Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang meliputi strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi lokasi, dan strategi promosi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pemilik perusahaan tongkol jagung di Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam wilayah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 konsumen yang dipilih secara acak. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pembeli jagung matang di Kabupaten Takalar. Statistik deskriptif dan inferensial digunakan dalam analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran ditinjau dari strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi lokasi, dan strategi promosi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian jagung rebus di Kabupaten Takalar. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar kuantitas keputusan pembelian konsumen, semakin strategis lokasi usaha dan kemudahan akses usaha, semakin murah harga, dan semakin sering promosi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of product design, product quality, and price on the purchase decision of Calligraphy products at UD. Satria Muda Pratama in Makassar City. UD. Satria Muda Pratama in marketing its products has made various efforts so that its products are in demand by the public. Calligraphy wall decoration product from UD. Satria Muda Pratama has various shapes, sizes, and verses taken from the Qur'an. The method that the researchers used in this study was quantitative, in collecting data here based on a questionnaire. The sample of this research is 83 respondents, analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, customers of UD. Satria Muda Pratama in Makassar City who made the purchase, simultaneously the three independent variables had a significant effect on their decision to buy calligraphy products. The independent variable, namely the price variable, has a significant effect on the decision to purchase calligraphy products at UD. Satria Muda Pratama in Makassar City, but the product design and product quality variables have no effect and are partially significant on the purchasing decision of calligraphy products at UD. Satria Muda Pratama in Makassar City.

Abstract

Using the Gorontalo Smart Service (GSS) programme, the Gorontalo Government is attempting to raise the calibre of public services. The state apparatus's public services still have a lot of flaws, which is the context for this article. Consequently, the community's needs are still not being met to their full potential. On the other hand, many local governments must enhance a number of areas of change, including public services, if bureaucratic reform is to be sustained. In response, the Gorontalo government provided an online service application to make things simpler for the neighbourhood. With an explanation that alludes to the comprehension of the Smart City concept and bureaucratic change, this paper employs a descriptive qualitative methodology. Data is gathered through document analysis, which is then subjected to interpretive methods of analysis. According to this study, the Gorontalo government is committed to modernising public services by launching the Gorontalo Smart Service (GSS) online service application. To satisfy the demands of the bureaucratic reform agenda, which is intended to raise the calibre of public services, application innovation is undertaken. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Dayana Cipta in Manado. Using a judgment based, non-probability sampling strategy, a purposive sampling technique was used to include 97 employees in the sample. From here on, the analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. According to the study's conclusions, (1) employee performance is unaffected by motivation at work; (2) employee performance is impacted by discipline; (3) employee performance is influenced by the workplace environment; and (4) employee performance is simultaneously impacted by motivation, discipline, and the workplace environment
