Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the simultaneous influence of work loyalty, education and training on job promotion at the Regional Secretariat Office of Nagan Raya Regency, to determine the partial effect of work loyalty on promotion of the Regional Secretariat Office of Nagan Raya Regency, to determine the partial effect of education. on the promotion of the Nagan Raya Regency Regional Secretariat Office, to determine the partial effect of training on the promotion of the Nagan Raya Regency Regional Secretariat Office.This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat Office of Nagan Raya Regency, while the object of this research is about work loyalty, education, training and promotion with 72 respondents. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test are processed to produce the following regression equation: Y = 0.486X1 + 0.290X2 + 0.347X3 + 1. The results showed that work loyalty, education and work discipline together had a significant effect on promotion of the Regional Secretariat Office of Nagan Raya Regency with Fcount > Ftable (72.174 > 2.672) at a significance level of 0.0001, then the results of the study also proved that work loyalty individually significantly influence the promotion of the Office of the Regional Secretariat of Nagan Raya Regency with a regression coefficient of 0.486.The results also prove that individual participatory education has a significant effect on promotion of the Nagan Raya Regency Regional Secretariat Office with a regression coefficient value of 0.290 and individual training has a significant effect on promotion of the Nagan Raya Regency Regional Secretariat Office with a regression coefficient value of 0.347. After conducting this research, the Regional Secretariat Office of Nagan Raya Regency should be able to further improve services to the community, so that customers become satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Aceh Statistics Center. To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Aceh Statistic Center Office. To determine the mutual influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Aceh Statistics Center. While the object of this research is organizational commitment and job satisfaction and employee performance with a total of 70 respondents. The results showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics. Multicollinearity Test Results VIF value of 1.008 which means <10, thus it can be concluded that there is no multicollinearity. Test Results - Heteroscedasticity by looking at the distribution of random points both above and below the number 0 on the Y axis, it can be concluded that there is no heteroscedasticity in this regression model. The results of the Normality Test show that the normal graph pattern shows the distribution of points around the diagonal line, and following the direction of the diagonal line indicates that the regression model meets the assumptions of normality. After conducting research at the Aceh Central Statistics Agency, it is hoped that the Central Statistics Agency office will continue to improve performance and service to the community and to all employees to be able to continue to improve performance, so that the results obtained will be better.

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to conduct a conceptual review of the literature studies that focus on the link between application-based digital marketing methods and the development of consumer satisfaction and sales. The study's findings indicate that digital marketing is a marketing strategy that capitalizes on the advancement of information and digital technology. Implementing this strategy in a business must consider various internal and external factors to determine the suitability and most appropriate digital marketing strategy for maximum results according to the set objectives. Online systems are not constrained by time, and they have the ability to determine the timing, audience, location, and duration of their marketing campaigns. This presents a significant opportunity for business growth. Digital marketing provides a plethora of engaging, practical, and limitless content, and digital technology enables business owners to quantify the impact of their content on sales. Additionally, business owners have the ability to visit an unlimited number of online platforms, such as social media, web pages, and other accounts, which can attract loyal customers and increase profits. This paper reviews conceptually based on literature studies on the relationship between application-based digital marketing strategies in expanding sales and customer satisfaction. For further research, we can examine the efficiency of implementing digital marketing strategies and the factors that influence them so that they can be input and recommendations for business actors or companies in implementing digital-based and internet-connected marketing systems so that they can increase consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran teknologi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan. Dengan latar belakang pentingnya proses rekrutmen dan seleksi yang efektif bagi kinerja organisasi, penelitian ini berfokus pada identifikasi teknologi terkini yang dapat mengoptimalkan proses tersebut serta evaluasi dampaknya terhadap kecepatan, biaya, dan akurasi dalam seleksi karyawan. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur digunakan untuk menggali informasi dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi seperti sistem pelacakan pelamar (ATS), kecerdasan buatan (AI), dan platform digital dapat meningkatkan jangkauan kandidat, mengurangi waktu dan biaya rekrutmen, serta meningkatkan akurasi dan pengalaman kandidat. Namun, tantangan seperti biaya awal, kebutuhan pelatihan, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan juga diidentifikasi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi organisasi yang ingin mengadopsi teknologi dalam rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan untuk mencapai efisiensi operasional dan keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

This research explores the role of technology in improving the effectiveness of employee recruitment and selection. Against the background of the importance of an effective recruitment and selection process for organizational performance, this research focuses on identifying the latest technologies that can optimize the process and evaluating their impact on speed, cost, and accuracy in employee selection. A qualitative approach with a literature study method was used to extract information from various relevant sources. The results show that the use of technologies such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), artificial intelligence (AI), and digital platforms can increase candidate reach, reduce recruitment time and costs, and improve accuracy and candidate experience. However, challenges such as start-up costs, training needs, and resistance to change were also identified. This research provides practical recommendations for organizations looking to adopt technology in employee recruitment and selection to achieve operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era masyarakat digital mengharuskan generasi zilenial untuk dapat hidup berdampingan dengan teknologi. Generasi ini dianggap mampu mengikuti pesatnya arus transformasi digital dengan kemampuan penggunaan teknologi serta media digital yang berkembang saat ini secara inovatif. Banyaknya profesi konten kreator yang ditekuni oleh kelompok zilenial juga dapat membuktikan bahwa kelompok tersebut dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan era masyarakat digital. provinsi Aceh, memiliki mayoritas penduduk yang berprofesi sebagai petani, mencapai angka 56,82%, sementara serapan pekerjaan di sektor industri hanya sekitar 8,36%. Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan digital maka potensi terbukanya berbagai Bisnis digital, khususnya bagi kelompok pemuda di wilayah Provinsi Aceh, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan persentase jumlah pengangguran di wilayah tersebut.Salah satu usaha atau pekerjaan baru yang dapat ditekuni adalah menjadi konten kreator. Peluang berkembangnya profesi konten kreator di Aceh dapat dilihat dari kemunculan beberapa pemuda yang menekuni profesi tersebut, seperti selebgram, youtuber, serta pelaku industri seni kreatif lainnya yang mengikuti perkembangan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan metode snowball dalam pengambilan sampel yang merupakan bagian dari metode non-probability sampling. Dari data yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara pada pemuda yang berprofesi sebagai konten kreator, dapat disimpulkan bahwa profesi konten kreator di wilayah Provinsi Aceh sangat terbuka sebagai Bisnis digital bagi pemuda atau kelompok zilenial di tengah era masyarakat digital.
