmas application have been provided, including suggestions for the future development of the puskesmas management information system.
