Abstract

Abstract: MSME has an important role towards Indonesian economy has proportion of 99,98% of entrepreneurs in Indonesia, the growth of MSME each year increase every year so competition become tight and new competitors tend to have new innovation towards their business. MSMEs needs appropriate action to overcome the keeps on changing environment so that business continuity is maintained and be able to compete superior with other competitors. The purpose of this research is to analyze dynamic capability factor towards business continuity in the fashion industry. This research uses quantitative research method with questionnaire as data collection. The sample that in this research is 120 entrepreneurs in the field of fashion. For data analysis methods, this research uses confirmatory analysis. The results of this research indicate that from indicators of dynamic capability variable, there are only a few that becomes the core indicators of survival in which of sensing, seizing and reconfiguration or transformation. these variables will form survival firm. Keywords: Dynamic Capabilities, firm survive, reconfiguration, seizing, sensing Abstrak: UMKM memiliki peran penting terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, memiliki proporsi sebesar 99,98% dari total keseluruhan pelaku bisnis di Indonesia, pertumbuhan UMKM juga meningkat tiap tahunnya sehingga persaingan menjadi ketat dan cenderung pesaing baru memiliki sebuah inovasi baru terhadap bisnisnya. UMKM perlu tindakan yang tepat untuk mengatasi lingkungan yang selalu berubah agar keberlangsungan usaha tetap terjaga dan mampu bersaing unggul dengan pesaing lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor kapabilitas dinamis terhadap keberlangsungan usaha dalam bidang industri fesyen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai pengumpulan data. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 pelaku bisnis dibidang fesyen. Untuk metode analisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan konfirmatori analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa indikator-indikator dari variabel kapabilitas dinamis hanya beberapa yang menjadi indikator inti dari firm survive dari variabel sensing, seizing dan reconfiguration atau transformation. Dimana variabel tersebut akan membentuk firm survivalKata kunci: Kapabilitas Dinamis, sensing, seizing, reconfiguration, firm survive.

Abstract

The tourism business in the city of Surabaya, especially the hotel industry, has been hit badly by the Covid-19 pandemic where hotel occupancy rates fell to their lowest level. However, efforts must be made to keep the wheels of the organization running in the face of this difficult situation. Therefore, hotel business actors must make something innovative so that hotels can continue to operate and have a competitive edge. This study attempts to analyze the factors that can generate the ability to opportunity capture through the implementation of innovative behavior which in turn is also driven by various types of intellectual capital at each organizational level such as human capital, organizational capital and social capital. This research is a quantitative study and uses the Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) method to process research data that has been collected from 74 hotels in the city of Surabaya. Of the four hypotheses developed in this study, only three hypotheses can be accepted, namely human capital has a positive effect on innovative behavior, social capital has a positive effect on innovative behavior, and innovative behavior has a positive effect on opportunity capture. While the hypothesis which states that organizational capital has a positive effect on innovative behavior is not proven.

Abstract

In the hospitality industry, the quality of service to customers is the most important thing. This requires the best participation of all employees for a company, which may lead to an increase of an individual performance. This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment toward organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employee performance. This research uses 144 employees of 3, 4 and 5 star hotels in Surabaya as the samples. The data was collected through questionnaires and processed using SmartPLS software. The findings generated from this study reveal that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance directly and through OCB as mediating factors. OCB itself also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The practical implication that can be suggested to hotel management is to enhance a holistic approach on the employees in order to increase emotional attachment of the employee toward the company. As the result, the employee sense of belonging on the company will increase, which make them also be responsible for the company's success. Abstract

PT. DBL Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang sports and management di kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket oleh pengunjung Honda DBL Surabaya. Variabel independen yaitu harga dan promosi, sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang pengunjung yang pernah hadir pada event Honda DBL Surabaya dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket oleh pengunjung Honda DBL Surabaya.

Abstract

Hidroponik merupakan suatu metode budi daya tanaman perdu yang tidak perlu menggunakan tanah. Luas lahan di pemukiman relatif tidak luas, sehingga perlu solusi untuk budi daya tanaman, juga persentase Ruang terbuka Hijau (RTH) masih sempit di bawah 30%. Jumlah bangunan di Perumahan Dirgantara Permai adalah 750 unit dengan luas lahan adalah  135, 180, dan 225 m2 dan luas bangunan adalah 45 m2 dan 54 m2. Fasilitas umum dan lapangan terbuka relatif masih sempit. Ada pun tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan sosialisasi tentang pemanfaatan peralatan hidroponik untuk menanam yang bermanfaat di dalam kebutuhan sehari-hari. Peralatan hidroponik dengan ukuran 2,5 m x 2 m dengan bahan baku pipa PVC, dan profil aluminium. Pipa PVC dengan diameter 3, 3,5, dan 4 inci dan panjang 2 m dan bertingkat. Secara paralel  atau secara horisontal ada 4 batang dan secara vertikal ada 4 tingkat. Jarak antar lubang bibit tanaman adalah 15, 20, dan 25 cm dan tiap pot ada 5 biji benih tanaman kangkung. Hasil adalah sayuran tanaman kangkung untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari dan bisa dipanen sampai 5 kali setelah berumur antara 24 sampai 30 hari. Daun kangkung memiliki rasa manis dan serat daun kangkung yang lunak.

Abstract

Para pelaku UMKM sering kali kurang konsisten dalam meneruskan keberlangsungan usahanya. Pembinaan yang telah dilakukan terkadang belum menyasar pada keberlangsungan hidup dari usaha UMKM. Tata kelola manajerial terkadang perlu diperbaiki dengan menilai dari potensi keunggulan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki untuk mencari strategi agar dapat berkelanjutan. Kegiatan program pengabdian IBM Social Day menyasar tentang kebutuhan tersebut dengan memberikan kegiatan pelatihan tentang analisis SWOT dan penyuluhan aspek legalitas yang dirasa tepat untuk menjawab kebutuhan dari pelaku UMKM di kelurahan Sambikerep Surabaya. Hasil kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat dimana dihasilkannya matriks SWOT analisis, katalog fotografi produk UMKM, dan pengetahuan untuk mengakses pengurusan legalitas dan hak kekayaan intelektual yaitu hak merek untuk para pelaku UMKM Kelurahan Sambikerep.

Abstract

Culturepreneurship is a growing subject in Indonesia and in many parts of the world. It is a multi- and trans-disciplinary studies that combines tenets of entrepreneurship and cultural analysis. However, the connexion between these two disciplines are often to be not in complementary. The logic of entrepreneurship still dominates and leaves the cultural aspect of the discipline to be in the periphery. This article attempts to argue the importance of the cultural turn within culturepreneurship by incorporating Cultural Studies into the discussion. Specifically, since it is an initial stage of such effort, this article looks into Raymond Williams' seminal contribution to Cultural Studies. His pioneering ideas on cultural materialism are the footing of later development of Cultural Studies. Other than theoretical discussions on Williams, the latter part of this article explores a case study of the 2022 Surabaya Great Expo to briefly manifest the attempt to do cultural turn in culturepreneurship.

Abstract

Tujuan diadakannya PKM ini yaitu agar Dharma Wanita Persatuan LLDIKTI VII dapat menumbuhkembangkan jiwa, iklim, budaya, dan aktivitas kewirausahaan dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui kewirausahaan untuk Wanita Indonesia Mandiri sekaligus mendorong terciptanya woman entrepreneur melalui program-program kewirausahaan dengan Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. Kunjungan Apple Academy, UC Venture, dan Corepreneur bertajuk “Inspirasi Mendorong Ekonomi Melalui Entrepreneur” merupakan serangkaian kegiatan pada kampus yang memiliki tagline Creating the World-Class Entrepreneur. Adapun luaran dari pengabdian ini antara lain terwujudnya kerja sama dalam bidang pengembangan entrepreneur Dharma Wanita Persatuan LLDIKTI VII dengan Universitas Ciputra yang diadakan dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. Hasil pengabdian ini mendukung salah satu program Dharma Wanita Persatuan LLDIKTI VII yaitu pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan entrepreneurial Wanita Indonesia Mandiri dalam berbagai bidang kegiatan kewirausahaan. Diharapkan berbagai macam ilmu tentang entrepreneur dapat menambah inpirasi serta inovasi bagi pengembangan Wanita Indonesia Mandiri ke depannya.

Abstract

Toko Bahan Kue 55 is a business engaged in retailing cake ingredients, cake suppliesand cake equipment. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and servicequality on purchasing decisions at the Toko Bahan Kue 55. The variables involved in this studyare product quality and service quality as independent variables and purchasing decisions asdependent variables. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression tests. The sample in this study were 150 consumers who had made purchases at Toko Bahan Kue 55. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Toko Bahan Kue 55. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Toko Bahan Kue 55.

Abstract

Consumer experience is an important element in creating loyalty and satisfaction amid business competition. This study explores the role of aroma and music in shaping a holistic consumer experience and how the combination of both can increase customer loyalty and engagement. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation at businesses such as cafes, retail, spas, and hotels in Denpasar, Bali. The results show that aroma can evoke emotional memories, create a comfortable atmosphere, and prolong visits. Music affects mood, activity rhythm, and purchasing decisions. The combination of aroma and music creates a significant multisensory experience, increasing emotional attachment to the brand. This study expands the sensory marketing literature and provides practical guidance for business actors to design innovative marketing strategies in the tourism sector.
