Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, constraints and advantages of computer utilization in the History of Islamic Culture subject in MAN Salatiga. This research is a field study, aimed at studying intensively the background, current state, and environmental interaction of a social unit. Viewed from the type of data collected, this research is included in the category of qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people, or their behavior that can be observed. Subjects of this study are teachers and students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the planning is done by classroom teachers by making lesson plan based on 2013 Curriculum guideline. Teachers have written the utilization of computers on the lesson plan components. Utilization of computers in the classroom is as a medium and the one in the computer laboratory as media and learning resources. Computers are used as a substitute for books due to their limited availability. It is also practiced as a habituation for preparing the computer-based national examination (UNBK). Keywords: computer utilization, learning, history of Islamic culture subject Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, kendala dan kelebihan pemanfaatan komputer dalam pembelajaran mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di MAN Salatiga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan bertujuan mempelajari secara intensif latar belakang, keadaan sekarang, dan interaksi lingkungan suatu unit sosial. Jika dilihat dari jenis data yang dikumpulkan, maka penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif sebagai prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang atau perilaku yang dapat diamati Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dilakukan oleh guru kelas dengan membuat RPP menggunakan pedoman Kurikulum 2013. Guru sudah menuliskan pemanfaatan komputer pada komponen RPP. Pemanfaatan komputer di kelas sebagai media dan di laboratorium komputer sebagai media dan sumber belajar. Komputer dijadikan sebagai alat pengganti buku karena terbatasnya ketersediaan buku. Sekaligus sebagai pembiasaan komputer untuk persiapan UNBK.                                                                                                          Kata kunci: pemanfaatan komputer, pembelajaran, SKI

Abstract

This research aims to develop interactive learning media for adobe flash-based prayer procedures/Tara (Tata Cara Shalat). Interactive media can develop prayer skills that are taught in the habituation process since the first grade of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI).  This research used development research (RD) methods.  The development process in this study reached the stage of the formative evaluation process consisting of three steps, namely individual prototype material trials, small group trials, and field tryouts.  This field trial involved subjects in a larger class, involving 15-30 (a whole class of learners) or larger groups, namely the available classes.  The results of this field trial were used to make a product, material, or final design revisions. Interactive learning media can solve the problem of prayer skills regarding recitation and movement of prayer.  Thus, interactive learning media made it easier for students to understand the procedures for prayer quickly; besides, the learning process will be more enjoyable

Abstract

Video calls are the best way to be an easy facilitator in conducting thesis trials. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of video calls as a facilitator in a thesis trial. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Technical data collection using interviews, documentation, and observation. Data were analyzed using reduction, presentation, and conclusion techniques. The subjects of this study were students of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This research is located at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training IAIN Salatiga. The results of this study indicate that video calls provide a role as a facilitator in providing services and replace the role of offline thesis hearings. This research implies that during the pandemic, the thesis trial can still be done online using video calls so that the academic calendar can still run.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research was studied starting from the view that the creativity possessed by a santri is limited because the activities in which are dominated by generations with its distinctive series, which are traditional. However, after looking at the future, many Islamic boarding schools are currently modifying their education system with various activities such as extracurricular activities. This study aims to determine the effect of the pesantren environment and the activity of participating in extracurricular activities on the creativity of students at the Edi Mancoro Islamic Boarding School. The number of samples in this study were 30 students. The research method that the author uses in this research is quantitative research. The results of the research are: 1) The pesantren environment has a positive and significant effect on the creativity of students, 2) The activity of participating in extracurricular activities has a positive and significant effect on the creativity of students, 3) The pesantren environment and active participation in extracurricular activities simultaneously affect the creativity of students, 4) Values R Square shows the ability of the pesantren environment variable and the activeness to participate in extracurricular activities in explaining the students' creativity variable is 0.368 or 36.8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyajikan peningkatan hasil belajar PAI materi Syukur menggunakan metode Snowball Throwing dan media Wordwall pada kelas XII MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Tengaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini terselesaikan dalam dua siklus, yaitu siklus I dan siklus II. Metode PTK yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode PTK menurut Kemmis dan MC Taggart. Dalam metode ini dijelaskan bahwa di dalam satu siklus terdiri dari empat komponen yaitu perencanaan (planning), tindakan (acting), observasi (observing) dan refleksi (reflecting). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pra siklus memiliki data ketuntasan hasil belajar yaitu 22 siswa yang tuntas atau dalam persentase 61,1%, siklus I data ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa yaitu 32 siswa dengan persentase 88,8%, dan data ketuntasan siswa yang dimiliki siklus II yaitu sebanyak 34 siswa yang tuntas dan persentasenya adalah 94,4%, sehingga dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan persentase siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 2 siswa atau persentasenya adalah 5,6%.

Abstract

This research begins with the results of previous studies that have not reached a conclusion regarding the relationship between leader humility and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study has two main objectives. First, to theoretically explain the relationship between leader humility and OCB. Second, this research proposes an alternative model by conceptualizing self-efficacy as a variable expected to clarify the unresolved relationship between leader humility and OCB. The study employs a systematic literature review method sourced from reputable national and international articles. The outcome of this research is a conceptual framework that is expected to provide insights into the concepts of leader humility, self-efficacy, and OCB. Leader humility can enhance OCB, and the relationship will be stronger when individuals have high self-efficacy. The propositions proposed in this study are expected to be empirically tested in future research

Abstract

Learning Islamic Religious Education in Fiqh subjects, especially fasting material. Student learning achievement still shows a low level. This is a major concern due to the low interest and motivation of students towards these subjects. The lack of variety in learning methods and media applied by teachers means that learning feels boring, students pay less attention to learning, and students find it difficult to understand the material. The method used in research is in the form of Classroom Action Research (PTK), where data collection techniques are in the form of observation, tests, interviews and documentation. The methods used are effective learning methods and media that are adapted to the material and learning objectives. To overcome this problem, creativity is needed and several steps must be implemented by teachers to create interesting and enjoyable learning activities, one of which is by using effective learning methods and media that are adapted to the material and learning objectives. The alternative teaching method that can be applied in the process of learning fasting material in Fiqh is the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method combined with the use of Projected Motion Media. The final result of using the Problem Based Learning Method assisted by Projrcted Motion media can improve the learning outcomes of jurisprudence material on fasting for students in class VIII A MTsS Sudirman Getasan, Semarang Regency, academic year 2023/2024.

Abstract

The limited number of studies on the use of the pull-out model with flannel board media in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) instruction for students with special needs (ABK) serves as the background of this research, given its strategic potential in optimizing learning outcomes and realizing inclusive education goals. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the pull-out model assisted by flannel board media on the PAI learning outcomes of ABK students in Grade VIII at SMP Negeri 9 Salatiga. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design was employed, involving four students each in the control and experimental groups, selected through purposive sampling. The primary instrument was a learning outcome test, with data analyzed using the independent sample t-test and N-Gain analysis. The results show a significance value of 0.032 (< 0.05) and an N-Gain score of 72% in the experimental class compared to 37% in the control class, indicating a higher improvement in learning outcomes among students who received the intervention. These findings align with Dale’s Cone of Experience theory, which posits that active involvement through visual and tactile experiences enhances students’ comprehension of learning material. The main conclusion is that the implementation of the pull-out model using flannel board media is effective in improving PAI learning outcomes for students with special needs. The study's implications include strengthening the literature on adaptive learning strategies for ABK and offering practical recommendations for teachers and schools to adopt contextual learning approaches tailored to students' characteristics. This research also opens avenues for further studies on the development of other models and media in inclusive classrooms.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of religious activities and the implementation of literacy culture among students at MTs Al-Mu'min Muhammadiyah Tembarak, Temanggung Regency. This type of research is field research, and the approach used is descriptive qualitative. Data sources in this research include primary sources, namely the results of interviews with school principals, curriculum cadets, teachers and students. Secondary sources in this research are school profiles, photos of activities related to religious activities and literacy culture, and photos of awards for the school. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that: 1) The implementation of religious activities for students at MTs Al-Mu'min Muhammadiyah Tembarak includes fardhu prayers in congregation, reading prayers, tahsin, tahfidzul Qur'an, memorizing muroja'ah, imla', qiro 'atul pole, dhuha prayers in congregation, kultum, PDL (Field Da'wah Training), murokaz, morning mufrodat and mahfudzot, muhawarah/conversation, muhadharah, PHBI (Islamic Holiday Commemoration), and religious social service; 2) Implementation of literacy culture among students at MTs Al-Mu'min Muhammadiyah Tembarak, Temaggung Regency, including the Cerah Tsamuha bulletin, class and madrasa wall boards, work studies, literacy camps, publishing student anthology books, book reviews, research, and use of digital media.

Abstract

This study holds significant importance as it is based on the ongoing improvements and achievements received by the students, teachers, and Muhammadiyah Plus Junior High School of Salatiga institution. The school principal's leadership style, a crucial factor in these achievements, is one of the attempts to develop the charity work of Muhammadiyah in the education field. This study aims to identify the leadership styles adopted in the school to enhance the teachers' performances. It applied a qualitative approach by employing interviews and other relevant resources to this study. The collected data revealed that the transformative leadership style is identified as the leadership style that was adopted by the Muhammadiyah Plus Middle School principal. The applied leadership style has impacted the well-established teacher performance, which is proven by the huge number of achievements received by the students, teachers, and school institutions. Thus, the leadership style that has been adopted by the school principal has impacted optimal teacher performance in the teaching-learning process and improved achievements through the supporting facilities that the school continues to strive for. Teacher performance continues to improve by building a common vision between the foundation, school principals, and teachers.
