Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi produk smart city Kota Serang sebagai bentuk pelayanan publik di Kota Serang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Serang dan kecamatan- kecamatan di Kota Serang. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam implementasi produk smart city di kota serang yaitu dinas kominfo melakukan pengadaan infrastruktur smart city seperti pemasangan jaringan internet pada tiap Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) sampai tingkat kelurahan, membuat website tunggal bagi tiap OPD untuk memudahkan OPD menginput informasi dan memudahkan masyarakat untuk mengakses informasi, sehingga terciptanya transparansi pelayanan kepada masyarakat, sampai dengan menciptakan produk penunjang smart city seperti aplikasi Sikondang, aplikasi Rabeg, layanan Serang Siaga 112, juga aplikasi Gelati. Respon yang diberikan oleh masyarakat terhadap produk smart city yang mana harapan masyarakat akan pelayanan publik di kota serang yaitu mendapatkan pelayanan yang memudahkan bagi masyarakat. Perlahan masyarakat sudah mulai turut berpatisipasi dengan memberikan laporan kejadian darurat pada layanan 112. Sebagian masyarakat mulai mengapresiapsi produk yang pemerintah keluarkan. Berbagai inovasi berbentuk aplikasi yang pemerintah keluarkan, dan pemerintah terus memantau setiap inovasi- inovasi yang tengah terjadi di kota lain agar kota serang tidak menjadi kota yang tertinggal.Kata Kunci: Smart City, Pelayanan Publik

Abstract

Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah atas dasar permasalahan yang terjadi di SMA Negeri 8 Kota Serang yang berkaitan dengan perlu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang sikap demokrasi dan kesadaran untuk berpartisipasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, baik berupa penyampaian gagasan, ide bahkan suatu penolakan, salah satunya dalam kegiatan OSIS. Identifikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Perlunya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang demokrasi yang termuat kedalam pelajaran PPKn, (2) Kurangnya kesadaran siswa untuk terlibat langsung maupun secara tidak langsung dalam praktik berdemokrasi di sekolah dan (3) Kurangnya partisipasi siswa dalam mengimplementasikan sikap demokrasi di sekolah salah satunya dalam pemilihan ketua OSIS. Rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana hubungan PPKn sebagai pendidikan demokrasi terhadap partisipasi siswa di sekolah?. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian  ini adalah metode korelasional dan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 314 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah teknik korelasi product moment untuk mengetahui tingkat hubungan PPKn Sebagai Pendidikan Demokrasi (X) sebagai variabel prediktor terhadap Partisipasi Siswa di Sekolah sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hubungan PPKn sebagai pendidikan demokrasi terhadap partisipasi siswa di sekolah memiliki korelasi dengan tingkat hubungan sedang, hal tersebut berdasarkan pengujian korelasi product moment menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dan microsoft excel diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,00 hal tersebut lebih kecil dari nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,05 dan diperoleh nilai person korelasi sebesar 0,536. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pengaruh positif antara PPKn sebagai pendidikan demokrasi terhadap partisipasi siswa di sekolah, Hal ini berdasarkan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar = 0,536 dan koefisien determinan (R Square) sebesar = 0,287. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian ini menujukan pengaruh yang signifikan antara PPKn sebagai pendidikan demokrasi terhadap partisipasi siswa di sekolah. Hal ini berdasarkan nilai thitung = 4,994 > ttabel = 1,999 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out how to strengthen students' disciplined character in the school environment. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Pamarayan. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely carrying out a learning process based on the Pancasila student profile to strengthen students' disciplinary character and the teacher strategies used to make it happen. The research sources are students and teachers, data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. Through the results of observations, researchers found that the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students at SMA Negeri 1 Pamarayan produced results and had a very positive impact. Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in schools, students' disciplinary character has developed. In the formation of disciplined character in students, several influencing factors were found, namely students, teachers, family and the social environment also played a role. Therefore, the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students needs to be implemented and instilled in students at school.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the role of the Serang City Partai Keadilan Sejahtera in growing constituent awareness in its party cadres, knowing the understanding of the Serang City Partai Keadilan Sejahtera cadres regarding constitutional awareness and knowing the role of the Serang City Partai Keadilan Sejahtera to prevent its cadres from committing corrupt acts. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results found are that the Serang City PKS has indeed made efforts to instill constituent awareness in its cadres through the party's regeneration system, both through education, training, and coaching. Then the cadres of the Serang City PKS already have a fairly good understanding of constituent awareness. This is based on that the cadres of the Serang City PKS already have an understanding of the importance of having constituent awareness, to be good citizens and also to become party cadres who understand the nature and purpose of partying is to contribute to building the country. Then the Serang City PKS has a way to overcome corruption cases, both ways to prevent and overcome. The way for the Serang City PKS to prevent its cadres from corruption through the cadreization system is carried out strictly and sustainably. Be it in coaching, education, or training activities and how to overcome it through actions taken by the Regional Ethics Council.

Abstract

This research aims to ensure accuracy, ease of use, and effectiveness in the learning module development process which aims to increase understanding of the content of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945). In this research, research and development (R&D) methods are used using the ADDIE development model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the research results, it is known that the results of expert validation of teaching materials obtained a score of 96% and validation of material experts obtained a score of 91%. In the practicality results obtained from the response questionnaire to teachers and students after using the teaching modules used, the practicality results for teachers were 94% and students were 98%. In the results of its effectiveness by giving evaluation questions to class X students, an average of 83.7 was obtained, while the KKM for class The results of this research show that the learning module that has been created meets the third evaluation standard, namely validity, ease of use, and effectiveness.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pemberdayaan UMKM di kota serang yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang. Untuk mengetahui tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang dalam Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Serang. Untuk mengetahui inovasi yang dilakukan Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian Dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang dalam melakukan Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun sumber informan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya kepala Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang, Kepala Bidang UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang, dan pelaku UMKM (mikro) di Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang Dalam Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Serang sudah cukup baik dalam pemberdayaan terhadap Usaha Kecil Menengah. Terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang dalam Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Serang adalah pertama, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia diantaranya adalah konsultan dan tenaga penyuluh. Kedua, terbatasnya anggaran yang dimilki. Ketiga, kesulitan permodalan UMKM. Keempat, Permasalahan teknis UMKM. Permasalahan teknis yang dihadapi oleh UMKM adalah seputar proses produksi, teknik pemasaran, promosi produk. Inovasi yang dilakukan Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian Dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang dalam melakukan Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Serang adalah pertama, adanya struktur yang terintegrasi. Kedua, adanya Koperasi yang menaungi UMKM. Ketiga, pemanfaatan teknologi ebusiness. Keempat, dukungan pihak-pihak terkait. Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Serang memilki pegawai yang sebagian kurang berkompeten dalam bidang UMKM sehingga perlu mengembangkan jaringan kerjasama dengan Dinas terkait seperti Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdangan. Kata Kunci: Peran, UMKM, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. Abstract This study aims to determine the empowerment of UMKM in the city of Serang carried out by the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives of UMKM, Serang City Government. To find out the challenges faced by the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives of UMKM in Serang City Government in Empowering UMKM in Serang City. To find out the innovations made by the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives of UMKM, Serang City Government, in empowering UMKM in Serang City. The method used is a qualitative approach method. The sources of informants in this study include the head of the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives of UMKM in Serang City Government, Head of the UMKM Division of Serang City Government, and UMKM (micro) actors in Serang City. The results showed that the role of the Department of Trade, Industry and UMKM Cooperatives of Serang City Government in Empowering UMKM in Serang City was quite good in empowering Small and Medium Enterprises. There are several challenges faced by the Office of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives of UMKM in Serang City Government in empowering UMKM in Serang City. First, the limitations of human resources include consultants and extension workers. Second, the limited budget they have. Third, the difficulty of UMKM capital. Fourth, UMKM technical problems. The technical problems faced by UMKM are around the production process, marketing techniques, product promotion. The innovations carried out by the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives of UMKM in Serang City Government in empowering UMKM in Serang City are the first, the existence of an integrated structure. Second, there is a cooperative that houses UMKM. Third, the use of e-business technology. Fourth, the support of related parties. The Office of Cooperatives and UMKM in Serang City has employees who are partially incompetent in the field of UMKM, so it is necessary to develop a network of cooperation with related agencies such as the Department of Industry and Trade. Abstract

This article discusses the urgency of strengthening Pancasila-based political ethics in addressing the challenges of the digital era. Pancasila, as the foundation of the state and a source of public ethics, faces various distortions in digital political practices, such as social media polarization, the spread of hoaxes, and the manipulation of public opinion. In this context, the values of Pancasila—particularly unity, social justice, and deliberation—serve as the moral foundation that must be reinforced through digital literacy and inclusive public policies. The discussion in this paper includes the concept of political ethics, the relevance of Pancasila values in digital spaces, strategies for strengthening these values through digital literacy curricula and public campaigns, and examples of implementation in digital policies and the behavior of online political actors. Using a normative and applicative approach, this paper emphasizes the importance of collaboration between the government, society, and media in creating an ethical and democratic digital ecosystem. Strengthening Pancasila-based political ethics is expected to foster a moral, critical, and inclusive Indonesian digital society.

Abstract

As social beings, humans need morals to organize their lives for the better. Morals can be shaped through parental upbringing and education at school. The formation of morals in each individual is not merely a rational act, but aims to develop human behavior that is conscious of ethics, empathy, and wisdom. One way to shape morals is through moral education aimed at the general public and academics. To develop such morality, Pancasila is used as a foundation. The implementation of moral education based on Pancasila, as emphasized in this study, is achieved through various means such as curriculum, extracurricular activities, learning models, teacher role modeling, and parental role modeling. The values of Pancasila serve as a strong foundation in shaping the morality of the younger generation in today's digital era. Referring to the literature, this article is expected to serve as a reference for universities, schools, and organizations discussing moral education in line with the practice of Pancasila values. For universities, moral education based on Pancasila serves as a platform for developing noble character. For schools, moral education based on Pancasila helps students develop the ability to process emotions and thoughts to distinguish between what is good and what is bad. For organizations, moral education based on Pancasila strengthens understanding of integrity, ethics, and good governance within an organizational context.
