Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the marketing mix strategy of the Maros Salenrang Bread Business in Maros Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research approach using data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation of the research object, which is then analyzed using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the research shows that the strategy adopted by the Maros Salenrang Bread Business is in accordance with the SWOT analysis in quadrant I, which is an aggressive strategy with the application of a strategy (growth oriented strategy) which is a very profitable situation with the application of a marketing mix policy, so this strategy is expected increase growth and achieve maximum business progress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic literacy skills and the social environment on impulsive buying behavior through online stores. The research method used is research based on a quantitative approach. Methods of data through documentation and questionnaires. The results showed that: the literacy ability of students had no effect on impulsive buying behavior through online stores. In the study, it was also found that there was a positive and significant influence on the social environment on purchasing behavior made through online stores in class X students majoring in social studies at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar. There is a positive and significant effect of collaboration between economic literacy and the social environment on impulsive buying behavior through online stores for class X students majoring in social studies at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interests and behavior of class XI students majoring in marketing at SMKN 1 Gowa in the academic year 2020/2021 after participating in the entrepreneurship program. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach. In collecting data, researchers used observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with research subjects. Based on the results of the research conducted by the author, it shows that the interest and behavior that grows in students majoring in marketing at SMKN 1 Gowa include the desire (motive) to feel happy, attention and entrepreneurial motivation, the emergence of student discipline can be seen by the behavior of the participants. students who can manage their time properly, namely managing study time, time to produce products to be sold, and can get to school properly and not late, the emergence of self-confidence and optimism, task and result oriented, leadership spirit, future-oriented. Then the interest of students who have a desire in themselves to maintain their business and will develop in the future and be able to compete with other entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah luas lahan dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan singnifikan terhadap produksi udang vaname di Desa Burancie Kecamatan Soppeng Riaja Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan populasi 20 responden yang merupakan petani udang vaname di Desa Burancie Kecamatan Soppeng Riaja Kabupaten Barru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel luas lahan secara posisitf dan singnifikan berpengaruh terhadap produksi udang vaname di Desa Burancie Kecamatan Soppeng Riaja Kabupaten Barru, sedangkan variabel tenaga kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak singnifikan terhadap produksi udang vaname di Desa Burancie Kecamatan Soppeng Riaja Kabupaten Barru. Luas lahan dan tenaga kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan singnifikan terhadap produksi udang vaname di Desa Burancie Kecamatan Soppeng Riaja Kabupaten Barru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh luas lahan, tenaga kerja, bibit dan pupuk terhadap produksi cengkeh di Desa Seppong Kecamatan Tammerodo Kabupaten Majene. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan April 2020. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian Deskriptif Kauntitatif dengan sampel 54 responden yang merupakan petani cengkeh di Desa Seppong Kecamatan Tammerodo Kabupaten Majene. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, wawancara dan kusioner serta data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan (bersama-sama) variabel independen berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel dependen. Dari hasil uji parsial ternyata terdapat 2 variabel yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi cengkeh di Desa Seppong yaitu luas lahan dan pupuk, sedangkan variabel tenaga kerja dan bibit berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap produksi cengkeh di Desa Seppong Kecamatan Tammerodo Kabupaten Majene.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang meliputi strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi lokasi, dan strategi promosi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pemilik perusahaan tongkol jagung di Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam wilayah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 konsumen yang dipilih secara acak. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pembeli jagung matang di Kabupaten Takalar. Statistik deskriptif dan inferensial digunakan dalam analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran ditinjau dari strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi lokasi, dan strategi promosi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian jagung rebus di Kabupaten Takalar. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar kuantitas keputusan pembelian konsumen, semakin strategis lokasi usaha dan kemudahan akses usaha, semakin murah harga, dan semakin sering promosi.

Abstract

Dilakukannya penelitian ini mencoba untuk menganalisis dan melihat bagaimana kinerja karyawan Coto Tamalanrea di Kota Makassar dipengaruhi secara parsial dan simultan oleh insentif, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian yang kuantitatif menjadi jenis penelitian ini dan analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan sebagai pendekatannya. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 80 karyawan sekaligus sebagai sampel dalam penelitian. Pada penemuan penelitian ini bahwasanya kinerja karyawan di Coto Tamalanrea di Kota Makassar secara parsial dipengaruhi oleh insentif dan motivasi kerja, sedangkan kinerja karyawan tidak dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja. Berdasarkan penemuan secara simultan diketahui kinerja karyawan Coto Tamalanrea di Kota Makassar dipengaruhi oleh insentif, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja, dilihat pada uji simultan di mana sig 0,00 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the availability of raw materials, the level of competition, and entrepreneurial behavior of the furniture business in Manggala District, Makassar City in supporting business development. This research is categorized as a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, data collection is done using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used is the SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that furniture business owners in Manggala District, Makassar City have 4 indicators of raw material availability, namely: estimated usage, material prices, inventory costs, and waiting time. And the level of competition has 6 indicators, namely: price, quality, customer loyalty, discounted prices, marketing techniques, target market. As well as entrepreneurial behavior has 4 indicators, namely: obstacles, risks, innovation, cooperation, where the results of the SWOT analysis that have been carried out, there are four strategic choices for furniture business in Manggala District, Makassar City, consisting of strengths opportunities (SO), weakness opportunities (WO). ), Strength threats (ST), and weakness threats (WT).

Abstract

This study examines how the influence of internet promotion media and personal selling on the purchasing decisions of SR Olshop skin care products in Makassar City. This research is categorized as a qualitative descriptive study with a population of 49 people who are consumers of SR Olshop skin care products in Makassar City, especially in the Antang area, Kec. Manggala. The data was collected by means of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the promotional media variable had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of SR Olshop skin care products in Makassar City, while the personal selling variable had a negative and insignificant effect on the purchase of SR Olshop skin care products in Makassar City.

Abstract

Writing this thesis aims to determine the sustainability of the clothing merchant business in the Baru market, Bantaeng Regency, by focusing on three variables, namely entrepreneurial literacy, digital literacy and business sustainability in 3 respondents as the research sample. This study uses qualitative methods, using data collection techniques with interviews, direct observation of the object of research. Then the research results were assessed using a qualitative approach technique. The data collection techniques above obtained the results of research showing that entrepreneurial literacy and digital literacy of clothing traders in the Baru market, Bantaeng Regency, can be categorized as good enough to support the development of these clothing traders. This is because traders have an understanding of the business they have established, never neglect in carrying out their obligations and things that can interfere with the existence of the business. Meanwhile, business continuity shows that the clothing merchant business in New Market, Bantaeng Regency, can be categorized as quite good, because it can develop well.
