Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran panti sosial rehabilitasi tuna sosial Provinsi Banten dalam pembinaan gelandangan dan pengemis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Panti Sosial Rehabilitasi Tuna Sosial (PSRTS) Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis menggunakan model interaktif dengan tahapan data collection, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Pemeriksaan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan uji triangulasi data dari berbagai sumber dan berbagai teknik kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran PSRTS Provinsi Banten dalam pembinaan gelandangan dan pengemis yaitu berperan dalam merealisasikan Peraturan Menteri Sosial Republik Indonesia nomor 16 tahun 2019 tentang Standar Nasional Rehabilitasi Sosial dimana dalam peraturan tersebut ada permakanan, sandang, asrama/cottage yang mudah diakses, perbekalan kesehatan, bimbingan fisik, mental spiritual, dan sosial, bimbingan keterampilan dasar, fasilitas pembuatan nomor induk kependudukan, akta kelahiran, surat nikah, dan/atau kartu identitas anak, akses ke layanan kesehatan dasar, dan pemulangan ke daerah asal. Kegiatan yang dilakukan PSRTS Provinsi Banten dalam Pembinaan Gelandangan dan Pengemis yaitu kegiatan keterampilan berupa pelatihan montir motor, kegiatan bimbingan mental spiritual, kegiatan bimbingan fisik, dan kegiatan bimbingan sosial. Faktor penghambat PSRTS Provinsi Banten dalam Pembinaan Gelandangan dan Pengemis yaitu keterlambatan pemerintah kabupaten/kota mengirim siswa ke PSRTS Provinsi Banten dikarenakan covid-19. Faktor pendukung PSRTS Provinsi Banten dalam Pembinaan Gelandangan dan Pengemis berupa adanya kerjasama dengan dengan Dinas Kesehatan, Dinas Sosial, Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah (BPSDMD) dan Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI).Kata Kunci: PSRTS Provinsi Banten, Pembinaan, Gelandangan dan Pengemis. AbstractThis study aims to describe the role of the social institution for social rehabilitation of Banten Province in the development of homeless and beggars. This research was conducted at the Social Institutions for Social Rehabilitation (PSRTS) Banten Province. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This study used three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. While the analysis technique used an interactive model with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. Data checking in this study was carried out by triangulating data from various sources and various techniques and then drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the role of the social institution for social rehabilitation of Banten Province in the development of homeless and beggars is to play a role in realizing the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia number 16 of 2019 concerning the National Standard for Social Rehabilitation where in these regulations there are easily accessible food, clothing, dormitories/cottages, supplies. health, physical, mental, spiritual and social guidance, guidance on basic skills, facilities for making identification numbers, birth certificates, marriage certificates and/or children's identity cards, access to basic health services, and return to their place of origin. Activities carried out by PSRTS Banten Province in guidance for homeless and beggars are skills activities in the form of motorbike mechanic training, mental-spiritual guidance activities, physical guidance activities, and social guidance activities. The inhibiting factor for the Banten Province PSRTS in fostering homeless and beggars is the delay of the district / city social service in sending students to the PSRTS Banten Province due to covid-19. Supporting factors for PSRTS Banten Province in the Development of Homeless and Beggars in the form of cooperation with the Health Office, Social Service, Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD) and the Indonesian National Army (TNI).Keywords: PSRTS Banten Province, Development, Homeless and Beggars.

Abstract

Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa merupakan lembaga pendidikan Tinggi di Provinsi Banten yang pastinya memiliki tujuan seperti yang diamatkan oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 12 tahun 2012 tersebut salah satunya yakni membentuk watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat. Terbukti dalam motto Untirta yakni maju, bermutu dan berkarakter dalam nilai karakter mengandung arti tercapainya tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan serta lulusan Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa yang mengusai Iptek dengan menjunjung tinggi Kejujuran, Amanah, Beribawa, Adil, Religius, dan Akuntabel (JAWARA). Pada Jurusan Pendidikan Pancaila dan Kewarganegaraan ada Mata Kuliah pendidikan karakter yaitu mata kuliah yang bertujuan dalam pembentukan capacity building pada mahasiswa melalui pendidikan. Mata kuliah penddikan karakter di selenggarakan di Jurusan PPKn Untirta dengan tujuan sebagai jurusan yang menjadi leader pembentukan norma mata kuliah ini sangat diperlukan, dngan adanya mata kuliah ini diharapkan pemahaman konsep tentang karakter bisa lebih di dalami mahasiswa sekaligus sebagai pemantapan tingkah laku mahasisiwa agar lebih baik. Tujuan penulisan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1). Untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran mata kuliah pendidikan karakter dalam membentuk karakter JAWARA mahasisiwa jurusan PPKn Untirta. (2) Untuk mengetahui kegiatan apa saja yang dilaksanakan dalam mata kuliah pendidikan karakter untuk membentuk karakter JAWARA mahasiswa Jurusan PPKn Untirta. (3) Untuk mengetahui Model Pendidikan Karakter Berbasis JAWARA. Hasil penelitian adalah Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter JAWARA di dalam matakuliah pendidikan karakter yang pertama yaitu pengintregasian nilai-nilai karakter kedalam metode pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh dosen pengampu mata kuliah dengan cara pembiasaan. Yang dimaksud dengan pendidikan karakter secara terintegrasi di dalam proses pembelajaran adalah pengenalan nilai-nilai JAWARA itu sendiri dan fasilitasi diperolehnya kesadaran akan pentingnya nilai-nilai JAWARA, dan penginternalisasian nilai-nilai ke dalam tingkah laku peserta didik sehari-hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang 1) pembentukan nilai – nilai demokrasi dalam kegiatan osis. 2) kegiatan yang mendukung pembentukan nilai – nilai demokrasi, dan  3) Faktor pendukung serta penghambat  dalam membentukan nilai – nilai demokrasi di SMPN 1 Pandeglang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai-nilai demokrasi dapat di bentuk melalui kegiatan OSIS (Organisasi Intra Sekolah) adapun nilai – nilai demokrasi yang berusaha di bentuk melalui kegiatan OSIS di SMPN 1 Pandeglang meliputi toleransi kebebasan berpendapat, menghormati perbedaan pendapat, memahami keanekaragaman, percaya diri, tidak ketergantungan terhadap oranglain, kegiatan yang dapat membentuk nilai-nilai demokrasi diantaranya yaitu melalui kegiatan rapat pengurus melalui kegiatan rapat peserta didik atau pengurus OSIS mampu membentuk kebebasan menyatakan pendapat,menghormati perbedaan pendapat, pemilihan ketua OSIS dapat membentuk kebebasan menyatakan pilihan atau pendapat, kepercayaan diri, memghormati orang lain, dan musyawarh besar dapat membentuk kebebasan menyatakan pendapat, menghormati perbedaan pendapat, faktor pendukung dalam pembentukan nilai – nilai demokrasi di SMPN 1 Pandeglang ialah pihak sekolah dan guru. Sedangkan faktor penghambat nya ialah faktor internal dan faktor eksternal, dalam faktor internal berkaitan dengan dana yang kurang menunjang untuk kegiatan – kegiatan, dan faktor eksternalnya ialah kurangnya dukungan dari orangtua kepada peserta didik dalam kegiatan OSIS

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and describe the effectiveness of implementing reading corners in increasing student literacy at SMP Negeri 7 Serang City. The implementation of this reading corner is one way to increase the literacy movement, in this case the literacy movement aims to motivate and familiarize students with reading and writing. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with the research object of the reading corner at SMP Negeri 7 Serang City and the research subject. are teachers and also students at SMP Negeri 7 Serang City, and the data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained qualitatively shows that the reading corner at SMP Negeri 7 Serang City is able to increase literacy. The results of this research show that the reading corner has benefits: the school literacy report card has increased by 2% from 78% to 80%. , students become more confident, there is pleasure in students, students become familiar with various books, students are enthusiastic about the reading corner program, enthusiastic, find it easier to get the books they want to read, and are motivated.

Abstract

Social media plays an active role in providing positive and negative impacts on young people. According to Jannah (2020), as many as 48% or 130 million of the human population on earth use social media. Young people use social media to communicate and exchange information. By using qualitative research methods, it is hoped that the goals of students know that PIK-R exists as a forum for counseling. Salmiati, Hasbahudin in 2018 said that mentoring and counseling are strategies for solving student problems at school. Coupled with peer counselors who can help optimize counselor performance. However, in this study, the researchers found that there were students who did not know the role, function, or even extracurricular activities of PIK-R.

Abstract

The teacher's accuracy in arranging learning activities really determines the quality of the learning process and outcomes. The current reality shows that the majority of teachers still use learning models that apply the old teacher-centered learning paradigm. This makes students less motivated in the learning process. Teachers are required to have high ability and creativity in planning citizenship learning activities. The aim of this research is to increase the learning interest of class VII students at SMPN 7 Serang in the subject of PPKn (Pancasila and Citizenship Education). The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through observation, interviews, documentation and literacy. The results of the research show an increase in interest in learning by using the cooperative learning model, namely the Team Games Tournament. The use of the cooperative learning model is applied as a varied model, especially in PPKn subjects and it can be concluded that students' learning interest in participating in PPKn learning is getting better and there is an increase.

Abstract

Sexual violence against women that occurred in Banten Province has become a public concern lately so that prevention efforts must be increasingly considered to the community, especially to women, therefore this study aims to determine the role of the Banten Province Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population and Family Planning (DP3AKKB) in handling cases of sexual violence against women. This research was conducted in the Banten Provincial Government Center Area (KP3B) Jl. Syech Nawawi Al-Bantani Palima Curug, Sukajaya, Serang, Banten and UPTD PPA Banten Province on Jl. Ki Ajurum No.4, Cipocok Jaya, Kec. Cipocok Jaya, Serang City, Banten using a qualitative approach method. Data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. The results found that DP3AKKB plays a very important role as a facilitator in overcoming cases of sexual violence against women in Banten Province. UPTD PPA plays a role in overcoming cases of sexual violence against women from the process of reporting cases, health referrals, legal aid assistance, psychological recovery of victims, escorting to the police, until the case is resolved. DP3AKKB is also a place for education and dissemination of women's rights. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the role of the agency is very important to reduce cases of sexual violence against women with the handling that has been determined by DP3AKKB and UPTD PPA as a community service in handling cases of sexual violence against women. The number of people who report is the success rate of the agency in handling sexual violence against women, because the more victims who report, the greater the level of public awareness in fighting for women's rights for a more comfortable and safe life.

Abstract

The role of the community in empowering tourist villages means having similar thought patterns and patterns of action from rural communities regarding the potential that exists in their villages. Saung Biru is one of the tourist attractions located in Kaduengang, Cadasari District, Pandeglang, Saung Biru is one of the agro-tourism that prioritizes the concept of local community empowerment. This study aims to explore the role of the Kaduengang community in empowering Saung Biru Agrotourism, both in terms of management and its impact on their economic and social welfare. The role of the community in community empowerment activities in Kaduengang Village. Community empowerment activities are considered as a business learning process through the process of evaluating everything that has been achieved in the implementation of the business, as well as studying the various obstacles faced.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pemberdayaan UMKM di kota serang yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang. Untuk mengetahui tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang dalam Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Serang. Untuk mengetahui inovasi yang dilakukan Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian Dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang dalam melakukan Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun sumber informan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya kepala Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang, Kepala Bidang UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang, dan pelaku UMKM (mikro) di Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang Dalam Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Serang sudah cukup baik dalam pemberdayaan terhadap Usaha Kecil Menengah. Terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang dalam Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Serang adalah pertama, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia diantaranya adalah konsultan dan tenaga penyuluh. Kedua, terbatasnya anggaran yang dimilki. Ketiga, kesulitan permodalan UMKM. Keempat, Permasalahan teknis UMKM. Permasalahan teknis yang dihadapi oleh UMKM adalah seputar proses produksi, teknik pemasaran, promosi produk. Inovasi yang dilakukan Dinas Perdagangan Perindustrian Dan Koperasi UMKM Pemerintah Kota Serang dalam melakukan Pemberdayaan UMKM di Kota Serang adalah pertama, adanya struktur yang terintegrasi. Kedua, adanya Koperasi yang menaungi UMKM. Ketiga, pemanfaatan teknologi ebusiness. Keempat, dukungan pihak-pihak terkait. Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Serang memilki pegawai yang sebagian kurang berkompeten dalam bidang UMKM sehingga perlu mengembangkan jaringan kerjasama dengan Dinas terkait seperti Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdangan. Kata Kunci: Peran, UMKM, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. The sources of informants in this study include the head of the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives of UMKM in Serang City Government, Head of the UMKM Division of Serang City Government, and UMKM (micro) actors in Serang City. The results showed that the role of the Department of Trade, Industry and UMKM Cooperatives of Serang City Government in Empowering UMKM in Serang City was quite good in empowering Small and Medium Enterprises. There are several challenges faced by the Office of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives of UMKM in Serang City Government in empowering UMKM in Serang City. First, the limitations of human resources include consultants and extension workers. Second, the limited budget they have. Third, the difficulty of UMKM capital. Fourth, UMKM technical problems. The technical problems faced by UMKM are around the production process, marketing techniques, product promotion. The innovations carried out by the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives of UMKM in Serang City Government in empowering UMKM in Serang City are the first, the existence of an integrated structure. Second, there is a cooperative that houses UMKM. Third, the use of e-business technology. Fourth, the support of related parties. The Office of Cooperatives and UMKM in Serang City has employees who are partially incompetent in the field of UMKM, so it is necessary to develop a network of cooperation with related agencies such as the Department of Industry and Trade.
