Abstract

ABSTRAK - Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran celebgram endorser di Instagram dalam proses pengambilan keputusan membeli. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Hierarchy of Effect Model. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah teknik wawancara dengan mahasiswi Unsyiah, observasi terhadap akun celebgram endorser, dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran celebgram endorser berpengaruh dalam proses pengambilan keputusan membeli di Instagram pada mahasiswi Universitas Syiah Kuala. Celebgram endorser berperan dalam setiap urutan proses pengambilan keputusan yang terjadi pada konsumen. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa peran yang dilakukan celebgram endorser yaitu memberikan kesaksian (testimonial), memberikan penggunaan atau dorongan (endorsement) dan sebagai aktor dalam iklan. Satu peran yang tidak dilakukan oleh celebgram endorser yaitu sebagai juru bicara perusahaan dalam melakukan media relation. Kata Kunci: Peran, Celebgram Endorser, Instagram. ABSTRACT - The aim of this research was to obtain the information about how the celebgram endorser in Instagram influences the process of buying decision. This research used the theory of Hierarchy of Effect Mode. Descriptive qualitative was the method used in this study. The subject research was choosen by using the purposive technique sampling. The data collection was conducted by using interview technique with the Unsyiahfemale students, observation towards celebgram endorser accounts, and documentation regarding the research. The result of research shows the role of celebgram endorse was influential in decision-making process to buy women’s clothing in instagram on college students at Syiah Kuala University. Celebgram endorse has a role in every steps decision-making process on consumer. The result of research also shows the role of celebgram endorse are: give a testimonials, give a endorsement and as an actor in advertising. A role aren’t done by celebgram endorse are: as a talk interpreter companies in doing the media relations. Keyword: Role, Celebgram Endorser, Instagram

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Aceh Statistics Center. To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Aceh Statistic Center Office. To determine the mutual influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Aceh Statistics Center. While the object of this research is organizational commitment and job satisfaction and employee performance with a total of 70 respondents. The results showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics. Multicollinearity Test Results VIF value of 1.008 which means <10, thus it can be concluded that there is no multicollinearity. Test Results - Heteroscedasticity by looking at the distribution of random points both above and below the number 0 on the Y axis, it can be concluded that there is no heteroscedasticity in this regression model. The results of the Normality Test show that the normal graph pattern shows the distribution of points around the diagonal line, and following the direction of the diagonal line indicates that the regression model meets the assumptions of normality. After conducting research at the Aceh Central Statistics Agency, it is hoped that the Central Statistics Agency office will continue to improve performance and service to the community and to all employees to be able to continue to improve performance, so that the results obtained will be better.

Abstract

School children are at a golden age to teach the values of clean and healthy living behavior, which have the potential to become agents of change in socializing clear and healthy living behavior in the school, family and community environment. The COVID-19 crisis highlights the need to increase health literacy. Schools should act as health promoters for their students from an early age, by actively fostering healthy habits (physical activity, good personal hygiene, and a balanced diet) and raising awareness of the consequences of risky behavior. Proper personal hygiene knowledge and practices play an important role in avoiding communicable diseases and allowing primary school children to enjoy a healthy and productive school life. The purpose of this activity is to improve the health of early childhood by teaching personal hygiene to children

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the behavior of throwing away waste among students at MTS, N Seunuddon, North Aceh. The sample in this study was 18 grade 3 students with a quantitative research design with a cross sectional design. Instrument testing included Independent Variables which included Level of Knowledge and dependent variables including waste disposal behavior at MTS.N 9 Seunuddon North Aceh and statistical tests The type of sampling used in this research is total sampling. The research results showed that almost half of the respondents knew the results of calculating the respondent's knowledge before conducting counseling. Most of them had good knowledge with the number of respondents being 10 respondents (55.6%), and 8 respondents (44.4%) getting less good results out of a total of 18 respondents (100,%). It is known that the results of calculating the knowledge of respondents after being provided with educational counseling said that the level of knowledge was very good with the number of respondents being 17 (94.4%) and 1 respondent (5.6%) being less than good out of a total of 18 respondents. With the results of this research, it is hoped that school administrators, especially teachers, will provide health education or counseling about Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS), especially about knowledge and behavior of disposing of waste to their students.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is currently a public health problem in the world, especially in Indonesia. Pulmonary TB is ranked 2nd as the main cause of death from infectious diseases after Human Immuno deficiency Virus (HIV). Pulmonary Tuberculosis is easily spread through the air when people who are sick with Pulmonary Tuberculosis release bacteria through the coughing mechanism. The spread of these bacteria is through sputum splashes or droplet nuclei released by TB sufferers through coughing, sneezing or talking face to face. The increase in TB cases is related to the degree of health in the community. The biggest factors that affect the degree of health are environmental factors and community behavior itself which can be detrimental to health. Risk factors for Tuberculosis transmission are environmental factors and behavioral factors, environmental factors include ventilation, housing density, temperature, lighting and humidity. While behavioral factors include smoking habits, spitting or throwing phlegm anywhere, coughing or sneezing without covering the mouth and the habit of not opening windows and not implementing clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). This research method is a quantitative study with statistical tests with a cross-sectional design. This study was conducted at SMP 4 Ulee Rubek, North Aceh in November 2024. The research sample consisted of 15 children, Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive statistical tests to test adolescents' knowledge about how to prevent TB. In addition to effective coughing, there are several ways to control pulmonary tuberculosis, namely by cultivating a clean and healthy life and cultivating ethical coughing behavior.
