Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support and positive relationship at work to turnover intention of head office PT XYZ. As a financing company with good credibility PT XYZ should keep trying to improve the employee's performance by managed turnover intention that occurred in the number 12-15% annually and entered into high category because it has exceeded the turnover rate tolerance limit of 10%. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with non-probability sampling methods with judgmental sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data is processed through structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis, with the help of Lisrel 8.8 version (n:120). Results of this study showed that there are negative and significant influences from perceived organizational support to turnover intention with t-value of (-3.19), negative and significant influence of the positive relationship at work to the turnover intention with t-value of (-4.16), and the positive and significant influence of the positive relationship at work that partially, which is a partial process of perceived organizational support to the turnover of intention with t-value of ( 2.88). In this research, researchers advise that PT XYZ should ask employees for feedback on what they expect to be repaired when performing the job, so that the work does not become tedious and can reduce turnover rate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Gross Domestic Income, Exchange Rate, and Foreign Investment on foreign debt in Indonesia for the period 1990-2022. This study uses quantitative data. This study uses multiple linear regression statistical tests with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach. From the results of the determination test, it can be seen that the R-squared value of 0.914054 indicates that the X1, X2 and X3 variables (GDP, KURS and FDI) simultaneously influence the Foreign Debt (Y) variable by 91.40%, and the remaining 8.60% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study emphasizes the functions of the Indonesian Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan, LPS) in savings and loan cooperatives (KSP), such as managing funds and managing risks. KSPs play an important role in the micro economy, especially in providing financial access to people who are not served by banks and other formal financial institutions. This research employs a qualitative methodology and uses a literature review approach. A qualitative approach was chosen as it allows for a more in-depth understanding of the complex issues of risk management, fund management, and deposit insurance functions in savings and loan cooperatives in Indonesia. To ensure the viability and health of this sector that aims to make a significant contribution to financial inclusion and inclusive economic growth, the government, financial institutions, and cooperatives must work together. To advance the savings and loan cooperative sector in Indonesia, strategic measures should be taken, such as improving risk management and supporting IDICs. Ultimately, this will support the stability of the national financial system and the economic well-being of people in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kelapa sawit menjadi bagian penting dari kehidupan masyarakat Riau. Banyak warga menggantungkan penghasilan dari sektor ini, terutama sebagai petani atau pekerja di perkebunan. Namun, sebagian besar dari mereka belum terlibat dalam proses pengolahan hasil sawit yang justru memiliki nilai tambah lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat sejauh mana koperasi mampu mendorong masyarakat agar ikut berperan dalam hilirisasi sawit, tidak hanya sebagai penghasil bahan mentah. Metode yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif, dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber dan studi lapangan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa koperasi yang aktif dan dikelola dengan baik bisa menjadi sarana untuk meningkatkan keterampilan, membuka akses pasar, dan memperluas jaringan usaha anggotanya. Peran koperasi semakin terasa saat ada dukungan pelatihan, pendampingan usaha, dan akses terhadap teknologi sederhana. Jika dijalankan secara konsisten, koperasi bisa membantu masyarakat berkembang, bukan hanya dari sisi ekonomi, tapi juga dalam hal pengetahuan dan kemandirian.
