Abstract

The growth of smartphone users in Indonesia continues to increase, Indonesia can be considered as a promising market for smartphone application industry. But not many local businesses taking serious effort into this market. Local applications available at this market also tend to be deficient and can not compete with foreign applications, it also create a negative perception in the community to the Indonesian application developer. The research method is done by observations, and interviewing extreme and expert user, brings out a conclusion that it requires a high quality local application development studio brand to solve.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to know about characteristic and consumer behaviour from the society so it correspond to precious decoration target market. Precious Decoration itself is a party decoration business with custom and personalized design concept, also with affordable price. One of them is called fabricated item. This Research was conducted with the combination between primary and secondary method which is qualitative, quantitative, and literature study approaches. The Qualitative was conducted by direct interviews with expert user, extreme user, and literature study. While quantitative distributed to men and woman with average age between. Through this research, it is expected that Precious Decoration business will had a segmented target market and had a great feedback for the future.

Abstract

In this research we discuss about how is it to resolve the problem in the complexcity in projects that keep evolving, and make us have to keep making a good strategy to make an optimal result. In this research, we discuss about how to make a good valuation matrix for the succes level in certain project. the criteria of a successsful project it self have a lot of point of view that could influence the result of the project. The ideal things in a project should have is objectives and the clear steps to get there. With the clear objectives and steps this project will bear the best result.. For reaching those results there’s also need some roles in the team so there’s someone will fasilitate the progress in the working of the project. Abstract

In scientific research, entitled "USING MEDIA CAN HELP PSYCOMOTOR DEVELOMPMENT ERLY CHILDHOOD" discusses the importance of parents' role in overseeing the growth and development of children at an early age. This study will provide some basic information about the stages of child development. So that researchers can make some educational toys that can really help the psychomotor development of children at an early age. The research method that I use in this paper is a survey and study of literature. The aim of this study to determine know theories of child development and how the situation of children at age 1-3 years game is what they use, how they psycomotor development, how to behave habits of children at that age.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the responses of potential customers in Surabaya to Accessories product made from Air-Dry-Clay dan Resin. The research method used is a Quantitative method by conducting questionnaires to 58 respondents and Qualitative methods to 5 Expert users, 3 Extreme users, online observing to 3 competitors, as well as literature and journal studies that can support this research. The result of the research can prove the fact that all women in Surabaya can use accessories they like. It is hoped that, this will require accessories that can be used by all age groups. Is an Air-Dry-Clay and Resin Accessories that can show the uniqueness with the pattern-play, shapes, and attractive color.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of digital retouching in advertising in improving the brand image and brand attitude of a brand. To find out, research will be conducted based on primary data in the form of interviews with expert users and extreme users. Secondary data retrieval is also held by collecting data from various books, journals and websites that contain advertising theory, the influence of brand image and brand attitude on brands, consumer behavior, marketing communication through visual design and psychology of advertising. The results of the study concluded that digital retouching can increase the brand image and brand attitude of a brand.

Abstract

Market research on the concept of the Pepakatto handicraft business was conducted with the aim of evaluating and developing the Pepakatto business, namely selling interior products in the form of lamps made from paper layering techniques. The purpose of making this business idea is due to the problem of not being able to sleep with the lights off experienced by not only young children, but also teenagers and adults. The research method used is using qualitative methods, namely interviews, and quantitative methods, namely the distribution of questionnaires. The conclusion of the research results obtained are teenagers and young people or young adults who have just had a family.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the phenomena and trends of eating outside food and the adverse effects and understand the benefits of cooking and its relationship in supporting a healthy lifestyle. The research method used in this research is the literature review method, by examining various international, national journals and books on related topics. The results showed that the habit of eating out had many adverse effects, especially for health, with the lack of nutrients needed by the body and the amount of energy and content of sodium, fat, and other harmful substances. This can be corrected by adopting the habit of cooking because some of the analysis results show various advantages of doing cooking activities. These advantages are essential in forming a healthier lifestyle and are free from various chronic diseases that can be suffered later. Keywords: Health, food, nutrition, disease, healthy lifestyle

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana website yang baik dan benar untuk website “Odesign digital”. Odesign digital ingin membuat website dimana di dalam website tersebut terdapat fitur yang menarik dan transparan agar banyak orang tidak takut dalam mencoba melakukan transaksi secara digital atau online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka terhadap buku dan jurnal nasional maupun internasional dalam waktu 10 tahun terakhir, supaya tetap relevan dengan perubahan era sekarang yang berbasis digital. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan bagaimana website “Odesign digital” memiliki fitur yang tidak hanya menarik tetapi juga memiliki user interface yang baik dan jelas agar audiens dapat pelan-pelan beradaptasi dengan transaksi online. Tidak hanya itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media promosi sudah sesuai dengan audiens dalam menciptakan awareness.

Abstract

Dalam era modern ini, masih didapati banyak desainer muda yang hanya mengedepankan keterampilan teknik saja sehingga keterampilan-keterampilan non teknis seperti komunikasi, project management, creative thinking, dan sebagainya. Selain itu ditemui juga bahwa sebagian desainer grafis muda masih belum memahami esensi dari karir atau profesi seorang desainer grafis. Hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya pemahaman terkait hal-hal yang dibutuhkan seorang desainer dalam berkarir, tidak tahunya nilai sebuah karya, hingga tujuan karir yang ingin dijunjung. Dari masalah tersebut Hola Grafika hadir sebagai brand edukasi yang berbasis di sosial media untuk menginformasikan serta mengedukasi desainer-desainer muda Indonesia agar dapat berkembang dalam karir serta pekerjaannya. Untuk menciptakan solusi yang informatif, menarik, serta kredibel, maka perlu merancang buku “Am I Doing It Right” sebagai buku panduan sebelum memasuki dunia desain grafis. Melalui studi literatur dan uji coba dengan metode wawancara. Buku “Am I Doing It Right” dibuat untuk menjadi solusi desain komunikasi visual bagi masalah tersebut. Dalam jurnal ini akan dibahas bagaimana cara merancang desain buku "Am I Doing It Right" dari Hola Grafika sebagai media pencarian identitas desainer muda di Indonesia. Sehingga didapati metode penciptaan produk yang tepat dan dapat menciptakan buku yang tidak hanya informatif namun komprehensif. Melalui hasil penelitian dan uji coba terhadap expert user, extreme user, dan khalayak sasaran, maka didapati bahwa buku yang dirancang sudah dinilai memiliki tampilan yang baik serta mampu mencerminkan persona yang ingin dikomunikasikan dari buku “Am I Doing It Right”. Selain itu didapati juga bahwa konten serta materi yang ditawarkan sudah memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik dan dapat diaplikasikan ke dalam pekerjaan serta proses berkarir seorang desainer. Di akhir kata, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil perancangan yang dilakukan berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka sudah sesuai terhadap kondisi atau situasi pasar serta target yang dituju.
