Abstract

Penerapan model pembelajaran Blended Learning pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di AMIK CITRA BUANA INDONESIA sudah melalui tahapan prosedur pelaksanaan sesuai dengan standar metode pembelajaran Blended Learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala dalam penerapan pembelajaran Blended Learning pada peningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa di mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan serta upaya-upaya mengatasi kenadala-kendala penerapan metode pembelajaran Blended Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Blended Learning di AMIK CITRA BUANA INDONESIA dilaksanakan dengan cara membagi mahasiswa dalam setiap kelas menjadi dua jurusan program studi masing-masing mahasiswa memiliki jadwal pembelajaran daring dan luring. Kendala-kendala dalam penerapan model pembelajaran Blended Learning adalah kurangnya pemahaman mahasiswa tentang materi ajar saat berada di rumah, pada saat pembelajaran tatap muka kurangnya waktu belajar. Upaya-upaya mengatasi kendala tersebut yakni dengan melaksanakan diskusi dan menjelaskan kembali materi ajar saat tatap muka dengan membuka LMS Google Classroom dan melaksanakan intruksi pembelajaran sesuai dengan panduan pengerjaan tugas-tugas pada materi ajar ke dalam aplikasi Learning Management System Google Classroom tersebut, dapat mendorong minat belajar mahasiswa AMIK CITRA BUANA INDONESIA pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dapat mengoptimalkan serta sebagai sarana evaluasi penerapan penerapan model pembelajaran Blended Learning pada mata kuliah pendidikan kewarganegaraan di AMIK CITRA BUANA INDONESIA.

Abstract

Abstract

As social beings, humans need morals to organize their lives for the better. Morals can be shaped through parental upbringing and education at school. The formation of morals in each individual is not merely a rational act, but aims to develop human behavior that is conscious of ethics, empathy, and wisdom. One way to shape morals is through moral education aimed at the general public and academics. To develop such morality, Pancasila is used as a foundation. The implementation of moral education based on Pancasila, as emphasized in this study, is achieved through various means such as curriculum, extracurricular activities, learning models, teacher role modeling, and parental role modeling. The values of Pancasila serve as a strong foundation in shaping the morality of the younger generation in today's digital era. Referring to the literature, this article is expected to serve as a reference for universities, schools, and organizations discussing moral education in line with the practice of Pancasila values. For universities, moral education based on Pancasila serves as a platform for developing noble character. For schools, moral education based on Pancasila helps students develop the ability to process emotions and thoughts to distinguish between what is good and what is bad. For organizations, moral education based on Pancasila strengthens understanding of integrity, ethics, and good governance within an organizational context.

Abstract

This systematic literature review explores the transformation of risk management practices in educational institutions, tracing the shift from fragmented, siloed approaches toward integrated Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks in response to globalization, technological disruption, and increasing regulatory demands. Using the PRISMA 2020 methodology, we reviewed and synthesized findings from 10 high-quality empirical studies published between 2020 and 2024, focusing on theoretical advancements, adaptive mechanisms in volatile educational contexts, and strategies for context-specific ERM implementation. The analysis indicates that the scope of risks in education has expanded significantly beyond traditional physical safety concerns to encompass reputational, operational, and psychosocial dimensions. These emerging risks are often driven by factors such as digital inequities, organizational complexities, and evolving policy landscapes. Three critical components are identified for effective ERM in educational settings: (1) risk integration that unifies financial, operational, and reputational considerations into a cohesive portfolio; (2) adaptive feedback loops that combine prospective scenario modeling, real-time AI-enabled monitoring, and retrospective learning from past crises; and (3) contextual customization, ensuring ERM frameworks are tailored to the unique characteristics, resources, and cultural dynamics of individual institutions. The study demonstrates that merging probabilistic risk theories with regulatory compliance standards, such as ISO 31000 and COSO, strengthens institutional resilience. Moreover, it highlights the importance of shifting from blame-oriented to learning-oriented post-crisis evaluations to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The proposed ERM framework bridges financial economics, institutional theory, and practice-based approaches, offering actionable strategies including real-time digital equity monitoring, stakeholder engagement protocols, and gamified disaster preparedness initiatives.By addressing gaps in the literature, this review makes both a theoretical and practical contribution to educational risk management. It provides a roadmap for mitigating contemporary challenges, such as resource allocation disparities, resistance to cross-institutional collaborations, and the protection of vulnerable school environments, ultimately supporting more resilient and adaptive educational systems.
