Abstract

Organizational management in the company is very important part to achieve organizational goals. Many factors must be considered in the management of organizational management related to human resources (HR). Rapid development and advancement of information and communication technology (ICT), external and internal environmental factors, international competition, uncertain global economic conditions. All this encourages companies to look for new ways to be able to utilize human resources more effectively. PT. Victory Techology Abadi utilizes ICT in the management of human resources that is still in the management of the management of a digital organization, by developing computer-based information systems. This system is designed with the waterfall diagram model approach with step 1. Requirement analysis, 2. Design, 3. Implementation, 4. Testing, 5. Maintenance. The results of the development carried out has resulted in a computer programmer application for HR management. This system is expected to be able to manage all organizational management activities of PT. Victory Technology better.

Abstract

Oxygen is one of the medical gases that is very much needed in hospitals as a life-supporting element that has a direct influence on maintaining patient life and most forms of life on earth to survive. The purpose of this study is to develop a cashier application information system for oxygen sales at PT. Rezeki Surya Gasindo, which is engaged in the distribution of oxygen in Jambi province. The oxygen sales system at PT. Rezeki Surya Gasindo was previously carried out manually, the company faced major problems, namely administrative errors, transaction recording and manual calculations. The cashier application information system is designed to replace the manual recording method with a web-based system. This system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database and uses qualitative methods. It is hoped that further researchers can further develop applications according to the company's needs in the future.

Abstract

In the data processing process using handwriting, so there are still many obstacles in data processing, such as the difficulty of recording registration data, planning previously planned activities because the data search process is slow, the data does not appear automatically so you have to write Jambi absence of a database. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current system, in order to overcome the problems encountered in the Achmaddin Kindergarten Early Childhood Unit in Jambi City, by designing a Web-Based Information System for Admission of New Student Participants at the Achmaddin Early Childhood Unit in Jambi City. Research Framework The stages that will be carried out in solving the problems discussed are identifying, searching for information based on theoretical foundations, collecting data using observation Achmaddin Early Childhood Unit in Jambi City. The system development method uses a waterfall model, the implementation of this research uses the PHP programming language and MySQL DBMS, to produce data processing applications that are expected to facilitate data processing and report generation.

Abstract

Implementation of E-Commerce As Online Sales Media. The purpose of this research is to implement e-commerce website that serves as a media promotion and electronic sales. And know the obstacles faced in implementing e-commerce website. The type of research conducted is qualitative. This study took a case study at the shop Madu Al-Furqon Jambi. Techniques Data collection conducted by researchers using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research using e-commerce implementation by using online sales at Madu Al-Furqon Jambi store will be able to help reduce the cost incurred and can convey information in detail and quickly about the product to the customer, Based on the results of this study is expected to help shop Madu Al-Furqon Jambi to get maximum results and can compete with similar stores.

Abstract

Schools are institutions for teaching students under the supervision of teachers. In formal education schools that are generally compulsory, in this system students go through a series of teaching and learning activities in schools. In a school there are courses in Art and Culture. To assist students in improving the understanding of the material conveyed by the teacher, by using interactive learning media that are currently highly developed in the world of education. That way researchers are interested in making Interactive Arts and Culture Learning Media at SMK 4 Jambi City. By using the Adobe Flash Professional CS6 application, Adobe After Effect.This application displays features of images, text, sound, animation, audio and is equipped with evaluation. This learning media application can help students in the learning process.

Abstract

PDAM (Regional Drinking Water Company) of Mauro Jambi Regency is a government-owned enterprise engaged in the distribution of clean water. The problem faced by the PDAM of Mauro Jambi Regency is the difficulty of new installations and the appeal from the PDAM, and this has an impact on the less than optimal service for new installations. The solution offered is the creation of a new installation service system at PDAM Mauro Jambi Regency. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for admins to process data and make it easier for the community to install new ones. The method used is the method of analysis carried out by literature study of data collection (observation) and the method of software development using the waterfall method. The input from this research is admin data, new install customer data, appeals consist of admin data processing, new installation data processing, new installation data processing, and producing output in the form of new install customer reports, appeal reports. This research resulted in a new installation service information system at PDAM Muaro Jambi Regency to facilitate the community in installing PDAMs. so that customers do not have to come to the PDAM office, simply by accessing the PDAM Muaro Jambi Regency website.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a Marriage Information System that can assist the KUA in managing marriage data more effectively, efficiently, and accurately. The research employs the Waterfall Model approach, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews with KUA staff, and documentation studies of marriage records. The results indicate that the developed information system is capable of managing prospective bride and groom data as well as marriage records in a structured manner, accelerating the recording and retrieval process, and producing more accurate administrative reports. Moreover, the system reduces recording errors that commonly occur in manual processes. Therefore, the implementation of this information system contributes to improving the effectiveness and transparency of marriage administration services at KUA Maro Sebo Ilir and supports the digitalization of public services within the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to create a system at the Mestong District Office of Muaro Jambi Regency to make it easier to access or store archival data for incoming and outgoing letters. The author collects data using research methods in the form of field research (Field Research), observation (Observation), interviews (Interview), and documentation (documentation). The results showed that the management of incoming and outgoing mail archive data still uses a manual system, namely by recording the letter data in the agenda book then the letters are placed in a special mail file cabinet without any backup data... The solution proposed by the author is to design and build a website-based system for archiving incoming and outgoing mail. The design of this application is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL DBMS so as to produce the desired website program. The results of this study are expected to be developed by further researchers, because in this study there are still many shortcomings.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi simulasi reservoir menjadi aspek penting dalam industri perminyakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang dinamika fluida di dalam reservoir. Salah satu perangkat lunak yang banyak digunakan adalah Computer Modelling Group (CMG), yang menawarkan berbagai fitur untuk pemodelan reservoir. Kegiatan pengenalan CMG ini dilaksanakan pada 1–5 April 2024 di Universidade Oriental Timor Lorosae, Timor-Leste, dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman dasar kepada mahasiswa Teknik Perminyakan angkatan 2022 mengenai konsep dan aplikasi simulasi reservoir. Pelatihan berlangsung di laboratorium komputer Fakultas Teknik, yang telah dilengkapi dengan perangkat keras dan lunak pendukung. Peserta telah memiliki dasar pengetahuan tentang teknik reservoir, sehingga pelatihan ini berfokus pada implementasi teori dalam simulasi menggunakan CMG. Kegiatan ini dipandu oleh instruktur dari Universitas Lambung Mangkurat yang memberikan materi secara online. Metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan mencakup pemaparan teori, demonstrasi perangkat lunak, serta latihan praktik mandiri. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep simulasi reservoir, termasuk penggunaan model numerik dalam analisis performa reservoir. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan mahasiswa mampu menerapkan teknik simulasi dalam kajian akademik maupun penelitian lebih lanjut di bidang teknik perminyakan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi proses pemetaan pemanfaatan lahan di Desa Sungai Rangas Ulu, Kecamatan Martapura Barat, Kabupaten Banjar, Kalimantan Selatan. Desa ini memiliki karakteristik penggunaan lahan yang beragam, meliputi pemukiman, sawah, perkebunan, hutan, dan rawa. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya pemetaan dan pengelolaan lahan serta menghasilkan peta pemanfaatan lahan yang akurat. Metode pendampingan melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari kepala desa, sekretaris desa, ketua RT, dan masyarakat setempat. Prosesnya terdiri dari tiga tahap utama, yaitu peninjauan lokasi, persiapan melalui pertemuan dengan pihak desa, dan pelaksanaan pendampingan dalam pembuatan peta pemanfaatan lahan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terpasangnya peta pemanfaatan lahan di Kantor Desa Sungai Rangas Ulu, yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam perencanaan pembangunan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan sumber daya manusia lokal dalam menggunakan teknologi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk menentukan batas lokasi strategis. Dampak positif dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung perencanaan pembangunan yang lebih terarah dan pelestarian lingkungan di Desa Sungai Rangas Ulu. Selain itu, hasil ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi desa-desa lain dalam menerapkan pengelolaan lahan yang berkelanjutan dan berbasis data akurat. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat langsung bagi masyarakat setempat, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pembangunan berkelanjutan di tingkat regional.
